SARS-CoV编码蛋白质的识别

选取非典型肺炎病毒(SARS-CoV, NC 004718)和其他6种冠状病毒共计100个编码蛋白为样本, 从172个变量中经逐步回归选取23个变量建立多元线性回归模型, 模型的复相关系数R² = 0.645, 交互检验R²_cv = 0.375. 剔除4个异常样本后, 模型的复相关系数R² = 0.743, 交互检验R²_cv = 0.543.

Performance analysis of an iSCSI-based unified storage network

In this paper, we introduced a novel storage architecture “Unified Storage Network“, which merges NAC( Network Attached Channel) and SAN( Storage Area Network) , and provides the file I/O services as NAS devices and provides the block I/O services as SAN. To overcome the drawbacks from FC, we employ iSCSI to implement the USN( Unified Storage Network) . To evaluate whether iSCSI is more suitable for implementing the USN, we analyze iSCSI protocol and compare it with FC protocol from several components of a network protocol which impact the performance of the network. From the analysis and comparison, we can conclude that the iSCSI is more suitable for implementing the storage network than the FC under condition of the wide-area network. At last, we designed two groups of experiments carefully.     

Congestion control for ATM multiplexers using neural networks：multiple sources／single buffer scenario

A new neural network based method for solving the problem of congestion control arising at the user network interface (UNI) of ATM networks is proposed in this paper. Unlike the previous methods where the coding rate for all traffic sources as controller output signals is tuned in a body, the proposed method adjusts the coding rate for only a part of the traffic sources while the remainder sources send the cells in the previous coding rate in case of occurrence of congestion. The controller output signals include the source coding rate and the percentage of the sources that send cells at the corresponding coding rate. The control methods not only minimize the cell loss rate but also guarantee the quality of information (such as voice sources) fed into the multiplexer buffer. Simulations with 150 ADPCM voice sources fed into the multiplexer buffer showed that the proposed methods have advantage over the previous methods in the aspect of the performance indices such as cell loss rate (CLR) and voice quality.

IEEE 802.16a协议物理层ST-OFDM的研究

介绍了IEEE 802.16a协议,并以802.16a协议中的3种物理层实现方式之一--WirelessMAN-OFDM PHY为例,对STC(空时编码)和OFDM(正交频分复用)的结合应用(STC-OFDM)进行了阐述,同时对其BER(误比特率)性能进行了仿真,对仿真结果进行了分析.     

信任网络、资金流动与区域发展差距

信任被认为是一种非正式制度和重要的社会资本，在正式制度尚未成熟尤其是法律基础薄弱的地区具有重要作用，能够弥补正式制度的缺陷，降低交易成本.利用中国人民银行大额支付系统和中国企业家调查系统的数据，本文首先考察了省际双边信任对地区间资金流动的因果影响.结果表明，来源地对目标地的信任水平会显著促进资金从来源地流入目标地.通过进一步构造基于地理关联、文化关联和信任关联的信任网络，我们发现信任网络的溢出效应对资金流动的促进作用大于来源地对目标地信任的直接影响.此外，两个地区间的双边信任差距越大，会引致更大的资金流动差异，进而扩大区域发展差距.本文从社会资本角度为中国区域发展不平衡现象给予了新的解释，并提出相应的政策建议.
