Solaris 系统技术研究

随着高计算量业务的不断增长，迫切需要一个灵活、稳定、易管理且拥有较高运行效率的应用软件运行环境。通过与微软NT系统作适当比较，着重讨论了Solaris系统的特点及实现技术，最后对Solaris系统的应用前景作出展望。     

集散控制系统中多机通信的设计

根据以PC机作为上位机,单片机作为下位机构成的集散控制系统的特点,提出了通过PC机串行口实现与多台单片机的实时通信,并完成了相应的接口电路及通信软件的设计.该设计方案已成功的应用于等离子体渗氮控制系统,实际应用表明:系统结构简单,易于扩充,性能稳定可靠.     

Effect of nerve regeneration factor on differentiation of PC12 cells and its signaling pathway

The effects of nerve regeneration factor (NRF) on neuronal differentiation of PC12 cells and its signaling pathway are investigated by morphological observation and immunofluorescent cytochemical method, and the activity of ERK1/2 in NRF-treated PC12 cells in absence of serum is also studied by immuno-coprecipitation and Western blot analysis. The MEK1/2-specific inhibitor U0126, the broad-spectrum protein kinase C (PKC) inhibitor G?6983 and tyrosine protein kinase (TPK) inhibitor genistein were used to determine the roles of the activation of ERK1/2 by NRF and the involvement of certain kinds of PKC or TPK receptor in this activation process. The results show that U0126 and G?6983 inhibit the activation of ERK1/2 by NRF to different extents, while genistein has no effect on it, demonstrating that NRF remarkably induces neuronal differentiation of PC12 cells through activating ERK1/2 in a dose-dependent and time-dependent manner.     

基于PC机的温度控制系统的设计

设计一个利用8086PC 机实现多台电阻炉温度的自动巡回检测控制系统.该系统以8086为基础,以并行I/O接口8255A为核心,并配以适当的外围接口电路,实现对电阻炉温度自动检测与控制.设计了一种过零检测电路,利用硬件方法实现普通双向可控硅的同步过零触发从而实现功率可调.该控制系统具有电路简单、功能强、使用方便、测量控制精度高、工作稳定可靠、性价比高等优点.     

Quantum mechanics calculation of the Kubo effect for the face-centered cubic structure of nanometallic hydrogen

The total energy of the cubic-octahedral structure of H ₁₃ ⁺ cluster is calculated by means of the modified arrangement channel quantum mechanics (MACQM). The present result shows that the face-centered cubic(FCC) structure of nanometallic hydrogen manifests Kubo effect.     

用 Excel 优化区调数据处理

ＭｉｃｒｏｓｏｆｔＥｘｃｅｌ是目前极为流行的个人微机通用型电子表格软件,具有公式输入计算、数据库排序、筛选、数据分析及图表制作等多种功能。将其引入区域地质调查中的计算制表和统计分析,可大大提高工作效率和质量。文章以实例简介其使用方法及效果。     

智能化小型化差热分析仪的研制

新研制成功的差热分析仪采用上位ＰＣ系列微机与下位多单片机的分布式控制结构。下位温控卡和信号采集卡与上位机通过ＲＳ－２３２Ｃ接口进行通信。上位机采用Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９５操作环境和ＶＢ４．０编程语言,可以对下位机进行参数设定和控制,对炉温信号,样品温度信号,差热信号进行实时显示和多种量程曲线描绘,放大、平移以及数据存储,并附有功能丰富的数据处理软件包。     

Fixed points approach to clustering

Assume that a dissimilarity measure between elements and subsets of the set being clustered is given. We define the transformation of the set of subsets under which each subset is transformed into the set of all elements whose dissimilarity to it is not greater than a given threshold. Then a cluster is defined as a fixed point of this transformation. Three well-known clustering strategies are considered from this point of view: hierarchical clustering, graph-theoretic methods, and conceptual clustering. For hierarchical clustering generalizations are obtained that allow for overlapping clusters and/or clusters not forming a cover. Three properties of dissimilarity are introduced which guarantee the existence of fixed points for each threshold. We develop the relation to the theory of quasi-concave set functions, to help give an additional interpretation of clusters.     

无核灵提高巨峰葡萄座果率及果实无核率的试验初报

对巨峰葡萄于花前用无核灵溶液处理果穗花后再单用赤霉素处理一次,结果表明:处理的果穗无核率提高,单粒重增加,单穗重及座果率均提高。果实中可溶性固形物含量增加,有机酸含量降低。     

工业PC和PLC通讯设计

在工业过程的计算机监控系统中，上、下位机既彼此独立，又相互联系，层次之间的通讯是一个关键的问题。本文是笔者在为某厂大型机床的计算机监控系统顺控部分研制工作的基础上，从硬、软件及通讯方式的选择等方面详细介绍了，由工业ＰＣ作为上位机，可编程控制器（ＰＬＣ）作为下位机的通讯设计。
