利用单片机实现直流他激电机的无触点无级调速系统

以比例式零压法为基础 ,提出了直流他激电机的无触点无级调速控制方案和对低压电机用场效应管替代晶闸管的办法 .利用单片机直接控制晶闸管 ,解决了触点寿命问题 .通过单片机的计数口检测电机轴脉冲轮的脉冲信号可实现电机的速度控制和位置控制 .检测和控制都避开了 A/D和 D/A转换 ,具有一定的实用价值 .     

Real time observation of the photocleavage of single DNA molecules

A method for real time observation of photo-cleavage of stratched λDNA at single molecular level by a fluorescent microscope coupled with CCD is developed.DNA molecules stained with YOYO-1 are stretched by the mo-lecular combing technique and fixed on a modified slide.Then the Process of Photocleavage and relaxation of DNA under radiation of blue light is observed.We speculate that the conformation change of stretched DNA and the effect of water are likely to facilitate the effect of YOYO photocleav-age DNA molecules.The photocleavage effect of YOYO for stretched DNA may be useful to study DNA elasticity,cancer research as well as the interaction between DNA and dyes.     

复杂条件下的低渗透油田生产特征

在考虑了启动压力、毛管力、重力等因素的情况下 ,推导了低渗透油田油水两相渗流时含水率和无因次采油、采液指数的数学模型 ,并分析了上述 3种因素在数学模型中的作用。结果表明 ,对于水湿油藏 ,毛管力和启动压力的存在使含水率和无因次采液指数增加 ,重力则使无因次采液指数降低 ,而对含水率的影响与地层倾角有关。 3种因素均对无因次采油指数无影响。在理论分析的基础上 ,对胜利油区大芦湖低渗透油田的含水率和无因次采油、采液指数进行了实例计算 ,进一步验证了理论分析结果的可靠性     

Research on Precision Assembly Robot''''s Joint Torque Control Based on Current Measurement

A set of new current sensing device is used to realize joint torque control based on current measurement in a precision assembly robot's third joint. The output torque's model of the joint's brushless DC motor is founded. Disturbance factors and the compensated effect of the torque's closed loop based on current measurement are analyzed. Related simulations and experiments show that the system has good current tracking and anti-disturbances performance, which improve the force control performance of the robot in assembly.     

Abnormal piezoresponse behavior of Pb（Mg1／3Nb2／3）O3-30% PbTiO3 single crystal studied by high vacuum scanning force microscopy

The piezoresponse behavior dependence of the Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-30%PbTi03 single crystal on the vacuum degree has been investigated by scanning force microscopy in the piezoresponse mode under high vacuum. Unusual piezoresponse behavior related to the screening charges compensation mechanism is observed on the (111) crystal face. The significant piezoresponse degradation behavior with low piezoresponse signal under high vacuum is attributed to the instability of the polarization state due to the insufficient compensation of the intrinsic screening charges for the polarization charges in PMN-30%PT single crystal. In contrast, the remarkable domain contrast of the sample at ambient pressure is owing to the dominant surface screening charges deriving from surface adsorption, which plays an important role in determining the stability of the domain behavior and in achieving the optimal properties.     

芯拔管的有限元分析

采用二维弹塑性有限元法分析了单道次固定锥模短芯棒拔管的拉拔过程.通过分析拉拔系统的受力情况绘制了整个拉拔过程的拔制力———载荷步曲线,提出一种计算拔制力的方法.此外,比较了4种拔制力计算方法,指出本文提供的计算方法适用于所有固定模具拉拔情况.讨论了拉拔工艺参数(摩擦系数、模锥角)对拔制力的影响,对拉拔工艺设计和模具优化设计具有实用价值.     

应县木塔修缮工程中柱的夹具设计研究

在夹具的设计中，为了精确控制夹具螺栓张力，试验测定了螺栓扭矩与张力的关系，考虑到现场施工的复杂性及木柱表面摩擦系数的离散性，对夹具不同的4种工况进行了抬升力试验。结果表明，采用三_舛组成、每侧3根24mm螺栓的圆筒套夹具，施工方便、安全可靠，能够在不破坏古木柱表面的前提下，达到对木塔不落架整体抬升的目的。     

分层海洋中大直径桩柱的波浪力

研究了在两层流体中大直径桩柱的水动力特性。基于分离变量方法，建立了绕射势的级数解，导出了作用于大直径桩柱上的绕射力的计算公式。与单层流体不同的是，对两层流体，由于内波的存在，作用在大直径桩柱上的绕射力，除了自由表面波绕射力外，还存在内波绕射力的作用。对所建立的绕射力的求解模型进行了数值模拟，并与单层流体的情况进行了比较，得到了一些有意义的结果。     

地球内核的三维不对称运动

行星自转与公转的相关性建立在自转速度与公转速度的有向迭加决定质点公转惯性力的基础上，其表现有行星质心公径的修正、自转加速、转轴的晃动和进动等，因此地球内核三维不对称运动和外核的差速旋转是它的直接推论．     

纳米双相钕铁硼永磁合金的织构及磁畴

为开发纳米复合永磁材料高磁能积的潜力,用熔体快淬法制备各向异性的纳米双相快淬带。X光衍射结果表明,Nd9Fe85-xNbxB6(x=0,0.5,1.0)快淬带中存在垂直于带面的Nd2Fe14B[00L]织构,其自由面上的织构强于贴辊面。x=1.0时,在15m.s-1的快淬速度下的择优取向度为94%。磁力显微镜观察表明晶粒间存在强烈的交换耦合作用。x=0.5时的快淬带具有较强交换耦合作用及高织构度,因此具有最佳磁性能。其剩余磁极化强度为1.130T,内禀矫顽力为519.8kA.m-1,最大磁能积为121.2kJ.m-3。
