大鼠心肌缺血模型在环境毒理学中应用的探讨

结扎大鼠左冠状动脉的左室支,造成局部心肌缺血,大体标本活性体染色与光镜检查的结果相符合,均显示缺血中心区大部分心肌梗塞,变性;缺血损伤在导致心电图紊乱的同时,还使心肌组织的脂质过氧化产物丙二醛大量生成和自由基清除剂超氧化物歧化酶的活性显著下降;     

爆炸地震波频谱特性研究

目的 研究爆炸地震波频谱特性,为爆破工程安全设计和地震波毁伤目标提供依据。方法 测量爆炸地震波,并进行ＦＦＴ变换和频谱分析。结果 得到爆炸地震波频随距离的变化规律以及传播路径,炸药量,装药位置对爆炸地震波频谱的影响特征。     

The correlation of multi-channel thermal infrared remote sensing information and its effect on retrieval of land surface temperature

The informational correlation among seven thermal infrared channels of MODIS is simulated. Results show that they have high correlation coefficient, which becomes one of the main obstacles to raise accuracy of LST retrieved by the remote sensing method. By means of principal component analysis we have proven 14 independent equations for retrieval of LST at most having five independent informative components, if seven bands are chosen for retrieval of LST, only three independent informative components exist. Therefore the property of retrieval of LST belongs to the underdetermined inverse problem. We cannot expect to get a stable and high accurate LST retrieved by various currently used remote sensing methods based on determined equations. From now on it is a main research topic to retrieve LST by underdetermined equations.

Multi-peak spectrum of KML Ti: Sapphire pulse

The multi-peak spectrum of Ti:sapphire pulses observed experimentally under ultra-broad bandwidth conditions (< 15 fs pulse length) has been explained theoretically. It is shown that the self-phase-modulation effect is equivalent to the process of degenerate four-wave frequency-mixing. Based on this theoretical underpinning, the presence or absence of a multipeak spectrum provides a practical measure of whether the intracavity group-velocity-dispersion is ideally compensated for or not.     

Single-and multiple-scattering properties of ice crystals in 1.38 μm wavelength and its potential applications in satellite remote sensing

An improved ray-optics theory and Mie theory for single scattering and the adding-dou-bling method for multiple scattering are used to study the relationship between the radiation in the wavelengths of 1.38, 3.979, 6.5, and 11.03 μm and the microphysics of cirrus clouds. It is shown that the strong 1.38 μm water vapor band in the near-IR region is superior to the other three IR channels used in current operational satellites and has potential possibility of remote sensing of microphysical and optical properties of cirrus clouds.
