基于WEB的交互式数据库访问效率的研究

随着网络的发展 ,Web环境下数据库的使用日益频繁 ,而其中很重要的一部分就涉及到数据库的访问速度问题。文章结合数据库设计技术 ,就 Web环境下 ,如何提高大型数据库的访问效率、保证数据库的一致性与可恢复性进行研究 ,并介绍了 Web环境下存储过程的调用及 ASP的事务处理     

Web信息查询研究进展

Web上大量、分布、动态的信息,造成了用户在查询Web上的信息时产生的"信息过载”和"信息迷向”现象.Web信息检索与查询是目前的研究热点,本文分析和比较现有Web信息检索和查询语言技术的发展现状,介绍了基于人工智能领域中机器学习方法的Web信息检索和查询以及信息抽取技术的研究,以供研究者参考.     

面向应用的复制服务器动态组播选路算法

在组播选路树的代价函数中计入组播成员加入/离开组播连接的概率,使得移动成员尽可能成为组播选路树的叶节点,并根据代价函数动态选择最小代价树,仿真结果表明,该算法将能保证网络资源得以有效利用。     

An approach for QoS measurement and web service selection sureness

Web services have gained popularity m recent years anu prowue a new moue, u~ w~u, w,,,~,, ,~- cilitates interaction of scientific and business applications through the Internet. More often, several services with similar functionality are available from a large and changing number of service provid- ers. Quality of Service （QoS） is the dominant factor in service selection and is of great importance to users. In this paper, we propose a model for QoS measurement and web services selection. The model consists of QoS model, QoS monitoring, QoS comparison and service selection with a QoS feedback mechanism. The most suitable service is to take into account the agreed QoS, monitoring is done during invocation phase and if any deviation is recorded, next suitable service is selected. Fi- nally the model is proved to be feasible and effective by simulation experiments.

Web decoration polymorphism in Argiope Audouin, 1826 (Araneidae) spiders: ontogenetic and interspecific variation

Spiders in the genus Argiope commonly include curious silk structures, termed web decorations or stabilimenta in their webs. Whilst interesting ontogenetic and interspecific variation in both the form and frequency of web decorations has been documented, to our knowledge this is the first study to compare this variation across a number of decorating species. Here we show that two sympatric species A. picta and A. aetherea construct different forms of web decorations as adults and that A. picta decorates at a higher frequency than A. aetherea. Furthermore, this difference in decoration frequency may be related to the different decoration forms (linear or cruciate) across this genus. We also show that native bees responded significantly more quickly to cruciate decorations than to linear decorations. Here we argue that consideration of the different decoration forms and the frequency at which spiders adorn their webs may help illuminate possible context‐dependent functions for these curious structures.
