完善个人所得税制的探讨

本文论述了我国在完善个所得税制进程中,要以优化税制为基础,通过降低税率,减少档次,拓宽税基,强化征管,增加收入,逐步实现公正、中性、简化和具有国际竞争力的个人所得税税制改革目标。

Numerical tests of efficiency of the retrospective time integration scheme in the self-memory model

A set of numerical tests was carried out to compare the retrospective time integral scheme in a self-memory model,whose dynamic kernel is the barotropical quasi-geostrophic model, with the ordinary centered difference scheme in the barotropical quasigeostrophic model. The Rossby-Haurwitz wave function was taken as the initial fields for both schemes. The results show that in comparison with the ordinary centered difference scheme, the retrospective time integral scheme reduces by 2 orders of magnitude the forecast error, and the forecast error increases very little with lengthening of the time-step. Therefore, the retrospective time integral scheme has advantages of improving the forecast accuracy, extending the predictable duration and reducing the computation amount.     

Study and Application of Internal Coating Technique to Drag Reduction of the Trunk Pipeline for the West-East Gas Pipeline

Coverage layer coated in the internal wall of pipeline enables the friction drag to be reduced, the throughput and the gas transmission efficiency to be increased, the frequency of pigging and the number of the intermediate compressor station to be reduced, and the power consumption of the compressor to be decreased etc. The drag reduction is a high advanced scientific technique with outstanding economical benefit. The study and application of internal coating technique for drag reduction of 4000km trunk pipeline in West-East gas transmission pipeline (WEGTP) project are described, in which the main points are the drag reduction principle, coating process and the indoor study of this technique with own-decided knowledge property right at home.     

无纺织物过滤黏土的梯度比试验及机理研究

采用2种土工织物和黏土进行梯度比试验,并通过试验后黏土试样微观结构的电镜扫描,从微观上认识土工织物过滤黏土机制。结果表明:在土工织物过滤黏土的过程中,初期梯度比会快速上升,达到峰值后,织物-黏土体系淤堵情况逐渐缓解,透水性相对改善,梯度比下降并趋于稳定;在过滤过程中靠近织物的黏土中会发生细颗粒穿过土工织物逃逸的现象,这是织物-黏土体系的透水性改善的内在机制;过滤后的黏土主要以聚粒形式存在,结构较疏松,在靠近织物的黏土中出现较大的孔隙;不同孔径和工艺的土工织物过滤黏土机制相同,但淤堵程度不同。     

基于改进M5′-主成分模型树的高心墙堆石坝沉降变形预测

针对高心墙堆石坝沉降变形过程动态非线性特点,建立基于改进M5'-主成分模型树的高心墙堆石坝沉降变形分析模型,在采用相关性分析甄选沉降变形影响因素和采用主成分分析将高维影响因素空间进行降维的基础上,利用该全局分段非线性模型对高心墙堆石坝沉降过程进行分析。通过与沉降量实测值对比,验证了改进M5'-主成分模型树的有效性。通过绝对差值和均方根误差2个指标对比分析改进M5'-主成分模型树与M5'模型树、多元线性回归模型、主成分回归分析模型的预测结果,表明改进M5'-主成分模型树预测沉降量具有更高的精度。     

基于超级电容器的TiN@CNTF电极制备及性能研究

超级电容器因其独特的性能在便携式、可穿戴电子器件领域有着很大的应用潜力。目前对超级电容器的研究主要集中在对超级电容器电极材料的研究上。碳纳米管纤维具有电导率高、力学性能好、柔韧性高等优点,是超级电容器的理想电极材料。但是,碳纳米管纤维电容量的提升被其较小的比表面积所限制。通过在碳纳米管纤维表面生长三维阵列能够有效提高碳管纤维的比表面积,从而增大电容量。因此,采用水热法,在碳纳米管纤维表面成功生长TiO2纳米阵列,并通过氨气氮化获得了TiN@CNTF电极材料。采用三电极测试TiN@CNTF电极在Na2SO4溶液中的比电容达到215.5mF/cm2,有望作为一种柔性超级电容器的负极材料得到应用。     

灌浆套筒装配式桥墩的施工工艺及其应用

装配式桥墩的施工是一种比较成熟的施工方式,该方式性能可靠,施工便捷,极大缩短了施工工期。灌浆套筒连接是装配式桥墩的主要连接方式之一,结合施工工艺的经验,阐明套筒的构造,工作原理,整个施工流程及注意的事项。同时对装配式桥墩施工过程中的风险进行分析并提出建议,对装配式桥墩的施工具有指导意义。     

大功率LED灯具研究进展

发光二极管(LED)作为新一代的光源,具有寿命长、转换效率高、节能环保等优良特性,然而目前的大功率白光LED受到转换效率低和可靠性差等问题的制约。从荧光材料、封装技术、散热技术、驱动电源4个方面入手,对当前大功率LED的研究进展和未来研究方法进行评述。     

三种多元复合结构的核壳催化剂研究进展

以核壳结构复合而成的催化剂,在催化反应中常表现出较高的整体活性、大的比表面积、优异的择形催化效果和良好的热稳定性.部分催化载体因具有优异的择形效果和结构稳定性,在多元复合核壳催化剂的设计中也占据了一定的地位.本文主要介绍了几种常用催化剂载体(Al_2O_3、SiO_2、ZSM-5)参与复合的核壳催化剂制备与应用的概况.
