The structure of amoorastatone and the cytotoxic limonoid 12-hydroxyamoorastatin

Summary 2 new limonoid-type terpenes have been isolated from an aqueous extract of seeds produced by the Eastern Himalayan (India) plantAphanamixis grandifolia Bl. By interpreting principally mass spectral and nuclear magnetic resonance data, the structures of 12-hydroxyamoorastatin (2b) and amoorastatone (3) were elucidated. Unequivocal evidence for the 12-hydroxyamoorastatin structural assignment was obtained by chemical conversion to sendanin (4). Amoorastatin derivative2b was found to significantly inhibit growth of the murine P388 lymphocytic leukemia cell lines but amoorastatone in the same system was inactive. In a comparative biological study, sendanin (4) and anthothecol (7) were also found significantly to inhibit growth of the P388 cell line, while rohitukin (8) and limonin (9) were found to be inactive.Part 63 of the series Antineoplastic Agents. Fractalkine基因真核表达质粒的构建及其在小鼠肝癌细胞中的表达

为克隆小鼠趋化因子Fractalkine(．FK)基因，构建真核表达质粒，并在小鼠肝癌细胞中表达，用以进行肿瘤的基因治疗，用RT-PCR法，从小鼠乳腺癌细胞D2F2扩增FK的cDNA，插入pCR2．1 TOPO载体，测序证实后，将其亚克隆至质粒pIRES中构建FK真核表达载体；用脂质体将重组质粒转染小鼠肝癌MM45 T．Li细胞，经G418筛选获得抗性细胞克隆，用RT-PCR和免疫化学方法鉴定转染细胞中FK基因的表达．结果表明：经限制性内切酶酶切图谱分析和DNA序列测定证实目的基因已插入重组质粒，RT-PCR和免疫化学方法证明转基因MM45T．Li细胞克隆中存在小鼠FK基因的表达。     

Emergent Property in Macromolecular Motion

In this paper, the model of inverse cascade fractal super-blocks along one direction (in the positive or negative) in the 3-dimensional space is developed to describe the self-similar motion in macromolecular system. Microscopically the cohesive and dispersed states of the motion blocks are co- existent states with vastly different probability of occurrence. Experimental results and theoretical analysis show that the microscopic cohesive state energy and dispersed state energy of each motion block are respectively equal to the macroscopic glassy state energy kTg and molten state energy kTm of the system. This singularity unveils topologically the non-integrability, mathematically the anholonomy, and macroscopically the emergent property. This singularity also reveals that the glass, viscoelastic and melt states are three distinct emergent properties of macromolecular motion from a macroscopic viewpoint. Effect of Carboxymethyl Starch as Stabilizer for Increasing the Stability of Warp Sizing Pastes

The influences of carboxymethyl starch used as stabilizer upon the stability of native cornstarch-polyvinyl alcohol blend pastes for warp sizing have been investigated. The effect of the modified starch on the paste stability was evaluated in terms of the initial demixing time and the volume percentage of separated starch. The carboxymethyl starch with a series of different degrees of substitution was prepared in ethanol dispersion by varying the amount of monochloroacetic acid reacted with refined native cornstarch. The paste stability strongly depends on the modification extent and amount of carboxymethyl starch used, and on native starch content in the paste. Increase in the modification extent and/or the amount of the modified starch effectively retards the phase separation and reduces the separation extent of native cornstarch-polyvinyl alcohol blend pastes. 熔铸-原位反应喷射沉积成形TiC/Ti-5Mo-5V-2Cr-3Al复合材料微观组织和力学性能

利用熔铸-原位反应喷射沉积成形技术制各了TiC/Ti-5Mo一5V-2Cr-3Al复合材料，测试了复合材料的拉伸性能，讨论了提高熔铸-原位反应TiC/Ti-5Mo一5V-2Cr-3Al复合材料拉伸强度的途径。     

二阶拟线性椭圆型方程组广义解的正则性

近年来对临界方程正则性研究正在兴起，其研究方法大多数用选取实验函数的待定方法，及Morse迭代方程证明其正则性。本文应用积分估计的方法，特别对临界项与超临次进行仔细估计，在一定条件下，得到一类二阶拟线性方程组广义解的正则性。     

基于数学形态学的图像处理方法

从图像的描述方法出发，在二值形态变换的基础上，通过引入图像的阀集合和本影，导出了多值形态学基本形态变换建立的方法．并揭示了二值形态学与多值形态学在结构算法上的相互联系．在图像处理的形态学方法上，提出了基于形态变换的图像边缘提取、多种形态梯度、形态骨架表示方法，以及具有去噪和形态平滑功能的开、闭形态变换在图像分析中的应用．     

基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器的激光束位置控制器

设计了一种能自动调节激光柬照射在指定位置的控制器。控制过程中考虑到第一个平面镜转动对第二个位置传感器表面光点的影响，预先调整第二个镜架，可以控制PSD2的光点位置基本不受镜架1的影响，也缩短了系统的响应时间。控制系统能够判别光线是否在位置传感器的有效范围内，以避免系统失控。     

块三对角矩阵方程的追赶法及其应用

导出了块三对角矩阵方程追赶法的一套递推关系式，并编制出相应的计算机Ｃｏｄｅ。该Ｃｏｄｅ具有良好的实用价值，可供在实际问题中使用。     

随机冰载作用下海上固定平台管节点的疲劳寿命估算

根据冰激振动理论，分析了海冰对海上钻井平台的不同破坏形式．为了解决海洋石油钢结构在低温冰载作用下的疲劳性能问题，进行了室温与低温下随机冰载作用对钢结构疲劳裂纹扩展的试验研究．根据试验结果，计算了平台管节点的疲劳累积损伤和随机冰载的等效应力，提出了综合计算等效应力幅的新方法，给出了管节点的疲劳寿命曲线及其计算参数．这种新的计算方法，考虑了冰载相对时间和相对冰厚的随机性，能提高寿命估算的精确度
