沉淀二氧化硅载银抗菌剂的制备及其抗菌性能

以沉淀二氧化硅为载体，吸附硝酸银后，在500℃下灼烧，制备了具有抗菌功能的线银沉淀二氧化硅抗菌剂，并检验了其抗菌性能；还对抗菌剂的抗菌机理进行了初步探讨。测试结果表明，沉淀二氧化硅的载银量在7％以上时，所制备的抗菌剂对绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌的杀菌率达到100％，具有优异的抗菌性能，可用于抗菌塑料、抗菌食品包装、抗菌卫生纸和抗菌纺织制品等领域。     

代谢工程和作物改良

基因组学和植物生理生化是通过基因工程改良作物的基础 .借助于这些基础研究 ,通过基因工程调控代谢途径 ,提高了油菜籽粒中的油脂含量和拟南芥种子中的维生素 E活性 ,使水稻的胚乳中能合成维生素A原 ,增加了水稻在碱性土壤中吸收铁的能力 ,展示了代谢工程在定向改良作物中的应用前景     

DNA-polyintercalation compounds. Synthesis of ellipticine dimers]

Many symmetrical bis [9-methoxy 2-ellipticinium] dioxodiazaalkanes salts were synthesized from 9-methoxy ellipticine. An analog derivative of 9-hydroxy ellipticine was also prepared. Some of these dimers bind to DNA by a bifunctionnal mode of intercalation.     

Cortisone sensitive T-cells in Peyer's patches

Summary Pretreatment of donor lymphoid cells with cortisone has been shown to depress the T-cell subpopulation responsible for cellular proliferation in the GVH reaction. A quantitative assay as well as the histological criteria of the GVH reaction have been used in this study to demonstrate the presence of cortisone-sensitive T-cells within the Peyer's patches as well as in the spleen and mesenteric lymph nodes in the rat.This work was supported by a grant of the Délégation Générale à la Recherche Scientifique et Technique (No. 74-7-0619).     

The dusk flank of Jupiter's magnetosphere

Limited single-spacecraft observations of Jupiter's magnetopause have been used to infer that the boundary moves inward or outward in response to variations in the dynamic pressure of the solar wind. At Earth, multiple-spacecraft observations have been implemented to understand the physics of how this motion occurs, because they can provide a snapshot of a transient event in progress. Here we present a set of nearly simultaneous two-point measurements of the jovian magnetopause at a time when the jovian magnetopause was in a state of transition from a relatively larger to a relatively smaller size in response to an increase in solar-wind pressure. The response of Jupiter's magnetopause is very similar to that of the Earth, confirming that the understanding built on studies of the Earth's magnetosphere is valid. The data also reveal evidence for a well-developed boundary layer just inside the magnetopause.

Signal transduction mechanisms in plants: an overview

This article provides an overview on recent advances in some of the basic signalling mechanisms that participate in a wide variety of stimulus-response pathways. The mechanisms include calcium-based signalling, G-protein-mediated-signalling and signalling involving inositol phospholipids, with discussion on the role of protein kinases and phosphatases interspersed. As a further defining feature, the article highlights recent exciting findings on three extracellular components that have not been given coverage in previous reviews of signal transduction in plants, extracellular calmodulin, extracellular ATP, and integrin-like receptors, all of which affect plant growth and development.
