社区教育和社区学习:学习型城市建设的中坚力量

社区教育作为学习型城市的载体和重要组成部分,是学习型城市建设的中坚力量。有鉴于此,试图从社区基础设施的配备、社区文化资源的挖掘、社区居民需求的满足、社区民众参与的鼓励、社区家庭教育的重视等五方面来解读《北京宣言》特征之五,并阐释社区教育对学习型城市构建的意义,通过揭示我国社区教育的现状与问题,勾勒出我国社区教育的未来,即在构建学习型城市中推进学习型社区。     

特色乡村型旅游景区社区参与模式研究——以西双版纳傣族园景区为例

自1985年Murphy的《旅游：社区方法》首次系统地从社区的角度研究旅游开发后,国内外学者社区参与的重要性、社区参与的决策方式等研究领域做了大量研究工作,但忽视了不同类型景区的实际背景差异,导致研究结果缺乏广泛指导意义。本研究选取特色乡村型景区为研究视角,基于投资开发商承担投资风险、社区居民作为文化演绎主体的双重背景,以西双版纳傣族园景区为例,分析了当前傣族园景区存在的问题,并依据问题存在的根源,构建新的旅游参与模式,以期促进其良性发展。     

太行山草地植物生物量的研究

本文研究了太行山草地植物生物量,结果表明,在4—9月生长季节中,禾本科、莎草科和豆科等牧草生物量7月份出现高峰值,鲜重799.68(公斤·亩~(-1),以下同),干重298.11。杂类草生物量8月份出现高峰值,鲜重466.74,干重122.60。半灌木9月份出现高峰值,鲜重46.85,干重18.79。总生物量7月份出现高峰值,鲜重1235.27,干重427.07。年平均生物量鲜重621.14,干重225.76。结果还表明,总生物量与气温、光照强度和土壤含水量呈正相关。     

美国社区学院的教育教学管理工作

本文从高等教育的管理体制、教育质量和社区学院的教学管理阐述美国高等教育教学管理的基本情况与管理理念 ,结合我省高职高专教育工作的现状提出一些建议。     

忠孝仁义传统思想之于当前思政工作的几点思考

本文从忠孝仁义传统思想的积极内涵入手，对其进行当代的新诠释，进而对它与思政工作的有机结合予以深入的探讨，为此，提出必须做好三个“融入”：将忠孝仁义思想的积极内涵融入“八荣八耻”的宣传教育工作中、融入《公民道德建设实施纲要》的实践中、融入“八个方面作风”的养成中。     

G304线实验路段植被调查及植物防沙体系的建立

对G304试验路段(k450～k468)两侧进行了植被及生态环境调查．结果表明，小叶锦鸡儿、差不嘎蒿均是建群种，差不嘎蒿同时又是优势种，小叶锦鸡儿为亚优势种．试验路段植被总盖度30％～40％，草群明显地表现出上、中、下三层层次结构．调查区共有高等植物25科46属61种．群落演替表现小叶锦鸡儿、差不嘎蒿种群保持着原生植被的建群种、优势种地位，处在进展演替阶段，始终表现着顶级植被的特征．调查发现，试验路段风蚀沙化较重．提出了植物防沙体系的优化组合方案．     

Samaritan Ethics, Systems Science and Society

Contemporary approaches to ethics are centred upon utilitarian and formal ethics. Yet, these are not capable of counteracting the moral crisis in our society. We must move beyond self-interest or merely doing what is specified in codes, to Samaritan ethics, which means attending to the needs of our neighbour even when he is unable to repay us. This ethic has systemic properties; therefore, it can be incorporated into an appropriate systems science framework that includes the humanities and the historical mode of reasoning. Furthermore, rather than social, economic and political manipulation, education—in the classical humanist tradition—should be the appropriate method to help implement such ethics into our societies.     

咸宁市社区体育发展现状及对策研究

采用文献资料法、社会调查法和数理统计等研究方法,对咸宁市社区体育进行了调查和研究,发现咸宁市社区体育存在参与人数少、消费观念落后、缺乏指导员和相应组织机构、公共设施利用率低等问题,并针对问题提出相应完善措施。为咸宁市社区体育发展提供参考意见。     

Factors affecting the abundance and community structureof the phytoplankton in northern South China Sea in the summerof 2008： a biomarker study

Phytoplankton biomarkers were analyzedusing suspended particles collected from the northernSouth China Sea （SCS） during the summer cruise of2008, with the goal of understanding the algal communitystructure and biomass distribution pattern in the summerseason. The results indicated that the distribution of algalbiomarkers in surface water of SCS was impacted andconstrained by the local hydrological settings： the highbiological community generally appeared in Pearl Riverestuaries, southwestern off Taiwan island and southeast-em off Hainan Island, while the relatively lower biomasswas found in the deep basin and strait areas. Diatomswere the dominant phytoplankton species, which werefollowed by dinoflagellates. Coccolithophorid biomassgradually increased toward the open ocean. The presentwork indicated that the algal biomarkers effectively doc-umented the variability of the phytoplankton biomass andcommunity structure as well as their linkage with theoceanic dynamics in SCS during summer 2008. Thisresearch provided not only the foundation for the appli-cation of algal lipids in the modem ocean ecosystem, butalso the basis for the reconstruction of the past oceanicalgal community structures.     

社区护士手卫生现状调查与分析

目的通过调查分析本院社区护士手卫生情况,总结手卫生的有效措施,论证有效的手消毒是切断手传播感染途径,杜绝社区患者医院内感染的重要手段.方法采取现场调查及问卷调查方法,对65名社区护士在控制前、后,操作前、后洗手及手消毒状况进行调查分析.结论①护士干预洗手前与干预性洗手后分别为73.85%、100.00%有极显著效果(P<0.01);②干预前后对卫生知识掌握情况比较也有极显著提高(P<0.01).结论加强社区护士手消毒是社区杜绝医院内感染的重要措施之一.
