Comparison of reduction disintegration characteristics of TiO2-rich burdens prepared with sintering process and composite agglomeration process

To reveal the impact of the composite agglomeration process (CAP) on the reduction disintegration properties of TiO₂-rich ironmaking burden for a blast furnace, the reduction disintegration indices (RDIs), mineral constituents, and microstructure of the products prepared by the CAP and the traditional sintering process (TSP) were investigated. The results showed that, compared to the sinter with a basicity of 2.0 prepared by the TSP, the RDI_+6.3 and the RDI_+3.15 of the CAP product with the same basicity increased by 28.2wt% and 13.7wt%, respectively, whereas the RDI_-0.5 decreased by 2.7wt%. The analysis of the mineral constituents and microstructure of the products indicated that the decreasing titanohematite content decreased the volume expansion during reduction. Meanwhile, the decreasing perovskite content decreased its detrimental effect on the reduction disintegration properties. In addition, the higher silicoferrite of calcium and aluminum (SFCA) content improved the strength of the CAP product. Together, these factors result in an improvement of the RDI of the CAP products. In addition, compared to the sinter, the reduced CAP products clearly contained fewer cracks, which also led to mitigation of reduction disintegration.     

基于FPGA的交流伺服系统电流环带宽扩展

在电流环的数学模型基础上,分析了电流环带宽与电流环路延时的关系,比较了几种典型电流环时序下产生的延时,对电流采样和PWM占空比更新时序进行了改进,并在FPGA中得到了具体的验证和实现.实验结果表明:这种改进的电流环时序克服了原有电流环时序的问题,能在不改变功率器件开关频率和不损失输出电压能力的基础上减小电流环路延时,从而提高电流环带宽,改善电流环和速度环的控制性能.     

抗震设计方法综述

笔者通过对建筑抗震技术的理解,结合施工的实际,总结出一些行之有效的抗震设计方法.     

MFI型分子筛膜晶内孔道的在线CVD调变

采用在线化学气相沉积(CVD)法对全硅MFI型分子筛膜进行晶内孔道修饰,考察晶间缺陷对膜晶内孔道修饰效果的影响。采用硅烷水解法对缺陷较多的膜进行缺陷孔的修补,结合扫描电子显微(SEM),观察膜微结构的变化。结果表明:分子筛膜表面缺陷显著影响晶内孔道调变效果。500℃时,缺陷较少的膜经晶内修饰后H2/CO2分离因子由修饰前的2.7提高到42.3,H2渗透性由2.25×10-7mol/(m2.s.Pa)降至1.52×10-7mol/(m2.s.Pa)。经缺陷修补后的分子筛膜,其晶内修饰后的H2/CO2分离因子比未修补的膜有一定幅度的提高。     

浅谈电力系统高压电缆输电技术

高压输电是实现大容量或远距离输电的主要技术手段,也是输电技术发展水平的主要标志.文章针对电力电缆输电线路,分析了高压电缆主要设备的配置原则、参数选择等技术条件.通过合理确定护层接地方式,提高供电可靠性,在尽量提高电缆载流量的同时,正确认识载流量的确定方式.     

纳米纤维素晶须用作水性聚氨酯的增稠流变剂

采用酸催化水解法制备了纳米纤维素晶须(NCW)悬浮液并对其进行表征.研究了温度、NCW含量对悬浮液黏度的影响,考察了悬浮液的Ostwade幂方程模型.结果表明,NCW悬浮液黏度随NCW含量增大而增大,受温度影响较小;将NCW添加到水性聚氨酯分散体中,研究了温度、NCW含量对混合悬浮液流变性的影响,表明NCW的加入能降低混合悬浮液体系的粘流活化能,增加混合悬浮液体系的触变度,证明NCW对水性聚氨酯分散体具有增稠和触变作用.     

吹扫捕集气质联用法检测供水管网中消毒副产物——三氯乙醛

建立了供水管网中三氯乙醛的吹扫捕集/GC-MS检测方法.吹扫捕集与碱化反应同时进行,三氯乙醛完全快速转化为三氯甲烷,通过检测加碱前后管网水中三氯甲烷的含量,间接计算出管网水中三氯乙醛的含量.方法的线性范围为0～20μg/L,检出限为0.16μg/L,相对标准偏差<5%,平均回收率为90%～100%.     

Principle and Realization Method of Tunnel Deformation Detection Based on Image Recognition and Data Transmission Technology

<正>To detect the deformation of the tunnel structure based on image sensor networks is the advanced study and application of spatial sensor technology.For the vertical settlement of metro tunnel caused by internal and external stress after its long period operation,the overall scheme and measuring principle of tunnel deformation detection system is introduced. The image data acquisition and processing of detection target are achieved by the cooperative work of image sensor,ARM embedded system.RS485 communication achieves the data transmission between ARM memory and host computer.The database system in station platform analyses the detection data and obtains the deformation state of tunnel inner wall,which makes it possible to early-warn the tunnel deformation and take preventive measures in time.
