基于水杨醛的手性Salen-Mn(Ⅲ)配合物与DNA相互作用研究

以水扬醛为基本原料,合成了2种具有手性的Salen-Mn配合物,通过圆二色(CD)光谱、吸收光谱、粘度和凝胶电泳等方法研究了2种配合物与DNA的作用.结果显示:这2种配合物不以插入模式与DNA结合,但显示出化学核酸酶性质,在H2O2存在下,能够断裂DNA,将pBR 322 DNA由formⅠ转化为formⅡ.图6,参12.

本文运用群论方法,对高T_c Bi 系超导体中的Bi_2Sr_2CuO_(?)和Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_8的晶格振动模进行了系统的对称性分类.给出了其布里渊区中(?)点,X 点和△线振动模式的对称分解和对称化基.

菜籽饼粕是我国重要的植物性蛋白质饲料资源,常年产量约300万吨,占各类油籽饼粕总量的27%左右.由于菜籽饼粕含硫葡糖苷及其水解产物、单宁、芥子碱、植酸等对动物有害的物质,且赖氨酸含量和利用率低,纤维高,动物可利用能值低,使其在动物饲料特别是猪、禽等单胃动物饲料中的应用受到限制.目前我国菜籽饼粕60—70%被当作肥料等使用.     

对时域有限差分(FDTD)法误差的分析

时域有限差分（ＦＤＴＤ）法已经在许多领域得到了应用，但对该方法的误差分析还停留在简单模型的数值解与其严格解进行比较的基础上，本文从理论上对ＦＤＴＤ法误差的来源进行了研究，并提出几种减小误差的办法。     

HPMBP与N_（503）协同萃取钯（Ⅱ）的研究

研究了ＨＰＭＢＰ与Ｎ５０３的氯仿溶液从硝酸介质中协萃钯（Ⅱ）的性能．用斜率法和等摩尔系列法确定萃合物组成为（ＣＨ３ＣＯＮＨＲ２）Ｐｄ（ＰＭＢＰ）３；求得该协萃反应的平衡常数及协萃配合物的生成常数分别为：ｌｇｋ１２＝１．５４，ｌｇβ１２＝２．３９．考察了温度对协萃平衡的影响，测定了协萃反应的热力学函数．
