文化式原型变化之比较

从立体构成形式、基本松量、胸省量、肩斜角、前后高度差、袖斜角、省道变化应用等方面，对新老版本文化式原型进行了对比分析。论证了新版文化式原型的科学性、合理性和实用性。     

语文新课程与教师角色的转换

我国新一轮基础教育改革已全面启动,2005年全国所有地区都将实施新课程。语文新课程理念的更新热切呼唤语文教师角色作出相应的转换,语文教师要在新课程环境下重塑自己。本文着重从三大方面阐述了中学语文教师要在反思传统教师角色的基础上,为适应和实施新课程而应该有的角色转换。     

日式经营管理在邃变

８０年代引人注目的日式经营管理，９０年代来其许多本质性特征却发生了意味深长的变化。注视并研究这些变化意义甚大。本文重在概括日式经营管理现正经历的变化。     

英语新课标下教师角色的转变

施行新的《英语课程标准》,要求教师做好充分的心理准备并实现必要的角色转变:教师应该是学生学习的促进者;应该是与学生“平等中的首席”;应该是谦虚的学习者;教师之间应该是紧密的合作者;教师应该做扎实的研究者。     

基于CMIP6集合优化数据集的全球陆地极端气候变化预估

预估极端气候事件趋势能够降低其引起的灾害风险.该文基于CMIP6集合优化数据集EPTGODD-WHU,选取5个极端气候指数,即最高气温极大值(TXx)、最高气温极小值(TXn)、最低气温极大值(TNx)、最低气温极小值(TNn)和最大月降水量(PXx),并结合GIS分析手段,对2021—2100年SSP1-2.6、SSP2-4.5和SSP5-8.5情景下的全球陆地极端气温及降水进行预估.结果表明：1)相较于CMIP单一模式,EPTGODD-WHU数据集模拟性能显著提升,气温及降水的空间相关系数分别达到0.99和0.81.2) SSP5-8.5情景下,年最低气温和最高气温均上升明显,且这种上升趋势年内波动不大,地球陆地极寒地区将面临升温的风险,而赤道等极热地区将处于年内长时间酷热状态.3)六大洲在SSP5-8.5情景下的极端降水整体上升趋势最剧烈,但北美洲密西西比平原和滨海平原的地区在SSP5-8.5情景下在未来面临较高的旱灾风险.4)中国西南部地区的极端降水在三个情景下均呈稳定的增幅,且增幅高达60%,预示面临较高的洪灾风险.     

Innovators and contrapreneurs: Crucial alliances that connect and separate organizational change processes

This paper focuses on the coupling among alliances, relationships, management, and activities, when major strategic changes are carried out in an old organization. The paper also points out hownew alliances andchanged relationships seem to be developing in a Norwegian company. As a conclusion, we point out six elements which, according to our research, have to be present to minimize the implementation of reversible processes in organizations where organizational change processes have been implemented so that continued change can go on in the company.     

A continuous 200-ka palaeoclimatic record from stalagmite in Tangshan Cave, Nanjing

An oxygen isotope temperature record from 381 to 166 kaB. P. (²³⁰Th/²³⁴U dating and tuned ages) has been obtained by combining data on the isotopic composition of calcites with that of fluid inclusions trapped in a stalagmite from a limestone cave in which a fossil cranium deposited. Several laminae in microsequence of the stalagmite represent climatic events or shifts. The Nanjing man fossil was older than 381 kaB. P.     

秦安大地湾高分辨率全新世植被演变与气候变迁初步研究

主要根据孢粉分析结果,并结合磁化率,碳酸钙恢复了陇西黄土高原地区全新世期间植被气候的变化过程。结果表明全新世气候存在３个大的阶段,全新世早期气候以寒冷为主要特点,中全新世气候温暖湿润,晚全新世气候以干旱为主要特征。     

Predicting returns and volatility with macroeconomic variables: evidence from tests of encompassing

Tests of forecast encompassing are used to evaluate one‐step‐ahead forecasts of S&P Composite index returns and volatility. It is found that forecasts over the 1990s made from models that include macroeconomic variables tend to be encompassed by those made from a benchmark model which does not include macroeconomic variables. However, macroeconomic variables are found to add significant information to forecasts of returns and volatility over the 1970s. Often in empirical research on forecasting stock index returns and volatility, in‐sample information criteria are used to rank potential forecasting models. Here, none of the forecasting models for the 1970s that include macroeconomic variables are, on the basis of information criteria, preferred to the relevant benchmark specification. Thus, had investors used information criteria to choose between the models used for forecasting over the 1970s considered in this paper, the predictability that tests of encompassing reveal would not have been exploited. 广播电视大学图书馆是电大的文献信息中心,随着开放教育这一新的教育模式的出现,图书馆也应在整体上做出相应的改革,树立“以人为主体”的服务理念。未来图书馆事业发展的核心是信息增值服务和人本服务。
