基于IP的主动测量协议IPMP

目前广泛使用的主动测量技术，大部分都是基于ICMP，TCP或UDP协议进行测量的，从而导致相关测量工具存在局限性。IPMP协议的设计目的就是为多种测量机制提供底层协议支持，在路由器的协助下，它可以实现对单向时延和链路瓶颈等网络参数的精确测量。首先介绍了IPMP的原理，讨论了它目前存在的问题，并提出了改进方法。     

Paleotemperature changes ver the past 3000 years in eastern Beijing, China:A reconstraction based on Mg/Sr records in a stalagmite

The Mg/Sr ratio in a stalagmite, which is directly proportional to DMg/Ca, the solid-liquid distribution coefficient of Mg, is proposed as a geochemical thermometer to estimate paleotemperature changes. The paleotemperature changein eastern Beijing over the past 3000 years has been reconstructed by using this thermometer in the stalagmite ZFFS-1 from Jingdong Cave. The records can be divided into two periods: 3000-2000 aBP, cool and wet, the air temperature averaging 9.8℃; and 2000 aBP-present, hot and dry, the air temperature being 1℃ higher than the mean value (11.7℃) of the past 3000 years. During 500-200 aBP, the air temperature was about 1.2℃ lower than that of the present, corresponding to the Little Ice Age in Europe. Like δ18O and δ13C, Mg/Sr (or DMg/Ca) reflects an obviously warming trend of the past 200 years. These results are supported by historic records.     

Dynamical framework with blocking topography coordinates for atmospheric GCM and its validation

The dynamical framework with Blocking Topography Coordinates (hereafter, BTC), which is suited to handle the steep topography for the atmospheric general circulation models, is presented in this paper, together with its validation results. The integral properties of both the differential and finite-difference equations for the BTC dynamical core are: gross mass conservation, quadratic conservation for advection terms, Coriolis force does not change the kinetic energy, conservation of total available energy. The improved nonlinear iteration scheme is utilized for the time-integration. The energy conservation for BTC dynamical core is validated by using the integration results from 9-layer and 21-layer version respectively. Comparison results show that, the changes of the kinetic energy and total available potential energy during the integration are quite close for both the BTC dynamical framework and the dynamical framework of IAP 9-level and IAP 21-level AGCM, and this may suggest that the BTC dynamical core can be used for long-term integration with good computational stability. Furthermore, the BTC dynamical core has the advantage over the terrain following (sigma) coordinates in its better representation of the influence of the large-scale topography on the atmospheric general circulation. Finally, the correctness and reasonableness of the BTC dynamical core has been further proved by the numerical simulation of the topography influence on the quasi-stationary planetary wave with 21-layer version of BTC dynamical framework.     

论FDI对西部制度变迁的影响及对策

本文首先对我国西部地区利用FDI的现状进行了描述 ,然后运用回归分析的方法分析了FDI和制度变迁的关系 ,指出FDI是影响区域制度变迁的重要因素 ,FDI在区域分布上的不均衡严重制约着西部地区制度变迁的进程。西部地区应该加快体制改革的步伐 ,改善投资环境 ,吸引FDI ,进而通过FDI带动西部地区制度变迁的进程 ,最终形成FDI和制度变迁相互推动、相互促进的良性循环。     

Holocene lake deposits of Bosten Lake, southern Xinjiang, China

A 9.25-m-long sediment core from Bosten Lake,Xinjiang, provides detailed information about changes in the water budget and biological acticity over the last 8400 cal-endar years. The chronology is constructed from six AMS radiocarbon dates on the terrestrial plant remains. Based onanalyses of TOC, CO3, detrital compounds and biogenic SiO2,lake level fluctuations and periods of remarkably-negative water budget appeared at 8.4-8.2 cal ka, 7.38-7.25 cal ka,5.7-5.5 cal ka, 3.7-3.4 cal ka and 3.3-2.9 cal ka, respec-tively. As they are in-phase with low lake levels at Sumxl Co and Bangong Co in western Tibet Plateau and with paleo-lakes in Inner Mongolia, a climate-induced change to some-what drier and warmer conditions is inferred. A further drop in lake level after 1320 AD of about 200 yr duration may heattributed to a negative water balance prior to the main phase of the Little Ice Age. Deep and stable lake phases of 1500 yr and 1800 yr duration at 7.2-5.7 cal ka and 5.5-3.7cal ka coincide with maximum moisture during the Holocene Megathermai in China. The long term trend towards aridity since about 4.3 cal ka can dearly be recognised. The reduced water budget of Bosten Lake from 640-1200 AD may be attributed to local effects.     

Time-division phase modulated single-photon interference in a Sagnac interferometer

We introduce a stable, long-distance singlephoton Sagnac interferometer, which has a balanced configuration to efficiently compensate phase drift caused by change of the fiber-optic path. By using time-division phase modulation, single-photon interference was realized at 1550nm in a 5-km-long as well as 27-km-long Sagnac fiber loops,with a fringe visibility higher than 90% and long-term stability. The stable performance of the single-photon interference indicated that the time-division phase-modulated Sagnac interferometer might readily lead to practical applications in single-photon routing and quantum cryptography.     

Inhibitory effect of the adenovirus type 5 E1A protein expressed in the yeast system of the human tumor cell growth

Adenovirus 5 type E1A as a tumor suppressor gene can inhibit tumor growth and enhance the censitivity of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.E1A have the ability to integrate into the host genome,resulting in long-time expres-sion that induces Rb gene inactivation and animal cells im-mortalization.This prompted us to select the E1A protein for treatment of cancer in order to overcome the limitations of E1A gene therapy.Thus,we firstly comstructed E1A eu-caryotic expression vector (pPIC9/E1A),transformated the pichia pastoris yeast cells(GS115) and screened the high-expressing recombinant strains.The positive yeast strains were cultured in the shake flask,and induced for 3d.The crude E1A protein was purified using two steps of col-umu chromatography on HiTrap Q and HiTrap SP.The pu-rified E1A protein was identified by SDS-PAGE and Western blot.E1A protein was mostly located at cellular unclear when Cheriot delivered E1A protein into cells.The analysis in vitro indicated that the E1A protein arrested LN686 cell cycle at G2/M phase,and significantly inhibited the growth of LN686 tumor cells.The current studies firstly provided an experimental basis to further develop E1A protein for tumor treatment.     

轿车车头道路模拟试验加载谱研究

结合实际工作需要，通过远程参数控制技术在6通道多轴随机振动台上开发了轿车车头内零部件的室内道路模拟试验技术，正确、快速地模拟试件在试车场强化道路上的振动特性，缩短了试验周期，降低了试验费用，建立了制定试验标准的基本流程。

西藏近现代新闻传播事业(公元1907年《西藏白话报》～1951年《新闻简讯》、《草原新闻》创办)的研究向为学界所疏忽。本试图以历史的视野，从对报刊、广播两方面极为有限的献资料的梳理入手，确立西藏近现代新闻事业的基本框架，较为真实地认识和整体地把握西藏的新闻传播事业发展状况。
