高校图书馆在素质教育中需处理好的几个关系

为适应 2 1世纪科学技术、信息技术发展的需要 ,笔者认为我国高校图书馆在大学生素质教育中应更加注重环境的优化、藏书的建设、队伍的建设、以及读者工作质量的提高 ,使高校图书馆在大学生素质教育中充分地发挥其整体效应 .

证明了可解群阶的定理:令V≠0是有限拟本原G 模,|V|=qn,素数q>0,G为完全线性群GL(V)的一可解完全可约子群,则a)|G|≤|V|α/λ,b)若2 |G|,且q≠2,则|G|≤|V|3/2/241/3。除非qn=23、26、28、29、32、34或54,或者G≌(Γ(22)wrZ2)F、Γ(24)F或(S3wrZ2)F,F是25阶超特殊群。常数4α=6(3)1/2,即1.68<α<1.69,且常数λ=31/2。     

强化高职学生实践能力的思考与探索

本文就如何强化高职学生实践能力，结合学校实际从重组实践课程体系、完善实践教学设施和改革实践教学方法等方面进行了一些探索，指出了以培养不的能力为主线，以培养综合素质的高级应用型人才为目标，以适应地方经济为宗旨，以强化实践教学为抓手的办学思路。     

A NOTE ON THE RIGHT SPREAD ORDER ASSOCIATED WITH EXPONENTIAL DISTRIBUTIONS

It is shown that the total life of a parallel system with independent and identical （i.i.d.） exponential components is smaller in the right spread order than an exponential life with the sane mean as the system. As applications, simple upper bounds for the mean and the variance of the life length of a parallel system with i.i.d. NBUE components are established, as well as the preservation property of the convolution of NBUE and exponential randorn variables.     

一类3×n流水型排序问题新近似最优解法的探讨

3×n流水型排序问题解法较多,有些方法虽简单,但效果不佳。同时也没给出适用条件。为了解决这一问题,针对3×n流水型排序的特点,提出了新的解法及其适用条件。新解法从缩短关键线路的长度的角度出发,利用均衡原理,虽比关键加工中心法稍微复杂,但优化程度明显,更接近最优解,此外,新解法在多数情况下可以判断是否达到最优解,且比较容易得到最优解。     

Optimal design study of high order FIR digital filters based on neural network algorithm

An optimal design approach of high order FIR digital filter is developed based on the algorithm of neural networks with cosine basis function . The main idea is to minimize the sum of the square errors between the amplitude response of the desired FIR filter and that of the designed by training the weights of neural networks, then obtains the impulse response of FIR digital filter . The convergence theorem of the neural networks algorithm is presented and proved, and the optimal design method is introduced by designing four kinds of FIR digital filters , i.e., low-pass, high-pass, bandpass , and band-stop FIR digital filter. The results of the amplitude responses show that attenuation in stop-bands is more than 60 dB with no ripple and pulse existing in pass-bands, and cutoff frequency of passband and stop-band is easily controlled precisely .The presented optimal design approach of high order FIR digital filter is significantly effective.

PWPF调节器在空间拦截器侧力控制中的应用

本文介绍了PWPF调节器(pulse-width pulse-frequency modulator)的工作原理,分析了它的工作特性,并针对拦截器末制导中侧力控制的变推力的要求,对具有常推力轨控发动机的大气层外小型拦截器,通过PWPF调节器对常推力发动机的工作状态的调制,构造出比例导引制导律所要求的“数字变推力”.     

层次分析法中逆序问题与其决策环境的研究

本文研究了层次分析法中的逆序问题与其决策环境的关系,并对产生逆序现象的机理做了数学上的分析和定性的解释。文中还给出了多准则下排序的强保序定理。
