机械产品功能建模及其求解策略的研究

简要阐述用于产品功能建模的标准功能基(SFB),并在SFB基础上完成产品功能建模;建立包括元功能层、功能对象层、行为层、结构组件层和结构关系层的功能求解模型,提出多层次柔性求解策略用于完成从功能到结构的映射;以实例对所提出的方法进行验证。     

Blurred Defocused Image Restoration Based on FRFT

A technique for restoring the blurred image resulted from defocusing of the lens is proposed in this paper, which is based on fractional Fourier transform （FRFT）.The FRFT, as a powerful tool for the analysis of time-varying signals, is closely connected with the optical imaging system. FRFT also can describe optical imaging process just like Fresnel diffractions, so a defocused imaging model based on FRFT is established to explain the blur phenomena of defocusing image. The defocused imaging model is greatly different from the traditional point spread function （PSF） model, and enables to uncover the blur nature of non-focus image. Then, an image restoration method using the novel model is proposed to handle the blurred defocused image. The method adopted a new iterative phase retrieval approach which can approximately estimate phase signals from intensity signals of a single defocused image by means of FRFT. Restoring image may acquire sharp image by implementing inverse FRFT on complex image signal made from the estimated phase signals and intensity signals. Experimental results demonstrate that the method is effective in restoring blurred defocused image.     

Investigation of Highly Designable Dented Structures in HP Model with Hydrogen Bond Energy

Some highly designable protein structures have dented on the surface of their native structures, and are not full compactly folded. According to hydrophobic-polar （HP） model the most designable structures are full compactly folded. To investigate the designability of the dented structures, we introduce the hydrogen bond energy in the secondary structures by using the secondary-structure-favored HP model proposed by Ou-yang etc. The result shows that the average designability increases with the strength of the hydrogen bond. The designabilities of the structures with same dented shape increase exponentially with the number of secondary structure sites. The dented structures can have the highest designabilities for a certain value of hydrogen bond energy density.     

浅谈公路旧桥的加固

作者根据近年对超限运输桥梁及大中型桥梁的加固实践经验,介绍了公路旧桥各组成部分的加固方法和施工措施。     

PVDF介电吸收电流的研究

研究了0℃和35℃下PVDF样品的吸收电流,发现吸收电流和释放电流不相等,所遵循的规律也不相同。吸收电流依赖于样品的历史,与样品的老化有关,遵从随机驰豫规律。依照铁电陶瓷受束缚的空间电荷激活模型,及结晶高聚物与铁电陶瓷空间电荷分布的类似性,上述现象可得到解释。     

二维主同的变换及其存在和唯一性证明

由于主同的变换能消除各次采样相对目的物的平移、旋转和比例放缩所产生的对数据组的影响而简化了数据的处理过程,因而在模式识别和数据处理中得到了应用,本文给出了二维主同的变换的具体形式及其存在和唯一性的证明。

《论语》中第二人称代词比第一人称代词使用的次数少得多，这与第二人称代词在使用对象上要求甚严有关。本文试从使用对象、句法功能和称数等三个方面对《论语》中的第二人称代词进行具体的分析。     

Normalized transfer function for characterizing conversion efficiency and harmonic distortion of all-optical sampling

A novel method for characterizing the nonlinearity of all-optical sampling is proposed based on the normalized transfer function.Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of our method.Furthermore,an all-optical sampling experiment is performed to verify our method.Both simulation and experiment show consistency between our method and the measurements.The method only requires normalization and polynomial fitting of the transfer curve,and enables direct expression of the nonlinearity with the coefficients of the normalized transfer function.     

农村市场的现状及其开拓策略

我国农村有八亿多人口，这样庞大的人口必然造就一个庞大的消费市场。农村市场是中国未来消费品市场的主体，但目前我国农村市场一直处于低级形态，农村基础设施建设滞后，收入水平低下，流通网络残缺，消费观念落后，是制约农村市场发展的客观条件，也是当前经济增长难以出现新一轮高潮的关键。因此，开拓农村市场不仅是扩大内需的重要举措，更是实现农村现代化的必然选择。本文就当前农村市场的现状及制约因素进行了分析，并提出了一些对策建议。     

GABA引起正常和病理性疼痛大鼠DRG神经元去极化反应的比较

为探究GABA在痛觉信息传递中的作用,观察分析了γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)在神经病理性疼痛中的作用。制备神经病理性疼痛大鼠模型,取其L4-L5背根神经节(dorsal root ganglion,DRG),运用细胞内微电极记录技术观察在灌流GABA及其受体阻断剂的情况下,引起DRG神经元膜电位的变化。结果表明,病理性疼痛模型组大鼠的DRG神经元对不同浓度GABA引起的去极化反应均明显小于正常对照组大鼠(P0.05),这说明神经病理性疼痛可通过减弱GABA介导的突触前抑制易化痛觉信息的传递。
