钯(Ⅱ)与二溴对甲基偶氮甲磺显色反应的研究

钯(Ⅱ)与二溴对甲基偶氮甲磺在硝酸介质中形成组成比为1∶2的绿蓝色的配合物,其最大吸收波长位于620nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数6ε20=4.2×104L.mol-1.cm-1,钯的质量浓度在0.00~0.80mg.L-1范围内符合比尔定律.该法常温下可在水相中直接测定微量钯,并应用于废钯催化剂回收液中钯含量的测定.     

Measurements and Terminology of Different Measure Methods

Body measuring is very important for garment sizing and pattern making. In this paper, we study the difference of the landmarks between the traditional method and 3D scanner and we also select the 19 circumference measurements, 29 height and length measurements, 18 breadth and depth measurements＇and 3 other measurements, which are quite important in fashion body measuring, to compare the terminology of them in these two measuring method. 3D scanners seem better than the traditional method on these aspects, which are the number of measurements, speed, privacy and data accuracy, but they are limited on measuring posture. And there is no uniform standard for the scanners and the definitions of the measurements in the scanners are diversified.     

Representation of 3D Woven Structures by Parametric Method

A parametric method is developed to quantitatively represent the microstructure of 3D woven structures. Different binding patterns, such as angle interlock and orthogonal interlock with through-thickness or layer-to-layer bindings, are classified. A unit cell of 3D woven structure is defined with four constituent yarn systems represented by nine structural parameters. A mapping relationship between the 3D woven structure and corresponding representative parameters is thus established. The study indicates that four out of the nine parameters are necessary to represent a 3D woven structure with an angle interlock binding, and that five parameters are required to describe a 3D woven structure with an orthogonal interlock binding. Once the structural parameters are determined, the pattern of 3D woven structures can be unambiguously identified, and vice versa. In addition to the purpose of structure presentation, the method can be further used as a means for designing 3D woven structure to meet the performance requirements of 3D woven composites.

钙钛矿相BixCa1-xMnO3中取向畴的群论研究

用群理论分析了钙钛矿相BixCa1-xMnO3材料中的取向畴及畴界的显微结构。群论研究表明,当BixCa1-xMnO3由立方相转变为正交相时,会出现120°及90°取向畴,在这些畴之间,会形成m(100)、m(01-1-)、m(011)、m(101)、m(1-01)等5种类型的畴界。     

钛酸钡纳米粉体的制备及表征

利用草酸盐共沉淀法合成BaTiO3纳米粉体,通过XRD分析、DTA-TG分析、IR分析及TEM形貌分析等分析手段,对制得的粉体进行了表征和测试,结果表明合成的BaTiO3粉体为单纯的立方相,粒径均匀,颗粒大小在30 nm左右,无严重的团聚现象.     

LiNbO_3及LiTaO_3晶体的光折变性能研究

光折变效应是电光晶体的一种效应，ＬｉＮｂＯ３及ＬｉＴａＯ３晶体的光折变效应对于该材料的应用具有重要意义，本文从理论和实验两方面研究ＬｉＮｂＯ３及ＬｉＴａＯ３晶体的光析变效应特性，理论分析与实验结果吻合得很好。     

CML细胞抗原相关TCR Vα13／Vβ21和Vα18／Vβ21寡克隆T细胞及其CDR3序列特点

目的:分析慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)病人的克隆性增殖T细胞及其CDR3序列的特点。方法:利用RT-PCR和基因扫描分析1例CML患者外周血单个核细胞中的TCR Vα和Vβ基因的互补决定区(CDR3),了解各Vα和Vβ亚家族的限制性表达情况和T细胞克隆性增殖特点,寡克隆的PCR产物再进行序列分析。结果:该病人外周血T细胞表达18个TCR Vα和12个TCR Vβ亚家族,其中Vα13、Vα18、Vβ1和Vβ21亚家族呈寡克隆性。CDR3序列分析获得3个TCR克隆基因序列,分别为Vα13NJα49、Vα18NJα50和Vβ21NDβNJβ2.7。结论:获得1例CML病人外周血克隆性增殖αβ T细胞的3个TCR基因CDR3序列,提示病人可能存在与CML细胞抗原相关的Vα13/Vβ21或Vα18/Vβ21T细胞克隆。
