关于文化的定量分析问题——文化人类学方法论研究之五

在文化人类学研究领域运用数学上定量分析的方法去观察探讨人类群体诸多文化现象是文化人类学上最新的一个方法，应予以重视并推广。     

论环境法学的研究方法

20世纪60年代西方后现代主义思潮横空出世,与此同时,一个脱胎于传统的部门法学,以协调人与自然关系的已任的环境法学诞生了.后现代主义的缘起与环境法学的诞生在时空上的这种暗相契合标明了它们之间天然地存在着某种内在的关联性,后现代主义与环境法学在世界观与方法论上的交相呼应,构成了学术研究领域一道亮丽的图景.从方法论的角度来探求后现代主义影响下环境法学研究方法之变革,以可阐释传统法学研究方法面临的挑战与重构.     

从系统论观点看我国产业结构调整的必然性

在借鉴西方发达国家经验的基础上,尝试运用系统论的观点来阐释目前我国产业结构调整的必要性和现实意义,同时提出相应的调整方向和思路。     

History and scientific practice in the construction of an adequate philosophy of science: revisiting a Whewell/Mill debate

William Whewell raised a series of objections concerning John Stuart Mill’s philosophy of science which suggested that Mill’s views were not properly informed by the history of science or by adequate reflection on scientific practices. The aim of this paper is to revisit and evaluate this incisive Whewellian criticism of Mill’s views by assessing Mill’s account of Michael Faraday’s discovery of electrical induction. The historical evidence demonstrates that Mill’s reconstruction is an inadequate reconstruction of this historical episode and the scientific practices Faraday employed. But a study of Faraday’s research also raises some questions about Whewell’s characterization of this discovery. Thus, this example provides an opportunity to reconsider the debate between Whewell and Mill concerning the role of the sciences in the development of an adequate philosophy of scientific methodology.     

基于三响应试验设计优化的满意度函数

提出了一种改进满意度函数的方法来解决质量工程中的三响应试验设计优化问题。该方法考虑了各个响应变量的方差、相关性，弥补了传统的满意度函数法的不足。为了验证该方法的可行性，本文利用改进的满意度函数，结合RSM，对UHT纯牛奶的瞬时超高温杀菌（UHT）的工艺参数进行优化，建立了关于d值的二次多项数学模型，验证了模型的有效性，得到UHT奶杀的最佳工艺参数：杀菌温度136℃，杀菌时间3s。     

自由现金流量假说的新证据:权益筹资与债券筹资

对中国A股上市公司2001～2004年之间202家权益融资事件以及102家债券融资事件的经验分析表明，与国外的资本市场一样，中国权益融资和债券融资也存在”公告效应”。我们的检验结果表明自由现金流量存在代理成本、负债具有“控制机制”而且管理者以往的经营行为也会影响自由现金流量的代理成本。     

The Engagement Approach to Real-World Problem Solving: Toward a Coherent Soft-Systems-Based Theoretical Platform for Real-World Problem Solving

This paper presents an approach to understanding problem solving and innovation from the perspective of engagement. The approach is derived primarily from two research projects undertaken over the last 5 years. The first one into the apparent Comparison Parado in Soft Systems Methodology, and the second an 18-month research program into the social reality implied by Soft Systems Methodology. Engagement is argued to be the innovation of a framework of ideas within a social context. In this sense engagement is an extension of the nature in which humans take ideas and place them inside a social context and use this as a platform to make sense of their environment and take action in such surroundings with an eye to understanding, learning, meaning, adaptation, innovation, and interpretation of such situations. Therefore, this paper presents a conjectured model of Engagement that is argued to be useful in helping to manage social complexity and real-world problem-solving activity. The paper positions engagement as a purely theoretical approach with multidisciplinary applications for whoever would like to use it.

江泽民在建党 80周年重要讲话中论述的“三个代表”思想 ,是当代党史研究的理论指南。首先 ,它为党史研究提供了科学的历史认识和评判尺度 ;其次 ,它从“理论创新”和教育塑造后人两方面对党史研究功能进行了新概括 ;再次 ,它所构建的社会主义建设的历史哲学使党史研究真正成为一门科学 ,历史与逻辑相统一的分析方法等也为党史研究提供了科学的方法论指导     

Designing a Management System for a Rural Community Development Organization Using a Systemic Action Research Process

This paper describes the first phase, 'finding out', of a systemic participatory action research intervention in the management systems of a rural community development organization in the KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa. The aims of the intervention were to (a) improve the management system of this organization, and (b) evaluate the usefulness of particular systems methodologies for the improvement of management systems of organizations involved in community development in under-resourced rural contexts. The second phase, "implementation," needs to be completed and thoroughly evaluated before any final conclusions can be drawn about the suitability of the chosen systems framework for Third World type rural contexts. However, the second phase is, at the time of writing, underway and all indications are that an interpretive ('Soft') Systems Methodology, combined with insights from a more functionalist ('hard') approach (with methods chosen through a Critical Systems Thinking framework) holds much promise for participatory systemic interventions in these contexts.
