基于记忆模型学习的商务Agent协商设计

将基于记忆模型学习和Agent结合起来应用到商务协商过程,可在一定程度上促进机器学习、Agent技术及电子商务的共同发展。将Agent技术引入到记忆模型学习中,给出了基于记忆模型学习的商务Agent协商的设计思路,完成了记忆模型、协商协议的设计,并搭建实验系统平台,设计了原型系统,经过实验可以在嵌入式移动设备上实现商务协商,从而验证了该协商的有效性。     

关于利益分配问题的多边谈判探讨

深入讨论了在利益分配过程中的多边谈判问题．首先，为确定有效容 量设计了奖罚谈判法，对谈判各方估价相同的离散型分配问题给出了最小 误差法；然后，讨论了利益分配问题的分配原则，提出了合理的分配过程应 满足的两个必要条件；最后，对朴素分配法做了改进，使其适用于谈判各方 估价不同的情况．     

合作与协调——评对格赖斯合作原则的质疑

通过评论三大语用原则对格赖斯的合作原则的质疑,我们认为他们都忽略了格赖斯对"目的"的重视,话语的数量取决于说话者的现实目的.在逻辑评论的基础上,可以认为人类的交际是以合作为基础的协调行为.     

协同生产计划调度系统及其关键技术

分析了网络化制造环境下生产计划调度的需求和特点,提出了一种面向动态联盟的协同生产计划调度系统的体系结构,并深入研究了实现协同生产计划调度的关键技术.首先对协同信息交互的立体结构和基于XML(eX-tensible Markup Language)的信息交互机制进行了分析,引入基于协商的协调机制和冲突消解策略,最后探讨了计划调度的快速优化算法,以实现对生产计划调度系统的协调优化.在此基础上,建立了原型系统,对上述关键技术进行了应用验证.应用表明,该系统具有良好的扩展性和适应性,能够实现动态联盟生产过程中的自治和协同.     

Negotiation,Management, and Systems Thinking

The mutual apartness of negotiation, management, and systems thinking and practice is highlighted, and a reflection on a systemic view of negotiation is presented. An overview of negotiation studies is given, as well as practical comments on the pursuit of win-win to achieve the general satisfaction of the parties and lasting relationships; the importance of everybody's participation; different views and facets of negotiation and of conflict; the basic variables of power, time, and information; and the basic points for a methodic negotiation process. Some aspects of negotiation have been selected from the management literature. Systems approaches that could contribute to negotiation and benefit from its findings are recalled, integrated into TSI/ LSI, which seems to offer a conceptual and procedural guide to a systemic view of negotiation as a wheel for management, as suggested in the final section.

从任务特性看整体听写中意义协商的质量

通过比较个人信息任务、整体听写任务、解决问题任务中意义协商的质量,发现任务信息越简单,认知难度越低;互动结构越单一的任务,其意义协商的准确度和流利度越高,则复杂度越低,反之亦然。意义协商的准确度、复杂度和流利度之间存在一种取舍效应。整体听写通过降低任务的认知要求、提高中介语要求,可以在意义协商质量的各方面标准上达到较理想的均衡水平,这为任务型教学活动提供了新选择。

This paper demonstrates respectlly the importances of abiding by the courtesy principles of English on telephone,writing and negotiation and presents the methods to make diction tactful and tone mild during business English communication.If we use the principles skillfully,it can help both sides to establish business relations on the basis of equality and mutual benefit.     

Innovation Versus Environmental Protection Presumptions

The paper is about negotiating with issues that discourage innovation. The subject is environmental deterioration, with concern directed at the impediments that keep it from being innovatively resolved. The paper is organized around three issues. (1) The dominant model of environmental concern, called environmental protection, is managed predominantly via command and control approaches. (2) Command and control, by relying on analytical segmentation to subdivide the problem into digestible bits and using formal legislation to direct it, are not up to emerging challenges in the area. (3) More robust models are available but difficult to experiment with due to impediments that discourage change. These impediments are seen in ideals associated with protection, prevention, recycling, and sustainability that tend to do more to sustain harmful practices than to seek beneficial alternatives. Being able to appreciate the underlying restrictions of entropy could help stimulate a more innovative agenda. These issues are tested via a project funded by the EPA entitled ENERGY STAR Homes.
