Model Reduction via Reducibility Matrix

In this work, a new model reduction technique is introduced. The proposed technique is derived using the matrix reducibility concept. The eigenvalues of the reduced model are preserved; that is, the reduced model eigenvalues are a subset of the full order model eigenvalues. This preservation of the eigenvalues makes the mathematical model closer to the physical model. Finally, the outcomes of this method are fully illustrated using simulations of two numeric examples

研究了一类二阶拟线性奇摄动边值问题解的存在惟一性和一致有效性,利用边界函数法,在适当条件下成功构造了所论问题解的一致有效的渐近展开式,并得到了渐近解的误差估计。

利用锥上的不动点定理给出了四阶微分方程奇异边值问题C2[0,1]正解存在的充分必要条件,推广了韦忠礼(2005,1999)的结果.     

奇摄动问题的一个高精度方法

考虑带大Reynolds数问题的对流-扩散方程.近年来Shishkin网格法适合这类总是的求解,收敛阶为O(N-1lnN).提出高精度方法,首先解析解被分解为光滑部分和奇性部分,按Shishkin过渡点进行不等距网格剖分.光滑部分使用了Runge-Kutta方法;对于奇性部分,除了采用指数拟合方法外,还结合零逼近技巧,这样构造的混合方法是高精度的.最后本文给出数值例子以说明理论结果的正确性.     

Wavelet Numerical Solutions for Weakly Singular Fredholm Integral Equations of the Second Kind

Daubechies interval wavelet is used to solve numerically weakly singular Fredholm integral equations of the second kind. Utilizing the orthogonality of the wavelet basis,the integral equation is reduced into a linear system of equations. The vanishing moments of the wavelet make the wavelet coefficient matrices sparse,while the continuity of the derivative functions of basis overcomes naturally the singular problem of the integral solution. The uniform convergence of the approximate solution by the wavelet method is proved and the error bound is given. Finally,numerical example is presented to show the application of the wavelet method.
