太阳耀斑中单能X射线源发射(II)

本文用大量观测数据在［１］的基础上证明：太阳耀斑中不但存在来自ｐｅｐ过程的单能（～１２．５ｋｅＶ）的Ｘ射线源发射，而且存在来自ｄ＋ｅｄ＋过程的单能（～２５ｋｅＶ）的Ｘ射线源发射。并根据理论模型提出关于耀斑Ｘ射线谱测量的建议。

本文分析了发展中国家技术引进上的十大认知误区和十大实践误区，并提出了一些走出这些技术引进误区的政策建议或建制条件。     

恒源煤矿深部井冻结钻孔过硬岩段快速施工技术

无论注浆施工还是冻结施工效率的快慢关键在于追孔速度;在过110m左右石千峰组坚硬砂岩地层时,采用先进的设备、高强度钻具组合工艺系统,进行科学组织和管理,钻进速度提高2～3倍,实现快速施工,为井筒早日开挖赢得了时间。     

Design and synthesis of ultrahard materials

With continuous support from the National Natural Science Foundation of China since 2003, Prof. Tian Yongjun＇s group in Yanshan University has achieved a series of original results in the field of super- hard materials, especially the construction of fundamental theory and synthesis of novel materials. The re- sult has been published in Nature （2013, 493 （7432）：385--8）.

稀土双相永磁合金X射线无标定量相分析

通过对Ｎｄ２Ｆｅ１４Ｂ四方相单胞分析，确定其各原子坐标，进而采用计算Ｋ值直接对比法，建立了双相永磁合金相分析计算程序。在对单相计算结果与实验值取得一致的基础上，对α－Ｆｅ／Ｎｄ２Ｆｅ１４Ｂ实验合金进行了相含量测算和分析。     

磁头芯片的研制

通过对１Ｊ８８、１Ｊ８９软磁合金进行热处理、制板以及用化学试剂进行双面光刻腐等系列工艺制成磁头芯片，其特点是磁性好，在电子行业有着广泛的用途．     

Research on C3N4 Superhard Compound Thin Film and Its Application

By combination of DC reactive magnetron sputtering with multiple arcplating, the alternating C3N4/TiN compound film is deposited onto HSS. The core level binding energy and contents of carbon and nitrogen are characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectrum. X-ray diffraction (XRD) shows that compound thin film contains hard crystalline phases of α-C3N4 and β-C3N4.The Knoop microhardness in the load range of 50.5-54.1GPa is measured. According to acoustic emission scratch test, the critical load values for the coating on HSS substrates are in the range of 40-80N. The metal coated with C3N4/TiN compound films has a great improvement in the resistance against corrosion. Many tests show that such a coating has a very high wearability. Compared with the uncoated and TiN coated tools, the C3N4/TiN coated tools have a much longer sutting life.     

稀磁合金的混合效应与热电势

基于Anderson s-d混合模型和Falicov s-d库仑互作用模型，利用格林函数方法，研究了稀磁合金的s-d混合效应和s-d库化互作用效应对热电势的影响。
