β—环糊精及脱氧胆酸的固载化研究

借助反应溶胀剂,将氯甲基化交联聚苯乙烯分别与β－环糊精,脱氧胆酸接枝而固载化,采用扫描电镜,红外光谱,差热－热重分析等方法对固载物作了表征,研究结果表明,固载化反应发生在固载体的氯甲基和被载体的羟基间,形成醚基团得到的固载物热稳定性有所增强,相变点亦通过固载迁向高温区,取得较满意固载效果。     

PVA/PAN 渗透汽化复合膜的制备与分离性能研究(Ⅰ)——膜制备及处理条件的选择

制备出了ＰＶＡ／ＰＡＮ渗透汽化复合膜,活性分离层ＰＶＡ的厚度为１～１０μｍ,并将其用于乙醇－水混合物的分离．结果表明,热处理条件能显著影响ＰＶＡ／ＰＡＮ复合膜的渗透通量、渗透选择性和分离指数．通过实验确定了最佳的热处理温度和时间．     

关于Ls优化映象的极大元存在定理

给出了Ls类映象和Ls优化映象的概念，在G-凸空间中建立了关于Ls类映象和Ls优化映象的极大元存在定理，作为应用，给出了G-凸空间中的极大极小不等式。     

细穗柽柳中黄酮化合物提取方法的研究

本以新疆细穗柽柳作为实验材料，在对水提法、醇提法和碱提法进行了比较研究的基础上，对醇提法进行了五因素四水平的正交实验设计。结果表明：40％乙醇浓度、3倍溶媒量、提取时间为2h时，可获得最佳提取效果。     

无关供者骨髓移植治疗多次复发性急性白血病

文章探讨无关供者骨髓移植治疗多次复发急性白血病的疗效 .经改良 Bucy方案预处理后对一例第三次复发的急粒患者行无关供者骨髓移植 ,同时给防治 GVHD、抗感染治疗 .结果 + 2 1天骨髓在患者体内植活 ,+ 35天细胞染色体分析呈供者型 ( 4 6,XX.正常核型 ) ,+ 84天血型转换成供者型 ,至今已无病生存超过 6个月 .结果表明 ,无关供者骨髓移植对多次复发的急性白血病患者具有治疗价值     

Study on the charge transference and local magnetic moment of yttrium-cobalt compound

The electronic charge transference and local magnetic moment of the YCo₅ intermetallic compound were calculated using SCF-MO-DVXα method and multiple cluster model. The result shows that about one 4d-electron is transferred from anY atom to Co₁(2c), and the calculated local spin magnetic moments of Co_I(2c) and Co_II(3g) atoms in YCo₅ compound are 1.33 and 1.48μ _B , respectively, which are in very good agreement with experiments. Ab initio calculation of structure and Raman and Infrared spectra of Trifluoromethylthiosulphenyl Chloride

The molecular model of Trifluoromethylthiosulphenyl Chloride, CF₃SSCl, was presented.Ab initio method was used to calculate the structure and Raman and Infrared spectra. The results show that CF₃SSCl possess stereoscopic structure ofC ₁ symmetry with a torsional angle of 94.2°. The potential energy distribution and isotope replacement methods were applied to determine the vibrational assignment. The vibrational frequencies and corresponding modes of the molecule were obtained. The calculated vibrational frequencies are in good agreement with experiments. 文心兰人工种子的研究

利用组织培养方法探讨了文心兰(Orchidee oncidinm)人工种子的制作.用MS培养基在3.0mg/L BA+0.15mg/L IBA的激素条件下大量产生文心兰圆球体,利用圆球体制作人工种子.包埋凝胶采用2%海藻酸钠为包埋剂,制作的人工种子在常温下存放一周,在1/2MSO培养基上作发芽率试验.     

颗粒物上多环芳烃的光转化作用

本文介绍了沉积在砂粒、粘土粒和煤渣上的Ｂａｐ、荧蒽、晕苯及Ｑｕ在阳光或氙灯光照射下的光转化半衰期。结果表明影响光转化速率的因素是颗粒物种类、光源和照度。
