一种改进的Lyapunov指数谱算法及应用研究

提出了改进的Darbyshire-Broomhead(D-B)Lyapunov指数谱算法,通过互信息函数确定嵌入延迟,利用伪近邻法(False Nearest Neighbors,FNN)确定最佳嵌入维,从而确定了Lyapunov指数的个数,克服了原算法排除可疑指数过程中容易引起过多或过少的指数的缺点,然后再根据简化D-B理论计算出整个序列的Lyapunov指数.分别对含有噪声和不含有噪声的Lorenz时间序列仿真对比验证了该算法的有效性及稳定性.最后利用读算法对输油管道压力时间序列进行了Lyapunov指数的计算并分析出该时间序列具有混沌特征.     

邻域自适应选取及权值平均的投影去噪方法

针对常规局部投影方法在选取邻域点和还原时间序列两方面存在的不足,基于混沌时间序列的相空间重构理论,提出了一种基于相空间重构理论的改进的局部投影非线性去噪方法。该方法在邻域范围的选取和时间序列还原两方面进行了改进。用自适应的邻域选取方法代替了常规的固定邻域范围的方法,同时用加权平均代替直接平均还原时间序列。用改进后的方法对不同初始噪声水平下的Henon时间序列和Lorenz时间序列进行仿真,比较常规方法和改进方法去噪后的信噪比,仿真结果表明提出的改进方法能够更有效地去除包含在时间序列中的噪声成分,同时又能够较好地保留原系统中的混沌特性。     

宋代地方官学建校资金来源探究——侧重于对学记文本的分析

宋代掀起四次大规模的兴学高潮,地方州县学校遍及全国各地。文章通过对学记的分析,考察了宋代地方州县修建学校的资金来源,发现地方官学筹集资金是一个多渠道的方式：或朝廷和路级官府拨款,或州县官府自筹经费,或民间捐献。不同的州县有不同的筹款方式,具有复杂性和多样性的特征。     

高速运动环境下GNSS接收机阵列抗干扰算法

全球卫星导航系统(global navigation satellite system, GNSS)接收机高速运动状态下,干扰信号来向快速变化将导致阵列抗干扰算法性能下降,为此提出了基于干扰加噪声协方差(interference-plus-noise covariance, INC)矩阵重构的零陷加宽算法。首先,依据采样协方差矩阵相邻特征值之比估算干扰信号数目。然后,利用空间谱估计值粗略判定干扰信号来向,并根据零陷展宽需求重新设定干扰区域空间谱估计值。最后,以干扰区域谱估计值为基础重构INC矩阵,求解阵列权矢量。仿真实验表明,相比于其他零陷加宽算法,所提算法在相同展宽下的零陷更深,阵列输出载噪比(carrier to noise ratio, C/N₀)也高出5 dBHz以上。

财政支农补贴是各国为保护农业、提高农民收入、促进农村发展而普遍采取的政策手段之一。针对现阶段我国财政支农补贴存在的问题，要进一步完善财政支农补贴政策，遵循直接受益和简便合理的原则，增加财政补贴的资金投入，改进财政吏农补贴方式，合理确定财政支农补贴重点，增强财政补贴的支农力度。

A Novel Method for Human Expression Rapid Reconstruction

Human expression rapid reconstruction has many potential applications in entertainment and social security. In this work, a rapid human expression measurement system based on a digital fringe projection and phase-shift technique is developed. The measurement system consists of a digital light processing (DLP) projector and a high-speed change-coupled device (CCD) camera. The DLP projector is used to project computer-generated fringe patterns onto the human face, and the high-speed CCD camera synchronized with the projector acquires the fringe images at a frame rate of 30 frames/s. Based on a three-step phase-shifting method and an accurate phase-height mapping algorithm, each frame of the 3-D human expression can be reconstructed. The principle of the proposed method is described and some experimental results are presented to demonstrate its performance. The experiment results show that the measurement system can reconstruct accurate 3-D human expression. An obvious merit of this method is that it can reconstruct the 3-D human expression in a very short time and it is not sensitive to the movement of the face during the measurement processing.
