本文主要分析了大学生在武术课教学过程中学习动机的类型和学习动机对学习成绩及身体素质的影响．研究表明，具有问接远景性学习动机的学生比具有直接近景性学习动机的学生的学习成绩和身体素质有明显的提高．所以，学习动机对学生学习成绩和身体素质的提高起着重要的作用．     

氟离子选择电极法测啤酒中的氟

本文采用氟离子电极法测定啤酒中的氟 ,测量溶液的酸度为PH5— 6,用总离子强度调节缓冲液 ,消除干扰离子及酸度的影响 ,方法回收率 96.1 2 %～ 99.2 4 % ,线性范围为 1 0 - 1 mol/L～ 5× 1 0 - 7mol/L ,最低检出浓度 0 .0 1 μg/ml,本法操作简单、快速 ,适合作常规测定 .

Determination of surface topography of biological specimens at high resolution by scanning tunnelling microscopy

Although techniques are available for the determination of the three-dimensional structure of biological specimens, for example scanning electron microscopy, they all have some serious drawback, such as low resolution, the requirement for crystals or for the sample to be analysed in a high vacuum. In an attempt to develop a technique for high-resolution three-dimensional structure analysis of non-crystalline biological material, we have tested the applicability of scanning tunnelling microscopy (STM), a method that has been used successfully in the analysis of metal and semiconductor surface structures. We report here that scanning tunnelling electron microscopy can be used to determine the surface topography of biological specimens at atmospheric pressure and room temperature, giving a vertical resolution of the order of 1 A. Our results show that quantum mechanical tunnelling of electrons through biological material is possible provided that the specimen is deposited on a conducting surface.     

基于模糊PI的天线伺服控制

针对天线伺服位置环路校正控制,在传统的PI控制上,加上模糊控制,实现位置环路多模态控制。在位置误差较大时,利用大比例控制,在位置误差小于一个阀值时,采用PI控制,在中间位置采用模糊控制。此种多模态控制,比单用PI控制,具有响应快,超调小,稳态误差小的优点。     

块三对角矩阵方程的追赶法及其应用

导出了块三对角矩阵方程追赶法的一套递推关系式，并编制出相应的计算机Ｃｏｄｅ。该Ｃｏｄｅ具有良好的实用价值，可供在实际问题中使用。     

选煤厂主厂房网架结构屋盖的抗震性能研究

以某在役选煤厂主厂房屋盖的固定铰支座网架结构为研究对象,采用3D3S分析软件分析了组合荷载对网架结构抗震性能的影响.结果表明:两区网架结构动力特性相似,各网架结构的自振频率密集,结构的低阶整体振型以竖向振型为主,结构整体性强,局部振动不明显;在7度多遇地震作用下,结构的组合荷载作用的内力和位移响应属于同一量级,结构安全稳定性符合规范要求.     

The structure of amoorastatone and the cytotoxic limonoid 12-hydroxyamoorastatin

Summary 2 new limonoid-type terpenes have been isolated from an aqueous extract of seeds produced by the Eastern Himalayan (India) plantAphanamixis grandifolia Bl. By interpreting principally mass spectral and nuclear magnetic resonance data, the structures of 12-hydroxyamoorastatin (2b) and amoorastatone (3) were elucidated. Unequivocal evidence for the 12-hydroxyamoorastatin structural assignment was obtained by chemical conversion to sendanin (4). Amoorastatin derivative2b was found to significantly inhibit growth of the murine P388 lymphocytic leukemia cell lines but amoorastatone in the same system was inactive. Increased migration of olfactory ensheathing cells secreting the Nogo receptor ectodomain over inhibitory substrates and lesioned spinal cord

Olfactory ensheathing cell (OEC) transplantation emerged some years ago as a promising therapeutic strategy to repair injured spinal cord. However, inhibitory molecules are present for long periods of time in lesioned spinal cord, inhibiting both OEC migration and axonal regrowth. Two families of these molecules, chondroitin sulphate proteoglycans (CSPG) and myelin-derived inhibitors (MAIs), are able to trigger inhibitory responses in lesioned axons. Mounting evidence suggests that OEC migration is inhibited by myelin. Here we demonstrate that OEC migration is largely inhibited by CSPGs and that inhibition can be overcome by the bacterial enzyme Chondroitinase ABC. In parallel, we have generated a stable OEC cell line overexpressing the Nogo receptor (NgR) ectodomain to reduce MAI-associated inhibition in vitro and in vivo. Results indicate that engineered cells migrate longer distances than unmodified OECs over myelin or oligodendrocyte-myelin glycoprotein (OMgp)-coated substrates. In addition, they also show improved migration in lesioned spinal cord. Our results provide new insights toward the improvement of the mechanisms of action and optimization of OEC-based cell therapy for spinal cord lesion.
