The reaction of acenaphthene with nitrobenzene

The reaction of acenaphthene with nitrobenzene was investigated in the presence of AlCl₃. The results showed that the reaction proceeded via carboncation-electrophilic substitution reaction and free radical substitution reaction pathway. The products of acenaphthenyl phenylamine and biacenaphthyl could be synthesized by this reaction. The influence of the amount of AlCl₃ and the temperature on the components of products were also studied in this reaction. Inhibiting Effects of S.acus Linnaeus Extracts on GLT-82 Tumor Cell Lines

Hailong S.acus Linnaeus was chosen as the experimental material in the experiments and changes of cell morphology, forming rate of clone and changes of division index were conducted to identify the inhibiting effects of Hailong extract on human tumor cell lines (GLT-82). Four days after medication, most of the cells changed their normal morphology of tumor cells and became round, broken and even broke into pieces. The inhibiting rates could reach 75.1% on the fourth day. The division index reduced strongly and the clone could not form or the forming rate was very low. With the extract concentration increasing and the time prolonging, the inhibiting effect increased. These results indicate that Hailong has striking anti-tumor effects and will have a perfect future in the fields of treatment and prevention of cancer.     

GM(1,1)模型研究的一些进展

HPLC结合APIMS/MS法研究屏边三七的皂甙成分

应用HPLC与API－MS／MS相结合，分析了屏边三七95％乙醇提取物的三萜皂甙成分，结果表明，屏边三节除含有屏边三七皂甙R1,R2，还含有少量人参皂甙Rb,Rc,Rb3和Rd。     

三峡卷扬式升船机5级减速器动力学仿真研究

运用ADAMS11.0的Engine模块建立三峡钢丝绳卷扬式垂直升船机5级减速器动力学模型，介绍Engine模块中齿轮传动的算法原理。在承船厢从高点位置向下启动运行的正常工况下，对5级齿轮减速器进行了动力学仿真，并对仿真结果进行了分析。

表面张力法测定固体在溶液中等温吸附

以两组分混合物模型体系为例初步研究了多组分体系光谱重叠程度、校正集样品数、测量波长数、组分浓度之比及随机误差等因素对偏最小二乘法和主成分分析计算结果的影响,还以食用色素二组分体系的光谱数据为例说明如何利用混合物模型体系来选择其测量参数并预报测定误差     

亚毫微秒速度高均匀性多元逻辑电路的研制

就如何同时实现多元逻辑电路中线性“与或”门的高速和高均匀性进行了理论分析和实验验证，理论分析给出了平均延迟时间和均匀必的函数表达式；指出在影响电路速度和均匀性的诸多因素中，复合晶体管的发射结面积是一个关键因素，并依此进行了样品电路的优化设计和工艺制造，测试结果表明，单门平均延迟时间为0．22ns，功耗延迟积为0．55pJ，在输入一致条件下（0－4V），各单门电路之间输出不均匀性误差小于等于4mV。
