钝齿棒状杆菌转导噬菌体T-1的理化和生物学特性

虽然对谷氨酸产生菌(Corynebacterium crenatum)噬菌体已有许多较深入的研究,但对于噬菌体在遗传学上的应用的研究却很少。为寻找适合于谷氨酸产生菌的遗传载体,本实验室从分离出的48株噬菌体中,筛选后得到两株具有转导能力的噬菌体。下文报道其中一株的理化、生物学特性,为已发表的谷氨酸产生菌噬菌体进行比较,提供选择转导噬菌体的参考。     

Hypothalamo-hypophyseal-gonadal function in the rat following administration of the novel and selective D-1 agonist CY 208-243

Summary The effects of the novel and selective dopamine D-1 agonist CY 208-243 on the rat hypothalamo-hypophyseal-gonadal (HHG) axis were studied. CY 208-243 did not modify the concentration of luteinizing hormone (LH) in serum from female or male rats, and had no effect upon opiate antagonist-induced stimulation of LH secretion in male rats. CY 208-243 did not inhibit ovulation in cycling female rats. Thus, D-1 receptor activation by systemic drug administration does not alter HHG function in rats.     

Hormone and forskolin-stimulated cyclic AMP accumulation in human lymphocytes: reliability of longitudinal time measurements

Summary Reliability of measurement of lymphocyte cyclic AMP synthesis in intact cells was estimated by taking 3 successive blood samples during a one-month period from 11 healthy volunteers. Isoproterenol and prostaglandin E₁-stimulated cyclic AMP accumulation were used to evaluate the activity of these two receptor activities in human lymphocytes. Forskolin-stimulated cyclic AMP accumulation was used to evaluate the activity of the Ns/catalytic subunit. Only for forskolin was significant reliability observed. For isoproterenol and prostaglandin E₁ significant reliability was observed only for male subjects.Acknowledgment. SBS聚合物改性沥青热储存稳定性取样方法和评价指标

针对现行规范中离析试验评价聚合物改性沥青热储存稳定性的缺点,结合工程实际,设计开发了筒法离析试验.通过对不同种类、不同剂量的SBS聚合物改性沥青进行不同时刻的筒法离析试验,并对离析后上、下部沥青进行了软化点试验、动态剪切流变(DSR)试验和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)试验,首次提出了采用离析率Rz 1作为SBS聚合物改性沥青热储存稳定性的评价指标.结果表明,筒法离析试验是一种更合理、更有效的评价方法.     

GaAs1-xSbx/GaAs量子阱的Type-Ⅱ特性

研究了分子束外延生长的不同舍量的GaAs1-xSbx／GaAs量子阱的光荧光特性和时间分辨光谱特性．分析表明，利用电子空穴分离导致了能带弯曲和能带填充效应，实验结果说明了GaAs1-xSbx／GaAs异质结至少在Sb原子数目百分比为16％～26％时是Type-Ⅱ结构．     

OsICK1 基因植物反义表达载体的构建及遗传转化

OsICK1是水稻细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制剂基因.我们构建了水稻细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制剂基因(OsICK1)的植物反义表达载体,在农杆菌的介导下尝试使antisense OsICK1 整合到水稻基因组中并初步得到验证.为进一步研究OsICK1 对水稻细胞周期调控的作用奠定了基础.     

相干态双模∑型三能级J－CM模型中辐射场的量子统计性质

用数值计算研究了相干态双模［Ｈ］型三能级Ｊａｙｎｅｓ－Ｃｕｍｍｉｎｇｓ模型（以下简称Ｊ－ＣＭ）中两辐射场的二阶关联函数的性质，揭示出每一模的光子反聚束效应和亚泊松分布的出现与时间、原子初态、初始平均光子数和失谐量的关系。     

非均质土体稳定性分析的广义极限平衡法及其应用

非均质土体稳定性分析是岩土工程中十分重要且非常复杂的课题，目前既缺乏严密的理论公式，也无统一的实用方法。本文运用拉格朗日乘子法，有机地将传统的极限平衡法与极限分析上限定理相结合，建立了一种既能考虑土料强度非线性特征，又适用于非均质剖面等的土建筑物及地基稳定性统一分析方法即广义极限平衡法，并比较严密地阐明了方法的物理基础与解答的性质。最后简要介绍了这种方法在非均质土坡稳定性、层状地基承载力与挡土墙土压力等方面应用所取得的一些数值结果与结论。     

Modelling non-normal first-order autoregressive time series

We shall first review some non-normal stationary first-order autoregressive models. The models are constructed with a given marginal distribution (logistic, hyperbolic secant, exponential, Laplace, or gamma) and the requirement that the bivariate joint distribution of the generated process must be sufficiently simple so that the parameter estimation and forecasting problems of the models can be addressed. A model-building approach that consists of model identification, estimation, diagnostic checking, and forecasting is then discussed for this class of models.
