佛山市禅城区大气环境质量变化研究

以佛山市禅城区近20年的大气环境监测数据为依据,对NOx,SO2,降尘、总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)、酸雨等大气环境质量要素的变化进行分析。结果表明,禅城区大气环境质量20世纪90年代比20世纪80年代差,21世纪初有所好转,但近年来又有所变差,首要污染物从过去的尘粒性污染物转为现在的SO2。     

利用废弃露天采场干排尾矿工程的环境风险评价

研究了排山楼金矿利用废弃的露天采场作为尾矿库工程的环境风险评价问题。首先识别了工程的环境风险,分析了污染途径,然后根据氰化物在流域内的降解规律及其流域内的水文条件,确定了氰化物降解系数,估计了工程的环境风险,最后依据氰化物的排放标准和质量标准对工程进行了环境风险评价,并提出了相应的防渗措施和规避环境风险的对策。     

空防对抗中战场态势综合评估的一种新方法

以防空作战实际需要为出发点,从作战指挥的角度对战场态势评估问题进行了深入研究。首先给出了战场态势的一种全新定义,提出了空袭态势和防空态势的概念,将影响态势的因素分为两类,一类为静态因素,一类为动态因素。详细给出了影响空袭态势和防空态势的静态因素、动态因素指标体系,并提出了确定因子表征值的一种新方法,它将因子表征值与因子属性值相区分,定义表征值是属性值对模糊概念的隶属度。在此基础上建立了基于模糊概念层次分解的战场态势综合评估模型。该成果已被用于指挥自动化系统中,为指挥员掌握战场全局以及战役进程提供很好的支持。     

态势评估中的作战群体类型识别

针对类型识别所处理的情报和使用的知识的不确定性,尤其是情报与知识在观点上的不明确性,提出了基于证据理论的情报表示及组合方法,并给出了群体类型的模板表示方法,进而提出了基于组合情报与模板模糊匹配的作战群体类型识别方法。该方法可应用于各个层次的兵力聚合过程,以辅助各个指挥层次的军事决策,提高决策的速度及效率。

研究具有外界持续扰动的非线性系统的无静差最优跟踪控制问题。首先基于内模原理构造一扰动补偿器,将系统化为无扰动的增广系统。然后利用灵敏度法推导出了该系统的最优跟踪控制律。仿真实例表明了该设计方法的有效性。     

网箱养殖区野生许氏平的种群数量

利用非线性回归法,评估得到爱莲湾野生许氏平的丰度为0.01 ind/m2,种群数量大体和5.6个大型抗风浪网箱或135个筏式网箱放养的鱼类数量相当.野生鱼类将产生正或负的生态效应,和养殖鱼类竞争DO,因排泄而支持爱莲湾初级生产所需氮的0.8%~1.3%,同时消耗残饵和排出粪便.     

A Project Risk Ranking Approach Based on Set Pair Analysis

Set Pair Analysis （SPA） is a new methodology to describe and process system uncertainty. It is different from stochastic or fuzzy methods in reasoning and operation, and it has been applied in many areas recently. In this paper, the application of SPA in risk ranking is presented, which includes review of risk ranking, introduction of Connecting Degree （CD） that is a key role in SPA., Arithmetic and Tendency Grade （TG） of CDs, and a risk ranking approach proposed. Finally a case analysis is presented to illustrate the reasonability of this approach. It is found that this approach is very convenient to operate, while the ranking result is more comprehensible.
