区域旅游信息查询系统的开发

提出了基于地理信息系统和多媒体结合模式开发区域旅游信息查询系统的新思路，以关系数据库为核心，把多媒体文件名信息存储在地理信息系统属性库，依靠多媒体字段实现多媒体数据与地理信息系统图形和属性的关联，实现查询的基本概念，利用VB进行MAPGIS二次一切，成功地完成了基于地理信息系统和多媒体结合模式的佛山旅游信息查询系统开发，实现了地图与多媒体数据的关联，并在统一界面下能独立调用多媒体信息查询演示模块。     

黄铁矿烧渣处理含铊重金属废水的研究

以黄铁矿烧渣为吸附材料,分别对广东云浮某硫酸厂和采矿区外排含铊废水的净化处理进行初步研究。结果表明,由于在两种含铊废水中其他重金属的含量有所不同,故黄铁矿烧渣对其中铊废水的处理效果也不同。通过调节体系的pH值,Pb、Cd、Zn、Mn和Fe等大多数重金属能被烧渣有效吸附沉淀。采用该方法可有效控制工业废水铊污染的源头,且经济简捷。     

利用目标区段剩余杂合系进行大豆开花期QTL的验证和精细定位

以成熟期Ⅴ组的Essex为母本,Ⅱ组的ZDD2315为父本和轮回亲本,创建114个单株的BC1F1群体;采用250个SSR标记,通过MAPMAKER3.0构建遗传图谱,覆盖大豆基因组2963.5 cM.采用WinQTLCart 2.5,IciMapping 2.0,MapQTL 5.0以及QTLnetwork 2.0 共4种软件的6种遗传统计模型对BC1F3家系的开花期表型数据,共检测到9个控制开花期的QTL.6个能被至少两种模型检测到;3个只被一种模型检测到,其中Flwdt7定位在C2 连锁群的Satt643和Sat_213之间,置信距33.8 cM,贡献率11.0%.为验证此结果,从BC1F5 家系中选择该区间附近标记杂合单株,经自交建立5个剩余杂合系(RHL),分别在7个位点上有分离.在检测遗传背景相对一致后将分离位点相同的合并,采用JoinMap  3.0构建该区段子图谱.用QTLnetwork 2.0 NWIM将Flwdt7定位在邻区间Satt277~Satt489,离两侧标记的距离分别为1.40和0.45 cM,置信距缩短为2.7 cM,贡献率上升为36.8%.再用RHL 标记等位变异分组差异显著性分析和目标区间近等基因系分析等方法验证了该结果.多种模型全基因组QTL初扫描基础上的目标区段剩余杂合系定位是一种有效的精细定位策略.     

Extended warranty strategies for online shopping supply chain with competing suppliers considering component reliability

This article presents the issue of extended warranty and management strategies in a three-echelon competing online shopping supply chain with price- and base warranty period-dependent demand. We employ game theory to develop decision models to explore the interactions between component suppliers and the manufacturer, as well as competition between two component suppliers. Products and extended warranty are sold by an online store, which is the leader in the Stackelberg game. Two scenarios are considered: either the manufacturer offers a prepaid extended warranty to customers or doses not. In each scenario, base warranties are assumed to be bundled with products. Our results show that when the manufacturer’s repair costs change in a proper range, providing extended warranty can benefit both the manufacturer and the online store; otherwise, the manufacturer has no incentive to offer the extended warranty. Reducing repair costs, improving component reliability, or shortening the base warranty period allows the manufacturer to realize significantly better value of the extended warranty. High component reliability benefits both the manufacturer and the online store, with the manufacturer reaping more benefit. Extending the length of the base warranty adversely affects profit of the manufacturer and the value of the extended warranty.

An α-expansin, VfEXPA1, is involved in regulation of stomatal movement in Vicia faba L.

The wall loosening of guard cells differs from other types of plant cells. However, the regulation of wall loosening during stomatal movement is poorly understood. VfEXPA1 is an α-expansin gene cloned from Vicia faba epidermal strips. Expression of VfEXPA1 is regulated by darkness and submergence, and is not affected by light and abscisic acid (ABA). γ-MnFe合金内耗的振幅效应

采用低频内耗仪研究原子分数分别为86.4%Mn和80.8%Mn的γ-MnFe合金在相变过程中内耗和模量的变化情况。结果表明，从高温到低温，γ-MnFe合金经历了反铁磁转变和马氏体相变，依次出现了反铁磁转变、马氏体相变和孪晶3个内耗峰，且均出现了振幅效应。这是由于反铁磁转变和马氏体相变所产生孪晶的结果。
