S＊（β）函数族的Fekete—Szegoe问题

作者引入一个新的解析函数类S＊(β)，我们讨论了S＊(β)的Fekete—Szegoe不等式，得到了准确的结果，从而推广了一些作者的相关结果．     

HPLC法测定2-对氯苯基-4-苯基-1,5-苯并硫氮杂-α-(丁二酰亚胺基)-β-内酰胺

建立了测定2-对氯苯基-4-苯基-1,5-苯并硫氮杂(艹卓)-α-(丁二酰亚胺基)-β-内酰胺的高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析法.结果表明该法重现性好,灵敏度高,快速,准确,平均回收率为96.9％～103％.     

数值相对论简介(Ⅰ)--爱因斯坦方程

对数值相对论中涉及的一些典型的算法进行了简单的介绍.在广义相对论中,引力场是由一组极其复杂的、相互耦合的、非线性的双曲或椭圆偏微分方程决定的.由于大规模并行计算机的运行速度和存储容量的飞速发展,在爱因斯坦场方程写出80多年以后终于有可能对在天体物理中十分令人关注的现象如黑洞或中子星的碰撞问题等,进行广义相对论性的三维模拟,进而诞生了数值相对论.     

快速原型制造中的数控加工容许速度

对快速原型制造中的数控加工容许速度进行了研究,运用泛灰色不确定性系统理论,建立了加工容许速度与加工半径的不确定性系统优化模型USMO-1,给出了精度检验方法.编制了MATLAB程序,给出了处理实例,并与各种模型进行了比较.该模型不仅适合于等间距建模,也适合于非等间距建模,具有精度高、使用简便等特点,值得在快速原型制造中推广使用.     

猪苓母种培养基筛选研究

对猪苓[Grifola umbellata(Pets．ex Fr．)Pilat]进行了母种培养基筛选试验，结果表明，猪苓母种生长的最适培养基为：马铃薯100g，蔗糖10g，磷酸二氢钾1g，硫酸镁0．25g，维生素B15mg，琼脂9g．     

Abnormal piezoresponse behavior of Pb（Mg1／3Nb2／3）O3-30% PbTiO3 single crystal studied by high vacuum scanning force microscopy

The piezoresponse behavior dependence of the Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-30%PbTi03 single crystal on the vacuum degree has been investigated by scanning force microscopy in the piezoresponse mode under high vacuum. Unusual piezoresponse behavior related to the screening charges compensation mechanism is observed on the (111) crystal face. The significant piezoresponse degradation behavior with low piezoresponse signal under high vacuum is attributed to the instability of the polarization state due to the insufficient compensation of the intrinsic screening charges for the polarization charges in PMN-30%PT single crystal. In contrast, the remarkable domain contrast of the sample at ambient pressure is owing to the dominant surface screening charges deriving from surface adsorption, which plays an important role in determining the stability of the domain behavior and in achieving the optimal properties.     

Inhibitory effect of the adenovirus type 5 E1A protein expressed in the yeast system of the human tumor cell growth

Adenovirus 5 type E1A as a tumor suppressor gene can inhibit tumor growth and enhance the censitivity of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.E1A have the ability to integrate into the host genome,resulting in long-time expres-sion that induces Rb gene inactivation and animal cells im-mortalization.This prompted us to select the E1A protein for treatment of cancer in order to overcome the limitations of E1A gene therapy.Thus,we firstly comstructed E1A eu-caryotic expression vector (pPIC9/E1A),transformated the pichia pastoris yeast cells(GS115) and screened the high-expressing recombinant strains.The positive yeast strains were cultured in the shake flask,and induced for 3d.The crude E1A protein was purified using two steps of col-umu chromatography on HiTrap Q and HiTrap SP.The pu-rified E1A protein was identified by SDS-PAGE and Western blot.E1A protein was mostly located at cellular unclear when Cheriot delivered E1A protein into cells.The analysis in vitro indicated that the E1A protein arrested LN686 cell cycle at G2/M phase,and significantly inhibited the growth of LN686 tumor cells.The current studies firstly provided an experimental basis to further develop E1A protein for tumor treatment.

以PEG 4 0 0为催化剂 ,在液 液相转移催化条件下合成了一系列新的 1,3 苯二氧基二乙酸二芳酯 .用元素分析、IR以及1 HNMR确定了它们的结构 .初步生物活性试验表明 ,该类化合物对小麦幼苗的生长有一定的促进作用 .     

微波诱导合成5-芳氧亚甲基-2-[5′-(4″-氯代苯基)- 2′-呋喃甲酰胺基]-1,3,4-噁二唑

在微波辐射条件下,由1 芳氧乙酰基 4 [5′ (4″ 氯代苯基) 2′ 呋喃甲酰基]氨基硫脲(1a～1i)在醋酸汞存在下,快速环合合成了一系列5 芳氧亚甲基 2 [5′ (4″ 氯代苯基) 2′ 呋喃甲酰胺基] 1,3,4 二唑(2a～2i).
