方案排序的加权投票制权力测度模型

在二元选择下，测算加权投票制的表决权的大小有两种广泛被接受的方法，即Shapley-Shubik指数法与Banzhaf指数法，但它们都不能解决多备选方案或多候选人时决策个体的权力问题。本文利用排序距离来度量不同群体偏好序差异，从而提出了无论被选方案或候选人是两个还是两个以上的加权投票制下对方案或候选人进行排序的决策个体权力计算方法，并进行了实例分析。

１９９７年底广东省柘林湾发生褐囊藻（Ｐｈａｅｏｃｙｓｔｉｓ ｐｏｕｃｈｅｔｉｉ）赤潮期间,水体、沉积物和赤潮生物中Ｆｅ、Ｍｎ的质量含量很高。借且叶绿素ａ与海洋初级生产力呈正相关性,探讨了褐囊藻赤潮与Ｆｅ、Ｍｎ、Ｓｅ的质量浓度和营养盐综合指数的关系。

赝三元热电材料的机械合金化冷压烧结法制备

本文采用机械合金化法成功制备了N型和P型赝三元(Bi2Te3-Sb2Te3-Sb2Se3)合金粉体材料,利用XRD和SEM对材料的合金化程度和材料粉体粒度进行了分析,该材料颗粒均匀、细小,颗粒尺寸平均在100nm量级左右．在此基础上采用冷压烧结法制备了赝三元机械合金化冷压烧结热电材料,并对材料的电学性能进行了测试和分析．     

Se（Ⅳ）对酒石酸长春质碱与DNA相互作用影响的研究

利用荧光光谱法、紫外光谱法和粘度法研究了Se（Ⅳ）对酒石酸长春质碱与DNA相互作用的影响.研究结果表明Se（Ⅳ）的加入使酒石酸长春质碱与DNA的主要作用力由氢键或范德华力转变为静电作用力,作用模式由沟槽结合转变为静电结合.由结合常数的改变及紫外光谱实验结果判断Se（Ⅳ）对酒石酸长春质碱与DNA的结合起抑制作用。     

带有效时间区间的模糊时态关联规则的挖掘

随着市场竞争的日趋激烈和业务环境的不断变化，企业数据中的时间信息的管理问题受到人们普遍关注。时态数据挖掘成为数据挖掘研究的一个热点。考虑到用户的时态需求常常是非确定和非精确的，在采用模糊时态代数来表达时态需求的基础上，提出了一种带有效时间的模糊关联规则，并给出了一种基于FP-树的挖掘方法。最后用一个例子对该方法的执行过程进行解释。     

论区域分工与角色定位

伴随知识经济时代的到来，资源、市场与区位等因素的内涵发生了变化，其对产业布局的影响已不同于农业社会与工业社会。全球的资源与市场正在优势互补、走向统一。以欧洲共同体为代表的新一轮的区域角色定位与全球性的分工、合作正在形成。我国正处在由计划向市场、由粗放向集约转变的进程，如何根据新的形式、结合各区域的特点，进行新的角色定位与区域分工意义重大。本从自然地域分异规律与我国经济可持续发展两个方面论述了进行区域分工与角色定位的必要性，并就区域分工与角色定位的工作过程与应遵循的原则等问题进行了理论上的探讨。认为我国现阶段的区域分工与角色定位应遵循一体化原则、动态性原则、客观性原则与不平衡性原则。     

Photoinduced effects in amorphous semiconductor Ge(S, Se)2 chalcogenide films

The blue shift of optical transmittance edges were observed in amorphous semiconductor Ge(S, Se)2 chalcogenide films with light illumination. The shift in well-annealed films could be recovered by annealing the films near the glass-transition temperature again. The photocrystallization was also observed in amorphous Ge(S,Se)2 films with light illumination by the transmitting electron microscope measurement. The photoinduced phenomina of the amorphous Ge(S,Se)2 films could be applied to designing some new kinds of optical storage materials.     

Effect of high pressure sintering and annealing on microstructure and thermoelectric properties of nanocrystalline Bi2Te2.7Se0.3 doped with Gd

Bi2Te2.7Se0.3of high performance doped with Gd bulk materials was prepared by a high pressure(6.0 GPa) sintering(HPS) method at 593 K,633 K, 673 K and 693 K. The sample was then annealed for 36 h in a vacuum at 633 K. The phase composition, crystal structure and morphology of the sample were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The electric conductivity, Seebeck coefficient, and thermal conductivity aspects of the sample were measured from 298 K to 473 K. The results show that high pressure sintering and the doping with Gd has a great effect on the crystal structure and the thermoelectric properties of the samples. The samples are consisted of nanoparticles before and after annealing, and these nanostructures have good stability at high temperature. HPS together with annealing can improve the TE properties of the sample by decreasing the thermal conductivity of the sample with nanostructures. The maximum ZT value of 0.74 was obtained at 423 K for the sample, which was sintered at 673 K and then annealed at 633 K for 36 h. Compared with the zone melting sample, it was increased by 85% at423 K. Hence the temperature of the maximum of figure of merit was increased. The results can be applied to the field of thermoelectric power generation materials.
