基于SPW的LDPC码的仿真实现

在通信系统设计中，采用先进的仿真工具进行系统建模和仿真，已经成为复杂系统设计必不可少的环节。SPW是一个先进的通信系统建模、仿真工具，它具有非常灵活的自定义模块能力。LDPC码是近来出现的一种高效纠错编码，具有比turbo码更强的纠错能力。在介绍了LDPC码原理的基础上，将LDPC码封装为自定义模块，并在SPW环境中仿真了LDPC在AWGN信道和Rayleigh衰落信道下的性能，得到了预期的结果。     

Patch clamp technique and biophysical study of membrane channels

Summary The present work describes the patch clamp technique, which first allowed the recording of single channel currents in biological membranes. In particular, it describes procedures for preparation and applications of the four different patch clamp configurations. Briefly, the cell-attached configuration is widely used for investigating channel modulation by transmitters acting via second messengers. The cell-free configurations (inside-out and outside-out), complementary to one another with respect to the orientation of the membrane surface, are particularly indicated for the study of the biophysics (kinetics, conductivity, selectivity, mechanism of permeation and block) of ionic channels. Finally, the whole-cell configuration which, because of the remarkable feature that it allows voltage clamp of very small cells, has given access to a number of physiologically important preparations never studied before.     

Involvement of thiols in the induction of inward current induced by silver in frog skeletal muscle membrane

Exposure of voltage-clamped frog skeletal muscle fibres to silver caused a maintained inward current which could be carried by Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺ or Na⁺. Inorganic Ca²⁺ channel blockers and dithiothreitol (SH reducing agent) diminished this current, but a Na⁺ channel blocker did not. Thus, silver activates the Ca²⁺ channel by acting on SH groups in a Ca²⁺ channel protein.     

Wavelet Transform and Image Processing

This paper presents systematically a method for image compression/decompression viawavelet transform.It consists of filter,quantization and Huffman coding etc..Different methodshave been compared.Finally,some suggestions for further studies are proposed.In fact,the paper isa summary of our recent research.     

Calcium ionophore plus excision induce a large conductance chloride channel in membrane patches of human colon carcinoma cells HT-29cl.19A

In excised inside-out membrane patches of the human colon carcinoma HT-29cl.19A cells a large conductance (373±10 pS) chloride channel was found. Channel activity could only be observed after excision of patches from cells incubated with calcium ionophore. The channel was never observed in cell-attached patches. The channel was strongly voltage dependent, being open only between +30 and –30 mV clamp potentials. The selectivity sequence among anions, deduced from reversal potentials, was I>Br>Cl>F>gluconate. The P_Na/P_Cl was 0.09. Although a similar type of channel, has been described earlier, this is the first report stating its appearance in patches of intestinal epithelial cells requiring the combined action of Ca²⁺ ionophore and excision, suggesting its control by an intracellular compound.

空时MIMO无线通信系统随机信道模型的仿真研究与实现

对智能天线、空间分集和MIMO OFDM等多天线技术的信道传输特征进行了分析,提出了一种用于第三代及多天线MIMO无线通信系统的信道模型。该信道模型不仅涉及到接收信号的功率水平分布和多普勒频移,还考虑了信道衰落系数间的相关性以及智能天线阵列的几何分布和到达角度等特性。用3GPP通信协议基于Matlab实现了一个完整的MIMO信道仿真器。最后,通过实验验证了不同无线通信环境下MIMO模拟的信道容量与Shan non理论容量的一致性,从而说明了该仿真器的有效性和实用性。
