柔性导轨制孔机器人及变刚度技术研究现状

柔性导轨制孔机器人属于轻型自主移动式制孔设备当中的典型代表,具有小型化、成本低等特点,引起了国内外飞机制造厂商的重点关注。然而,由于导轨柔性不足,限制了其应用范围,只适合于飞机大部件、小曲率表面的制孔和装配。为解决此问题,扩大其应用范围,本文对柔性导轨制孔机器人、变刚度技术进行了综述,创新性的提出了变刚度柔性导轨技术与导轨制孔机器人技术相结合的方案。

Judgement of Design Scheme Based on Flexible Constraint in ICAD

The conception of flexible constraint is proposed in the paper. The solution of flexible constraint is in special range, and maybe different in different instances of same design scheme. The paper emphasis on how to evaluate and optimize a design scheme with flexible constraints based on the satisfaction degree function defined on flexible constraints. The conception of flexible constraint is used to solve constraint conflict and design optimization in complicated constraint-based assembly design by the PFM parametrization assembly design system. An instance of gear-box design is used for verifying optimization method.

依据先期预测结果和世界权威部门提供的有关数据,从人口老龄化程度、速度、总量等3个方面指标及其与经济发展的变动关系角度分析了山东省目前和未来可能出现的人口老龄化问题,认为强化社会养老职能是应对未来老龄化问题的必然选择,并就完善社会养老体系提出了几点对策建议．     

Epistemic benefits of the material theory of induction

C. D. Broad famously labelled the problem of providing our inductive practices with a proper justification “the scandal of philosophy” (Broad, 1952). Recently, John Norton has provided a dissolution of this problem (2014). According to Norton, inductive inference is grounded in particular facts obtaining within particular domains (J. Norton, 2003b, 2010, 2014). Because the material theory does not involve a universal schema of induction, Norton claims it dissolves the problem of induction (which implies that such universal schemas cannot be justified).In this paper, I critically evaluate Norton's dissolution. In particular, I argue that the problem of induction is an epistemological problem, that Norton's material theory entails an externalist epistemology, and that it is a common feature of such epistemologies that they dissolve the problem of induction. The upshot is that the material theory is not unique in its ability to reap the specifically epistemic benefits of dissolving the problem of induction, and thus that the epistemic advantages of the material theory over extant alternatives in this regard are fewer than it may appear at first sight.     

一类人员调配问题的导引式局部搜索算法

描述一类生活实践中常见的可能存在过度约束的人员调配问题．这类问题用传统的分支定界等精确搜索算法求解时比较困难。本文则探讨了一种较新的超启发式搜索方法导引式局部搜索在求解这类过度约束人员调配问题中的应用。与其他常用的超启发式搜索算法如禁忌搜索和模拟退火的比较表明，GLS在此类问题的求解质量、求解速度和算法鲁棒性方面具有较好的综合性能。     

单车场复杂情况下的车辆调度

针对单车场复杂情况下的车辆调度问题提出了一种改进的禁忌算法。该算法基于自然数编码，并且采用多初始解和全局禁忌表等技术，把不同的车型指标、路况信息、时间窗、容量、发车时间等约束通过控制车场插入和惩罚项加入到优化解中。本文介绍了此算法的原理，给出了具有代表性的算例试验结果和结果分析。实验表明，此方法对求解复杂情况下的车辆调度问题是有效的。
