尾式金属卟啉配合物的研究——Ⅱ.新型尾式金属卟啉配合物的催化和载氧功能

分别研究了5-对[4-(间-吡啶氧基)丁氧基]苯基10,15,20-三苯基卟啉的Fe(Ⅱ).Fe(Ⅲ)和Co(Ⅱ)配合物的催化或载氧功能.以合成的金属卟啉、抗坏血酸和底物所组成的体系作为细胞色素P450单加氧酶的模拟体系,研究了在温和条件下对环已烷转变为环己酮、环己醇的催化作用,测定了这些体系的吸氧能力和羟化产物的产率.结果表明,尾式铁卟啉配合物Fe(Ⅲ)PyBPTPPCI 比其他简单相应铁卟啉配合物更为有效.用紫外可见光谱测定了尾式Co(Ⅱ)卟啉配合物的载氧能力,该模型化合物在室温苯溶液中呈现了可逆载氧能力,通过红外光谱进一步证明在氧合金属卟啉中的氧分子是以端基方式与中心金属Co 配位的.     

P波段小型化锯齿缝隙超宽带天线设计

设计了一种P波段小型化超宽带天线。该天线采用微带线对五边形辐射单元进行馈电,接地板上蚀刻了锯齿形边沿的矩形宽缝。通过天线参数的仿真优化,最终实现了相对带宽约95%、尺寸为0.27λ×0.17λ(λ为低频点的自由空间波长)的超宽带P波段小型化印刷天线。仿真结果表明:天线的工作频带为300.5~848.8MHz,带内回波损耗均在-10dB以下,整个频段内天线的增益均在3dBi以上,天线为全向辐射。该天线具有平面结构,形状简单,易于共形的特征。最后制作了天线样件并进行了测试,测量结果与仿真结果吻合较好。     

Blast fungus-induction and developmental and tissue-specific expression of a rice P450<Emphasis Type="Italic">CYP72A</Emphasis> gene cluster

Cytochrome P450 gene superfamily is widely involved in diverse processes of plant development and environmental responses including defense response to pathogens.We previously isolated a rice cDNA fragment in a DD-PCR screening for blast fungus-induced genes. In the current study, we isolated a CYP72A gene cluster consisting of 7 P450 CYP72A genes (CYP72A17-23) with the conserved cDNA sequence through the public rice genome data. There are total 14 putative CYP72A members in the rice genome, with high diversity at N-terminal sequences while high homology at C-terminal sequences of those 14 putative proteins. We analyzed expression profiles of the cloned 7 CYP72A genes during pathogen infection and development. The results showed that expression of CYP72A18, 19, 22 and 23 was differentially regulated in the incompatible and compatible interactions between rice and blast fungus. Except CYP72A20, a pseudogene, other 6 CYP72A genes also exhibited temporal and spatial expression patterns, respectively.These findings provide fundamental data for rice P450 gene function analysis.     

电脉冲对P510L钢的影响

用不同的脉冲电流对P510L钢进行了孕育处理,研究了不同的电脉冲参数对其宏观组织和微观组织的影响.结果表明,将处理过的钢液在空气中冷却,晶粒明显得到了细化、枝晶大大减少,经过电脉冲处理后的P510L钢的珠光体形态发生了显著的变化,片层间距明显缩短.     

基于BT的校园网络共享应用平台

介绍分布式计算中P2P(对等网)技术在校园网络CAN(campus area network)的普及应用现象与原因.在众多的具体P2P实施方案中,提出了BT技术应用在校园网络的可行性,并给出具体可实行的应用解决方案.通过改进的BT技术应用于校园网络,不仅极大地降低投入成本和节约出入带宽,还丰富了校园网络资源,且这种技术易于实现.文中给出了吉林大学BT网站实例的主要架构和功能.同时还提供了真实数据给予证明.     

高校体育专业双语教学存在的问题及对策

高校实行的双语教学是一场新的教学改革，本文基于目前我国高校体育双语教学改革的初步实践，分析了目前高校体育专业在推行双语教学的过程中面临的矛盾，并提出了具体的对策和建议。     

谷胱甘肽S转移酶P1基因多态性与慢性阻塞性肺疾病关系的研究

目的:了解湖北地区健康汉族人群和慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者谷胱甘肽S转移酶P1(GSTP1)基因多态性,探讨汉族人GSTP1基因多态性与COPD的关系。方法:用聚合酶链式反应—限制性片段长度多态分析(PCR-RFLP)检测68例健康汉族人和50例COPD患者GSTP1基因型。结果:健康人群和COPD人群中有3种基因型,但以Ile105纯合子基因型为主,两组人群的基因型和基因频率比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:GSTP1基因多态性可能与COPD的发生无相关性。     

体育教学中新型师生关系构建的探究

传统体育教学活动中的师生关系不利于培养学生自尊、自信、自强的良好心理品质以及优秀的体育基本技能和终身体育意识.本文新型师生关系的构建为切入点,提出了具体的构建策略,以展现人格魅力、优化师生情感、突出学生个性发展.     

高校体育教学中学法指导的实验研究

高校的体育教学中贯彻“健康第一”的指导思想已经确立，体育教学也正向着健康教育和培养学生学会“终生”锻炼的方向转变，体育教学中学习方法指导已成为教学研究的一个重要课题。本研究是在文献资料调研的基础上，运用教学实验法，对体育教学中学习方法指导进行研究。结果表明：经过对比性实验，实验组教学效果显著，教学质量明显提高。     

Extraction and Purification of Matrix Protein from the Nacre of Pearl Oyster Pinctada fucata

A soluble matrix protein P14 with an apparent molecular mass of 14.5 kDa was isolated from fragmented nacre of pearl oysters （Pinctada fucata） treated with 10% NaOH solution to investigate the nacre matrix proteins and their effect on the CaCO3 crystal. The protein was characterized by gel exclusion chromatography and reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography after demineralization by 10% acetic acid. The X-ray diffraction pattern of P14 crystals indicates that P14 plays an important role in nacre biomineralization. P14 can induce aragonite formation, stimulate CaCO3 crystal formation, and accelerate aragonite precipitation. Heating of the acid insoluble nacre residue, which was named conchiolin, in 10% sodium dodecyl sulfate solution supplemented with 10% β-mercaptoethanol solution for 10-20 min at about 100℃ gave two other soluble proteins having molecular masses of 19.4 kDa and 25.0 kDa. The present study suggests that these two proteins are linked to the insoluble organic matrix by disulfide bridges because the extraction yield increases when β-mercaptoethanol is added to the medium.
