波长调制光谱实验技术的研究

介绍了波长调制谱的基本原理和它的应用,详细讨论了振荡狭缝的制作技术,利用该系统作了层状化合物半导体MoS_2的室温波长调制光谱,在550～700nm范围内观察到一系列清晰的谱结构。     

利用激光衍射原理测细丝直径

根据夫琅禾费衍射理论和巴比涅互补原理,推导出细丝直径的表达式,设计了用激光衍射法测细丝直径的实验,由测量的数据,计算出了三种粗细不同细丝的直径,通过与其他传统方法比较,对于直径越小的细丝,此方法具有测量精度高、非接触、无损伤的优点.     

Microinjection of synthetic protein kinase inhibitor into single barnacle muscle fibers before and after cyclic AMP

Summary Single muscle fibers from the barnacleBalanus nubilus have been used as a preparation to see if a synthetic 20-residue PKI (5-24)-peptide is able to block or reverse the stimulatory response of the ouabain-insensitive Na efflux to injected cAMP. The results obtained show that this peptide behaves as a powerful inhibitor of the cAMP-mediated response and is also able to partially reverse the sustained stimulation of the Na efflux observed in ouabain-poisoned fibers following the injection of subunit A of cholera toxin.Warmest thanks to Prof. E. 大气环境仿真剧情生成系统

大气环境仿真剧情生成系统(AESSG)辅助用户利用不同来源的大气环境数据生成能够满足仿真需求的大气环境仿真剧情.支持输入人类语言描述的模糊查询条件.模糊检索后查询结果按照符合度来排列,供用户选择.模糊逻辑技术引入到环境信息搜索引擎来实现模糊搜索.AESSG运行时系统作为联邦成员参与仿真联邦的仿真,实时响应联邦内的环境信息请求.大气环境信息资源库支持多来源、多分辨率的大气环境数据与模型的存储.     

用于裂隙光源的侧面发光塑料光纤散射点设计

设计一种侧面发光塑料光纤表面正四棱锥形微结构散射点,使侧面发光塑料光纤可用作裂隙灯显微镜的裂隙光源,以减小裂隙光源的体积.采用光学仿真软件分析光纤上表面(有散射点)和光纤下表面(无散射点)的散射率,当塑料光纤直径为1 mm时,得到优化后的正四棱锥散射点的底边宽度和深度均为80μm.仿真结果表明,光纤下表面散射光的光束发散角在垂直于光纤方向约为40°,在平行于光纤方向约为110°,经过焦距为50 mm的投射镜会聚后的光带宽度约为0.3 mm,可以满足裂隙灯显微镜的要求.     

机载干涉合成孔径雷达地形测绘方法及精度分析

介绍了机载干涉合成孔径雷达地形测绘的工艺流程和方法,分析了机载干涉合成孔径雷达测制的1:10000数字高程模型(DEM)、数字正射影像图(DOM)、数字线划图(DLG)数字测绘成果的平面和高程精度。讨论了影响数字高程模型(DEM)高程精度的因素,统计分析了机载In-SAR困难地区的平面和高程精度。统计结果表明,采用自主研发的机载干涉合成孔径雷达系统测制的数字高程模型、数字正射影像图、数字线划图,满足1:10000国家规范的精度要求;由于机载InSAR系统不受天气影响,有效地弥补了航空摄影测量受制于天气的不足,因此具有即时飞行、成图周期短的优势。     

Genomic and genic sequence variation in synthetic hexaploid wheat (AABBDD) as compared to their parental species

In order to understand the genomic changes during evolution of hexaploid wheat, two sets of synthetic hexaploid wheat from hybridization between maternal tetraploid wheat (AABB) and paternal diploid goat grass (DD) were used for DNA-AFLP and single strand conformation polymorphism (SSCP) analysis to determine the genomic and genic variation in the synthetic hexaploid wheat. Results indicated that more DNA sequences from paternal diploid species were eliminated in the synthetic hexaploid wheat than from maternal tetraploid wheat, suggesting that genome from parental species of lower ploidity tends to be eliminated preferentially. However, sequence variation detected by SSCP procedure was much lower than those detected by DNA-AFLP, which indicated that much less variation in the genic regions occurred in the synthetic hexaploid wheat, and sequence variations detected by DNA-AFLP could be derived mostly from non-coding regions and repetitive sequences. Our results also indicated that sequence variation in 4 genes can be detected in hybrid F1, which suggested that this type of sequence variation could be resulted from distant hybridization. It was interesting to note that 3 out of the 4 genes were mapped and clustered on the long arm of chromosome 2D, which indicated that variation in genic sequences in synthetic hexaploid wheat might not be a randomized process.
