Walsh—Hadamard变换ASIC的并行结构设计

针对具有广泛应用的Ｗａｌｓｈ－Ｈａｄａｍａｒｄ变换，研究了适合其ＡＳＩＣ设计的算法与ＳＦＧ阵列结构、位串计算、可变长功能等方面的内容，并给出了Ｗａｌｓｈ－Ｈａｄａｍａｒｄ变换ＡＳＩＣ的一种合理结构。     

用可变长短序列WHT芯片计算长序列Walsh—Hadmard变换

提出了能够将任一长序列变换有效地分解为一组定长的短序列变换的方法及算法，通过用短序列芯片计算这些短序列变换，从而可高速完成任意长序列的变换。     

A New Definition of Virus

Security experts have not formally defined the distinction between viruses and normal programs. The paper takes user＇s intension as the criteria for malice, gives a formal definition of viruses that aim at stealing or destroying files, and proposes an algorithm to detect virus correctly. Compared with traditional definitions, this new definition is easy to understand, covers more malwares, adapts development of virus technology, and defines virus on the spot. The paper has also analyzed more than 250 real viruses and finds that they are all in the domain of the new definition, this implies that the new definition has great practical significance.     

Design of a CMOS Adaptive Charge Pump with Dynamic Current Matching

A novel structure for a charge pump circuit is proposed, in which the charge-pump （CP） current can adaptively regulated according to phase-locked loops （PLL） frequency synthesis demand. The current follow technology is used to make perfect current matching characteristics, and the two differential inverters are implanted to increase the speed of charge pump and decrease output spur due to theory of low voltage difference signal. Simulation results, with 1st silicon 0. 25μm 2. 5 V complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor （CMOS） mixed-signal process, show the good current matching characteristics regardless of the charge pump output voltages.     

Solid-phase microextraction for flavor analysis in Harari Khat （Catha edulis） stimulant

This research examined the typical flavor compounds in the commonest type of Khat called Harari Khat grown in the region of Ethiopia.Twenty-eight compounds, which includes 1,2-Propanedione,1-Phenyl,Hexanol,Hexanal compounds,Limonene, Benzaldehyde with other flavors, were extracted by polydimethylsiloxane at room temperature for 30min from Khat samples,and identified by solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (SPME-GC-MS).This method needs no organic solvents and required minimal sample.

Ammonium improves iron nutrition by decreasing leaf apoplastic pH of sunflower plants (<Emphasis Type="Italic">Helianthus annuus</Emphasis> L. cv. Frankasol)

The effect of nitrogen form on pH and concentration of soluble iron (Fe) in leaf apoplast was investigated in hydrophonically grown sunflower plants (Helianthus annuus L. cv. Frankasol), and the mechanism underlying the improved Fe nutrition by ammonium (NH₄) supply was also elucidated. Ammonium supply ameliorated Fe nutrition of plants grown without Fe through decreasing apoplastic pH and increasing soluble Fe concentration in apoplastic fluid of young leaves. The soluble Fe concentration in apoplastic fluid and cell sap of young leaves, and xylem exudates of NH₄ fed-plants was higher than that of nitrate (NO₃) fed-plants, and no typical Fe-deficiency chlorosis in young leaves was observed in NH₄, fed plant without Fe supply. The apoplastic pH was 6.15 and 5.94 in young leaves of Fe-deficient plants fed respectively with NO₃ and NH₄, while in Fe-sufficient plants, the apoplastic pH was 6.43 with NO₃, and 5.50 with NH₄ supply. In primary leaves, the apoplastic pH was around 6.25 irrespective of nitrogen form and Fe supply. The pH of xylem exudate was 5.72 in Fe-deficient plants fed with NO₃ and 5.49 with NH₄. Iron nutrition increased the pH of xylem exudate by 0.27 and 0.16 unit under NO₃ and NH₄ supply respectively.

盐酸羟胺自氧化法测定SOD活性的电化学方法研究

盐酸羟胺在碱性水溶液中发生自氧化反应,可产生O2-.,其自身被氧化为亚硝酸根离子,在酸性介质中SCN-催化亚硝酸根离子与二苯胺-4-磺酸反应生成具有电活性的亚硝基化合物在-0.60V处有一波形很好的二阶导数极谱峰。在一定条件下,极谱峰电流的大小与亚硝酸根离子的浓度呈线性关系。体系中加入SOD,使生成的亚硝酸根离子的量减小。由此建立了通过检测亚硝酸根离子的生成量来测定超氧化歧化酶活性的电化学方法,测定了酶活力曲线,并研究了常见的黄酮类化合物对O2-.的清除作用。     

单节锂离子电池保护电路的改进

提出了一种低成本的单节锂电池保护回路系统,采用0.6μm混合信号CMOS工艺和修调技术使芯片具有低功耗、高精度检测电压等特点.通过基准电路和取样电路设计的改进,使保护电路实现了多种保护功能,并且具有很高的检测电压精度.模拟结果表明,该电路在温度为25℃时过充电保护电压的检测精度达到了±25mV,耗电流仅为3.5μA,满足高精度检测电压的要求.
