商业智能在社保系统中应用的实现框架

作为联机分析处理(OLAP)和数据挖掘、数据仓库等技术的综合应用,商业智能(BI)是目前在国内外企业界和软件开发界受到广泛关注的一个研究方向.论文在分析BI的概念、技术支柱和三维框架基础上,结合社会保障数据的特点.阐述了社保系统中实施BI应用的必要性,最后,给出了社保系统中BI应用的框架和技术方案.     

有关最低工资标准确定若干问题的系统思考

最低工资制度是社会保障制度的重要组成部分。论文在对国内外有关最低工资制度的研究现状进行综述的基础之上,归纳出最低工资制度与标准的发展脉络及趋势,进而指出研究最低工资标准的基本思路与主要内容,最后提出了确定最低工资标准的建议。     

球磨时间对Fe48Ni20Zr15Nb5B12多元合金结构的影响

采用机械合金化法制备不同球磨时间的Fe48Ni20Zr15Nb5B12合金,主要利用 X射线衍射(XRD)与扫描电镜(SEM)测试分析不同球磨时间的Fe48Ni20Zr15Nb5B12多元合金结构的影响.结果表明随着球磨时间的增加,逐渐形成非晶,球磨60 h时,已完全形成Fe48Ni20Zr15Nb5B12非晶合金.     

基于光电观测信息的空中机动平台被动跟踪研究

针对强电磁环境下机载雷达测量精度较低的问题,研究提出了一种基于机载光电观测信息的被动跟踪方法,讨论了其目标运动分析问题.利用光电探测设备测量的目标方位角、高低角,结合平台的导航信息,建立了基于最小二乘准则的目标函数,对目标实施了精确定位,并对观测数据中野值的剔除问题进行了分析.通过蒙特.卡洛模拟仿真,试验结果表明:该方法能够较为准确、快速地收敛至真值附近.     

基于贝叶斯网络和行为日志挖掘的行为信任控制

目前评估网络用户行为的方法成本高且缺乏可操作性,为了便捷有效地对用户行为信任进行预测与评价,文中首先提出了基于贝叶斯网络的用户行为信任预测和控制算法,算法利用聚类和分布密度函数设置算法参数,建立可量化的证据与信任等级之间的对应关系.接着实现基于IIS和.Net底层架构的可配置式信任管理插件,形成用户行为日志,为预测和控制算法提供证据,免除了一般Web日志的清洗工作.实验结果表明,文中算法可预测多属性下的行为信任等级,提高服务器的安全性和可靠性,并约束了用户的商业行为.     

一种用于评价PD信号去噪前后波形畸变的新参数

针对常用的波形评价参数(normalized correlation coeffiient,NCC)和变化趋势参数来描述振荡波形畸变情况的不足,利用数字化测量中不同离散波形对应时刻的微分的比值越趋于1波形越相似的原理,提出并定义一种能微观描述波形畸变程度的变化细节参数,阐述了该参数的数学意义,并用信号的功率谱验证了其正确性.理论仿真研究表明:它能有效评价振荡波形衰减尾部的细节畸变情况,与NCC配合使用,并结合信噪比能更好地对局部放电信号去噪的效果进行综合评价.     

Superconductivity in Ba1−xSmxFFeAs and Eu1−xSmxFFeAs systems

We synthesized the samples Ba1-xSmxFFeAs and Eu1-xSmxFFeAs with ZrCuSiAs-type structure. These samples were characterized by resistivity and susceptibility. It is found that the substitution of rare earth metal for alkaline earth metal in the two systems suppresses the anomaly in resistivity and induces superconductivity. Superconductivity at 54 K in nominal composition Ba0.5Sm0.5FFeAs and at 51 K for Eu0.5Sm0.5FFeAs is realized, indicating that the superconducting transition temperatures in the iron arsenide fluorides is the same as that in oxypnictides with the same structure.     

Subtyping of type A influenza by sequencing the variable regions of HA gene specifically amplified with RT-PCR

The outbreak of a novel influenza A （H1N1） virus across the globe poses a threat to human health. It is of paramount importance to develop a rapid, reliable and inexpensive diagnostic procedure. Based on the bioinformatic information from public database, primers specific for influenza A virus surface protein haemagglutinin （HA） of several subtypes （including H1, H2, H3, H5, H7 and H9） were designed. Primer-specific PCR products were subiected to sequencing for accurately distinguishing H1 and H3 subtypes from others. This sequencing-based detection method will not only be applied to rapid detection and simultaneous subtype identification of new influenza A virus H1N1, but also provide the strategies to monitor other new types of influenza virus with explosive potential.     

＂Steiner trees＂ between cell walls of sisal

Through careful analysis on the cross-section of sisal fibers, it is found that the middle lamellae between the cell walls have clear geometric characteristics： between the cell walls of three neighboring cells, the middle lamellae form a three-way junction with 120° symmetry. If the neighboring three-way junctions are connected, a network of Steiner tree with angular symmetry and topological invariability is formed. If more and more Steiner trees are connected, a network of Steiner rings is generated. In another word, idealized cell walls and the middle lamellae are dominated by the Steiner geometry. This geometry not only depicts the geometric symmetry, the topological invariability and minimal property of the middle lamellae, but also controls the mechanics of sisal fibers.
