豫北太行山区中国林蛙的生态学研究

报道了豫北太行山区中国林蛙的生境、生活习性、繁殖生态和食性.繁殖季节为3月上旬至4月中下旬.种群性比因时而异,产卵期间雌雄性比较小(1/6.16~1/4.50),产卵后雌雄性比有一定的上升(1/3.33~1/2.08),即将开始冬眠时雌雄性比最高(1/1.53).室内和野外自然条件下产卵量有较大差异,室内平均为478粒,野外自然条件下平均为1 079粒.卵粒直径约为1.5~1.8 mm.捕食种类以膜翅目、鞘翅目和双翅目昆虫居多;有益系数以及食物种类在不同季节有所差异.     

The rhetorical strategy of William Paley’s Natural theology (1802): Part 1, William Paley’s Natural theology in context

This article reconstructs the historical and philosophical contexts of William Paley’s Natural theology (1802). In the wake of the French Revolution, widely believed to be the embodiment of an atheistic political credo, the refutation of the transmutational biological theories of Buffon and Erasmus Darwin was naturally high on Paley’s agenda. But he was also responding to challenges arising from his own moral philosophy, principally the psychological quandary of how men were to be kept in mind of the Creator. It is argued here that Natural theology was the culmination of a complex rhetorical scheme for instilling religious impressions that would increase both the virtue and happiness of mankind. Philosophy formed an integral part of this strategy, but it did not comprise the whole of it. Equally vital were those purely rhetorical aspects of the discourse which, according to Paley, were more concerned with creating ‘impression’. This facet of his writing is explored in part one of this two-part article. Turning to the argumentative side of the scheme, part two examines Paley’s responses to David Hume and Erasmus Darwin in the light of the wider strategy of inculcation at work throughout all his writings.

《红楼梦》霍译本章回标题翻译的顺应研究

结合顺应理论从词汇、句法、修辞以及物理世界、社会世界和心理世界等方面对语料《红楼梦》章回标题的翻译进行了分析。在《红楼梦》章回标题的翻译中,译者顺应了与语言相关的内外因素,为了达到交际目的,译文中存在对原文的增加,减少或改变。     

长白山林蛙输卵管糖蛋白的分离鉴定

以长白山林蛙为研究对象, 对其输卵管糖蛋白进行提取分离及鉴定. 长白山林蛙输卵管冲洗液经饱和硫酸铵沉淀, DEAE-Cellulose 52离子交换柱, Sephadex G-100凝胶柱层析纯化, 得到蛋白质和糖的重合峰, 经透析、 冷冻干燥得长白山林蛙输卵管糖蛋白纯品OGP-Ⅰ. SDS PAGE电泳实验结果表明, OGP-Ⅰ是分子量为116 000的均一带. 对其分别进行蛋白和糖染色, 同一位置都出现单一条带; 紫外全扫描OGP-Ⅰ有多糖特征峰和蛋白吸收峰, 表明OGP-Ⅰ是糖蛋白纯品.     

长白山林区中国林蛙体内寄生虫感染情况调查

通过解剖镜检分析了长白山地区中国林蛙寄生虫的感染情况.结果表明:长白山林区中国林蛙寄生虫为线虫3种(Rhabdia bufonis、Cosmocercella sp、Oswaldocru sp)、吸虫3种(Rowsbiella tineri、Pelystoma integerimrn、Pelystoma ocellatrm),分别隶属5科5属;其主要感染肺线虫Rhabdia bufonis和肠道寄生虫Oswaldocru sp,感染率和感染强度分别为56.66%、4.87和67.33%、9.25;不同种类寄生虫在长白山林区林蛙体内分布有一定规律,不同种类寄生在适宜自身的生态环境中,表现出寄生部位及感染寄生虫的专一性;长白山林区林蛙寄生虫的感染率和强度随年龄增加而增大,不同地点中国林蛙的寄生虫感染率及感染强度普遍较高,不同地点不同种类寄生虫的感染率及强度存在差异;雌、雄林蛙体内寄生虫感染情况差异不显著(P>0.05).     

Naturalized epistemology, or what the Strong Programme can’t explain

In this paper I argue that the Strong Programme’s aim to provide robust explanations of belief acquisition is limited by its commitment to the symmetry principle. For Bloor and Barnes, the symmetry principle is intended to drive home the fact that epistemic norms are socially constituted. My argument here is that even if our epistemic standards are fully naturalized—even relativized—they nevertheless can play a pivotal role in why individuals adopt the beliefs that they do. Indeed, sometimes the fact that a belief is locally endorsed as rational is the only reason why an individual holds it. In this way, norms of rationality have a powerful and unique role in belief formation. But if this is true then the symmetry principle’s emphasis on ‘sameness of type’ is misguided. It has the undesirable effect of not just naturalizing our cognitive commitments, but trivializing them. Indeed, if the notion of ‘similarity’ is to have any content, then we are not going to classify as ‘the same’ beliefs that are formed in accordance with deeply entrenched epistemic norms as ones formed without reflection on these norms, or ones formed in spite of these norms. My suggestion here is that we give up the symmetry principle in favor of a more sophisticated principle, one that allows for a taxonomy of causes rich enough to allow us to delineate the unique impact epistemic norms have on those individuals who subscribe to them.     

Concepts, anomalies and reality: a response to Bloor and Fehér

In this article I respond to the defences of the Strong Programme put forward by David Bloor and Márta Fehér in this issue. I dispute the claim that it is attention to only limited parts of the Strong Programme framework that allows me to argue that this approach: (i) leads to weak idealism, (ii) undermines the idea that theories have varying levels of instrumental success, and (iii) challenges the theoretical claims of scientific actors. Rather, I argue that these problematic positions are entailed by the constructionist tenets at the core of the Strong Programme.     

性激素对中国林蛙性腺分化的影响

在我国要蛙养殖地区，性别比例失调问题十分严重，部分地区紫蛙和雄蛙的比例只有３：７，严重影响养殖效益，制约养蛙业的发展。为调整林蛙性别比例，分别在实验室内和抚松林蛙养殖场采用在蝌蚪饵料中添加性激素的方法，诱导性腺分化，达到了调整林蛙性别的目的，并对激素诱导的合适浓度和最佳时期进行了研究。为促进林蛙养殖业的发展提供了切实可行的诱导技术。
