山岭区高速公路线形设计初探

本文对山岭区高速公路设计中与平原区设计不同之处从几个方面做了探讨和说明。     

B2O3—MgO—SiO2系富硼渣活性的混料回归模型

研究了B2O3－MgO-SiO2系富硼渣的活性与组成和结构的关系。在限定10％≤B2O3≤30%，10%≤SiO2≤30%，MgO≤60%范围内，MgO的含量和熔体固化过程玻璃体的形成是影响富硼渣活性的关键因素。     

镓(Ⅲ)——溴邻苯三酚红-邻菲啰啉三元络合物的研究及其应用

拟定了一种微量镓(Ⅲ)的测定方法:当有聚乙烯醇存在时,在pH3.6的醋酸一醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,镓(Ⅲ)能与溴邻苯三酚红及邻菲啰啉形成蓝紫色的三元络合物,λmax=615 nm,25 ml溶液中镓(Ⅲ)量为1.0×10-～35μg范围内符合比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=3.69×10 4,络合物组成比:镓(Ⅲ):溴邻苯三酚红:邻菲啰啉=1:2:1.大量铝(Ⅲ)可用氟化钠掩蔽,此法可用于大量铝中微量镓的测定.     

浅谈抗渗砼的应用

防水构筑物产生裂缝渗水主要是由于砼干缩引起的。在施工实例中采取JM-Ⅲ砼添加剂以减小砼的收缩、提高砼强度，达到抗渗扩裂效果。     

Studies of Photorefractive Crystals of Double-Doped Ce,Fe:LiNbO3

In this paper, photorefractive crystals of Ce, Fe:LiNbO3 are systematically studied. The crystals have been grown by Czochralski method. The samples with different doping concentrations and oxidation/reduction treatments have been fabricated. Their photorefractive properties were experimentally investigated by using two-beam coupling. The results show that the photorefractive efficiency depends on the dopant concentration, oxidation/reduction treatment, and light wavelength. The doping mechanism is also discussed here.     

基于Direct3D技术的自然现象模拟

虚拟现实中自然现象的模拟一直都是研究的热点,其中雨雪天气的模拟可以增加虚拟现实的逼真程度.本文在分析粒子系统实现原理的基础上,基于Direct3D技术,实现了雨雪天气的模拟.本文采用的实现方法比较简单,实现效果具有较强的真实感.     

城市污水铁盐混凝预处理试验研究

以城市污水厂沉沙除油池的出水作为研究对象,考察了三氯化铁对总磷的去除效果,并对不同铁盐投加量条件下产生的沉淀物进行X射线衍射和能谱等的分析,研究铁盐去除生活污水中磷的作用机理.     

“元四家”山水画的隐逸特征简

元四家在长期的绘画实践中，融合笔墨的写意精神，通过对物象描绘表达画家的主观心绪，忽略物象的形似而重神似，逐渐形成了尚逸、尚意的山水画风。文人画家主张“逸笔草草，不求形似”，追求“脱俗”和“自娱”的美学思想体现了文人画家之“隐”与山水画之“逸”的结合。     

Graphene meets biology

Graphene features a shining star in the material sciences since its discovery in 2004. Biomedical application of graphene-family materials has been driven recently. In this paper, we overviewed the cutting-edge research in the biomedical application of graphene-based biomaterials, such as bio-sensing and bio-imaging, drug/gene delivery and scaffold for tissue engineering. We emphasized on the effect of graphene substrates on cellular behaviors of adhesion, proliferation~ and differentiation. The develop- ment of three-dimensional scaffolds based on graphene- based nanomaterials and the potential of these constructs in tissue engineering are discussed. The perspectives and challenges are also addressed.     

一种黑曲霉斜面培养基的优化方法

通过一系列实验,优化了黑曲霉Co827的斜面培养基配比.优化后的斜面培养基为3.5°Be～ 3.6°Be麦芽汁培养基.采用优化后的培养基,单菌落孢子数达到167.2×105左右,产孢子能力提高了15.07％,通过摇瓶验证,产酸达到14.40％,提高了3％左右.
