高TcBapbO3热敏电阻电极制作及阻温特性测试

本文对高ＴｃＰＴＣ热敏电阻的电极制作和阻湿特性测试问题进行了讨论，对Ｔｃ高达７００－８００℃热敏电阻拟用金属铂作电极。设计了直接将铂丝压入电阻的模具，并利用计算机测试阻温特性。     

一个基于语义万维网的应用平台

为了对语义万维网程序提供支持，构建了一个基于语义万维网应用的平台(SWAP)。介绍了SWAP的存储模型，包括对文本文件的支持、数据库的设计和构建；描述了中间层的应用程序接口的设计，举例阐述了存储模型与核心数据结构的转换，并简单介绍了建立在此基础上的语义知识编辑环境这一特殊应用，SWAP系统为语义万维网程序的开发和运行提供了一个完整的平台。     

Fuzzy cluster analysis of the provenance of ancient Yaozhou porcelain body

The technique of neutron activation analysis (NAA) has been employed to measure the content of 29 kinds of elements in the sample of Yaozhou porcelain bodies,Then a fuzzy cluster analsis has been conducted to the NAA data and a diagram of the dynamic fuzzy cluster analysis has been achived,The results indicate that the batch of ancient Yaozhou porcelain bodies,which were of different overglaze color and were produced by different kilns during a period of over 800 years from the Tang Dynasty (618-907 A.D.) to the Yuan Dyansty(1271-1368 A.D.) ,has shared a stable and concentrated raw material source,Provenances of porcelain bodies from different times ,though having their specific independence ,enjoy a close relationship and are not far from one another,Provenances of porcelain bodies made during the Tang Dynasty and the Five Dynasties (907-960 A.D.)are found to be closer to one another,while those of the Song (960-1279A.D.) and the Jin Dynasty (1115-1234 A.D.)are comparatively concentrated in certain areas and are different from those of the Tang Dynasty .Both the tri-colored glazed pottery made in Yaozhou kilns during the Tang Dynasty and the Yaozhou porcelain bodies of the Tang period are from the same provenance.

提出了一种基于以太网的灯光亮度智能控制系统，系统在计算机上通过以太网实现对家庭中灯的亮度进行远程控制，在家庭内部用单片机实现数据通信与控制，具有操作简单、成本低和易于控制等优势，在智能家居中有广阔的应用前景．

Inhibiting effect of melittin on pathogens of crops

The spectrum of antimicrobial effects of melittin were investigated on 19 pathogens by using a cylin-der-plate method with serial dilutions. Bacteriostatic efficiency and possible mechanistic effects were monitored via growth curves. The mechanism of inhibition was further analyzed by SDS-PAGE, flow cytometry and electron microscopy. Melittin had a wide inhibition spectrum and killed pathogens ef-fectively, and bacteriostatic action was influenced by factors such as pH and temperature. We eluci-dated three inhibitory mechanisms: melittin integrated with the cell membrane causing cell bursting and cytoplasm release, inhibited the synthesis of proteins and caused the cytoplasm to condense, and delayed pathogens in phase I (or phase G1) so that they could not complete the cell cycle. These re-sults suggest that melittin could serve as a broad-spectrum biological pesticide with fast-action and high-efficiency.

传热场问题的界面元法

用界面元法求解场问题,导出了求解三维不稳定温度场的界面元计算公式,这些公式适用于连续及不连续温度场,能反映介质可能存在的温度不连续性,较以往数值方法具有精度高、基本未知量少、适用于任意形状单元的优点,为温度场与位移场、应力场的耦合奠定了基础。     

采用ABMS方法的煤炭企业服务化绩效的影响机制研究

本研究认为煤炭企业服务化转型是促进产业结构调整与升级的有效措施.为了分析服务化对企业绩效的影响机制,将服务化分为服务创新与组织创新两个维度,并采用基于Agent的建模仿真(Agent-Based Modeling And Simulation,ABMS)方法和CobbDouglas生产函数构建企业服务化创新多Agent仿真模型,通过确定管理者、员工、科研机构和政府等Agent及其属性,借助Netlogo仿真平台模拟组织变革水平、知识获取水平和政策支持对服务化绩效的影响程度.结果表明:组织变革水平与服务化绩效之间呈S型曲线关系;知识获取水平与服务化绩效之间呈倒U型曲线关系;政策支持与服务化绩效具有显著的正向影响.多Agent仿真模型促进了服务化对绩效影响的定量化分析研究,为煤炭企业决策提供了有效依据.     

催化极谱法测定土壤中的痕量镉

采用单扫描极谱法测定土壤中镉含量,确立了1%碘化钾-1.5%酒石酸钾钠-2%三乙醇胺-0.6%盐酸-9%磷酸测定体系.在此测定体系中,镉在滴汞电极上于-0.71V(相对饱和甘汞电极)处产生一灵敏催化极谱波,镉浓度在0.2ng/ml～1μg/ml范围内与极谱峰电流有良好线性关系,检出限为0.1ng/ml.该方法用于土壤样品测定的RSD为0.6%～9.5%,加标回收率为90%～110%.该方法操作简便,用于土壤样品测定的结果满意.
