Molecular evidence for increased hematopoietic proliferation in the spleen of the b/b laboratory rat

The splenomegaly and the appearance of a significant number of CFU-E (erythroid colony-forming units) and BFU-E¹ (erythroid burst-forming units) in the Belgrade laboratory rat (b/b) spleen prompted us to analyse further the molecular evidence for increased hematopoietic proliferation in the b/b spleen. Messenger RNAs (mRNAs) specific for globins, proteins for iron transport and deposition and the band 3 protein were used in rat erythropoietic tissues as markers for proliferation and erythroid differentiation. In the b/b spleen, all mRNAs analysed display an erythroid-specific pattern of expression. This analysis also revealed an enhanced level of mRNA for ferritin in the +/b spleen, whereas erythrocyte-specific mRNA production was normal.     

Antiviral activities of anthraquinones,bianthrones and hypericin derivatives from lichens

The antiviral activities of some naturally occurring anthraquinones bianthrones, and hypericin derivatives were compared by the end-point CPE (viral cytopathic effects) method and plaque assays. Under optimal conditions of exposure to light, hypericin, 7,7-dichlorohypericin and 5,7-dichloroemodin exhibited strong inhibitory activity against HSV-1 (herpes simplex virus type 1) in both assays. Partial inactivation of the virus was shown by emodin, 7-chloroemodin and 7-chloro-1-O-methylemodin; the bianthrones and other anthraquinones were found to be inactive. Antiviral activity appeared to be, positively correlated with increasing substitution of chlorine in the anthraquinone structure. In the absence of light, only hypericin and 7,7-dichlorohypericin displayed detectable activity.

土壤中碳酸钙和有机碳测定的一种新方法

利用阿曼苏丹国的一千多个土壤样品,对土壤中碳酸钙和有机碳测定的实验方法进行了研究。发现实际碳酸钙的含量可由“亚稳态”时碳酸钙含量乘以适当的因子代替,从而大大提高了工作效率。而利用有机碳/全氮(C/N)的特殊规律,则可建立一个确定“有机碳”实验中所需土壤样品量的新方法。     

Cyclophosphamide-impaired regulation of hepatic heme metabolism

Summary Im male rats hepatic cytochromes b₅ and P-450 were reduced at different times after treatment with cyclophosphamide (CP) (200 mg/kg i.p. for 3 days). In contrast, microsomal heme did not change until 48 h after the last dose of CP, leading to accumulation of heme in a non-cytochromal form. Parallel to the above changes the heme metabolism showed derangement: -aminolaevulinate synthase, the rate-limiting enzyme in heme synthesis, was depressed and heme oxygenase, the enzyme which catalyzes the oxidative degradation of heme, was increased.     

BaO-CaO-CaF2系渣用于钢液深脱磷能力

使用BaO-CaO-CaF2系渣在实验室中进行钢水深脱磷实验以获得超低磷钢水.实验结果表明,初始磷约为0.01%的条件下,获得了50%以上的脱磷率及0.005%以下最低0.002%的磷含量;脱磷效果受钢水氧化性影响显著.实验测得1 813～1 893K范围内该渣系的磷容量在1018～1019.35之间,并且随BaO含量增加,磷容量增大.     

掺铅TiO2薄膜的制备及光催化性能

以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶法在玻璃板表面制得均匀的TiO2,并利用浸渍法镀pb2 得到掺铅的TiO2,用紫外漫反射、荧光光谱分析等手段对其进行了表征.研究结果表明,掺杂铅离子使TiO2的荧光峰明显增强,吸收带边发生红移,在紫外光区和可见光区的吸收明显增强.以紫外灯为光源,通过对甲基橙的光催化降解研究,发现掺铅TiO2薄膜的光催化活性明显大于掺Ag,Bi及纯TiO2薄膜,这是提高TiO2光催化活性的有效方法.     

粉末高温合金平衡相析出行为的热力学对比

利用热力学平衡相计算方法及相应的高温合金数据库对René95,Rene88DT和эп741нп三种合金在平衡相析出温度范围和析出量以及之间的关联性进行了系统的热力学计算对比分析.结果表明:三种粉末高温合金的平衡相种类基本相同,主要平衡相为γ,γ'和碳化物M23C6,MC,M6C.René95合金中的碳化物含量要高于其他两种合金.3п741нп有着较高的γ'相析出温度和较大的析出量.随温度降低,Co和Nb从γ'相中析出,在其周围富集,其中3п741нп合金中尤为明显.合金元素的偏聚度也和合金的初熔点与终熔点之差的大小有关,其熔解区间越大即初熔点和终熔点之差越大,合金元素的偏聚度越大.     

镁修饰丝光沸石对萘异丙基化选择性的影响

2，6-二异丙基萘是制备高级聚酯材料PEN和液晶聚合物的原料。用择形催化剂丝光沸石代替传统的Friedel—Crafts催化剂，在高压釜中以萘和丙烯为原料经异丙基化反应合成了2，6-DIPN。采用浸渍法用少量镁盐修饰水汽脱铝氢型丝光沸石（SDHM），减少了SDHM外表面的强B酸中心和非择形产物的生成，从而使2，6-DIPN的择形率提高到71％。2，6-DIPN／2，7-DIPN摩尔比达到2．89，有利于2，6-DIPN的分离提纯。     

奈必洛尔中间体的不对称合成

(S,R,R,R)-奈必洛尔是一种新型、强效的β1-肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂降压药物.采用氧化/Wittig烯化一锅煮反应和Sharpless不对称环氧化/环化一锅煮反应,经八步反应,不对称合成出(S,R,R,R)-奈必洛尔的两个关键中间体1-[6-氟-(2S)-3,4-二氢-2H-2-苯并吡喃]-(1R)-1,2-乙二醇和1-[6-氟-(2R)-3,4-二氢-2H-2-苯并吡喃]-(1S)-1,2-乙二醇.该合成路线工艺简单,单步反应产率高,八步反应总收率达19%.
