野亚麻蝇(Parasarcophaga Similis)幼虫凝集素的细胞凝集和糖抑制作用

野亚麻蝇幼虫凝集素的测定结果表明:它对人的A、B、O、AB血型红细胞,以及兔、豚鼠、大鼠、小鼠、鸽子的红细胞有凝集作用,其中对豚鼠红细胞凝集活性最高;但对牛、绵羊、鸡、鸭、龟、蛙、鳝鱼、鲤鱼、泥鳅的红细胞无凝集作用。对小鼠淋巴细胞凝集作用的浓度为18.75μg/ml,而对大鼠淋巴细胞凝集浓度则为150μg/ml,对牛的淋巴细胞无凝集活性。对肿瘤细胞的凝集作用很不相同,可凝集小鼠的S180、SP2/0、u14、LⅡ细胞,但不能凝集小鼠艾氏细胞,大鼠W256细胞、人Hela细胞和MGC80—3胃癌细胞。该凝集素对兔红细胞的凝集作用可被D—半乳糖,N—乙酰氨基半乳糖抑制。     

Researching-Acting-Reflecting on Public Health Services in Venezuela. I. A Conceptual Framework

This is the first of a duology of articles reporting on an action research project about public health services in Venezuela. This first paper presents a summary of a conceptual framework from which a process of intervention was launched. The second paper, which follows immediately in this special issue, presents a narrative of the intervention process and a final discussion about it. The conceptual framework is constituted by two types of interpretive models of the role of the state concerning health services. On the one hand, four logical interpretive models are summarized. They correspond to four theories about the socioeconomic mission of the state in a modern society. Different thematic interpretations concerning the role of the state in health services are derived from such general missions. On the other hand, two different and, to a certain degree, opposed historical interpretive models about the present Venezuelan socioeconomic-political situation and their corresponding power structures are outlined. The four logical interpretive models are discussed in the light of the two historical models in terms of desirable and feasible courses of political action.     

有效微生物与Hg~(2+)的相互作用研究

用细菌总数计数和琼脂扩散抑菌圈测量研究了Hg2+与有效微生物的相互作用.结果显示:(1)贴片Hg2+的浓度与正常增菌培养后的有效微生物的抑菌圈有稳定的剂量反应关系,说明Hg2+对有效微生物有明确的毒性作用;(2)贴片Hg2+的浓度与经1.25mg/L和2.5mg/L的Hg2+驯化后的有效微生物的抑菌圈的剂量反应关系下移(右移),说明低浓度Hg2+可以驯化有效微生物;(3)在5mg/LHg2+溶液中培养的有效微生物的细菌总数基本不增加,但在2.5mg/L和1.25mg/L的Hg2+溶液中培养的有效微生物分别滞后8d和2d达到正常增菌培养的有效微生物的细菌总数,说明有效微生物能较长时间耐受5mg/L浓度的Hg2+,能迅速适应<1.25mg/L的Hg2+.     

Some Common Ground That Can Provide a Basis for Collaboration Between Action Researchers and Scientists: A Philosophical Case That Works in Practice

By analysing 22 case studies of good research, both action research and agricultural science, I believe I have found some criteria of good research that is common to all of them. These criteria match the philosophical pragmatists argument that the best a researcher can do is to provide a warranted assertion from a methodology which is fit for the specific research purpose and is internally consistent. They also include Popper's requirement that a methodology needs to seek disconfirming evidence and Habermas's requirement that subjective data is important in all research. These criteria have provided me with a basis for collaboration with my scientific colleagues and can provide a basis for collaboration between other researchers, whatever their methodology.

一株淡水溶藻细菌的分离及初步研究

从武汉市东湖附近一个发生水华现象的池塘中分离出一株溶藻细菌，编号为M14，在液体培养基中对鱼腥藻(Anabaena PCC 7120)、鱼腥藻(Anabaena sp．595)、鲍氏织线藻(Plectonemaboryanum IU594)、坑形席藻(Phormidium foueolarum IU427)、伪枝藻(Scytonema hofmanni IUl581)、念珠藻(Nostoc sp．96)等丝状蓝藻具有强烈的溶解作用；经过多项形态、生理、生化特性测试，初步鉴定为一株欧文氏菌(Erwinia．sp．)，细菌培养物的滤液对宿主蓝藻仍具有强烈的溶解作用，这表明菌株M14是通过分泌细胞外物质的方式进行溶藻。     

有机酯加速碱性酚醛树脂凝胶反应机理的研究

通过对凝胶时间的测定和红外光谱分析。研究了在室温和强碱性条件下，有机酯加速酚醛树脂的固化反应机理．结果表明：强碱性条件下，有机酯对甲阶酚醛树脂凝胶固化的促进作用，是通过快速促进树脂分子生成活性中间体亚甲基醌来实现的；同时伴有酚羟基的醚化反应．有机酯分子中羰基碳原子的电正性越大、空间位阻越小；羟甲基含量越高，甲阶酚醛树脂的凝胶速度越快．     

对我国著作权集体管理制度的几点思考

作权集体管理制度是维护和实现作权人和与作权有关的权利人的作权权利内容的重要措施。我国新作权法首次明确规定了作权集体管理制度。作权集体管理关系的成立依据应是权利人与集体管理组织之间的行纪行为，集体管理组织应依自己的名义独立的开展活动，依当事人的身份独立的参与管理事务涉讼案件的处理。     

单模光纤中暗孤子的相互作用

用最小作用量原理导出了非线性Schr dinger方程两个暗孤子间的相互作用,作为孤子间距Δ和初位相差θ的函数,它随Δ的增大而指数地衰减,当两个孤子间初位相差θ<π2时几2时相互吸引,θ=π2时相互排斥,θ>π乎不存在相互作用;数值计算与解析结果相符,也验证了与已有理论的有效性一致性.     

我国植物源农药的研究进展

植物源农药中含有多种杀虫活性物质，由于这些杀虫活性物质源于自然界，与自然环境有很好的相容性，因而植物源农药，具有对有害生物高效、对非靶标生物安全．易分解、不污染环境和不破坏生态平衡等许多优点，具有很大的发展前途．为了探索天然生态农药开发利用，综述了我国植物源农药的资源研究状况、活性成分、作用机理及开发前景．
