A New Criterion for Environmental Risk Management of Multiplication Processes

This paper aims to propose ERT （Expected Reaching Time）, a new risk adverse evaluation criterion of finite multiplication processes, and to examine its properties in relation to the dominance criterion. The ERT means the expected time that takes for an objective valiable to reach a target value. To deal with the environmental risk involved in the process, the expectation maximizing strategy may be the most well known. However, for many cases the dominance strategy rather than the expectation maximizing strategy is adopted and works very well. In this paper we first prove rigorously that minimization of the ERT is equivalent to the dominance criterion in the infinite period. Then we demonstrate by simulation that the ERT gives almost equal evaluation as the dominance criterion even for the finite multiplications, after showing that it is approximately proportional to the logarithm of the target value.

针对一类具有双参数扰动的Holling Ⅱ随机捕食-食饵模型的一些动力学性质问题,利用随机微分方程的一些基本理论和不等式技巧,证明了该系统的正解的存在性和唯一性,随机最终有界性,一致H?lder连续性和随机持久性,并给出了该系统灭绝的充分性条件.最后,通过数值模拟直观表现种群在双参数扰动下的数量变化,并与理论结果一致.     

Exponential passive filtering for a class of nonlinear jump systems

The exponential passive filtering problem for a class of nonlinear Markov jump systems with uncertainties and time-delays is studied. The uncertain parameters are assumed unknown but norm bounded, and the nonlinearities satisfy the quadratic condition. Based on the passive filtering theory, the sufficient condition for the existence of the mode-dependent passive filter is given by analyzing the reconstructed observer system. By using the appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii function and applying linear matrix inequalities, the design scheme of the passive filter is derived and described as an optimization one. The presented exponential passive filter makes the error dynamic systems exponentially stochastically stable for all the admissible uncertainties, time-delays and nonlinearities, has the better abilities of state tracking and satisfies the given passive norm index. Simulation results demonstrate the validity of the proposed approach.     

Robust Stabilization for Uncertain Linear Delay Markow Jump System

Markov jump linear systems are defined as a family of linear systems with randomly Markov jumping parameters and are used to model systems subject to failures or changes in structure. The robust stabilization problem of jump linear delay system with uncertainty was studied. By using of linear matrix inequalities, the existence conditions of robust stabilizing and the state feedback controller designing methods are also presented and proved. Finally, an illustrated example shows the effectiveness of this approach.
