静注西咪替丁对十二指肠溃疡出血患者24h胃内pH值的影响

１５例十二指肠球部溃疡出血的患者随机分为３组,分别静脉注射不同剂量的西咪替丁（Ｃｉｍｅｔｉｄｉｎｅ）并以生理盐水作为对照,用２４ｈ胃内监测仪来观察用药对胃酸分泌的影响。结果显示：各用药组的胃内ｐＨ值均有升高,各组间差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０００１）。各用药组ｐＨ值均高于对照组（Ｐ＜０００１）,只有药量达１６００ｍｇ／ｄ时才有满意抑酸效果,抑酸时间为（１９３±４７）ｈ,胃内ｐＨ值均数为６４±０９。     

Electrophysiological research of synapse formation from beginning to maturity

The development of synapses is an important question in neurobiology. We employ patchclamp technique to record MEPCs and EPCs of myoballs inXenopus cell culture. The rate of EPC/MEPC is related with synapses maturation. Accordingly, we define the mature synapses as those whose rate of presynaptic membrane ’ s EPC to MEPC is more than 8. The process of maturation needs about 2–5 h after neuntes contact with myoballs. We divide the development of synapses into three stages: young, developing and mature. The neurotransmitters stack gradually and increase by hundreds of times along with young synapses growing into maturity. So the process of synapses maturation should include presynaptic membrane specialization, postsynaptic membrane specialization and neurotransmitters stack.     

Relationship between the partitioning properties of motoneuron recruitment and the needle feeling propagation

Histological and physiological studies indicated that most skeletal muscles can be divided into a series of relatively independent sub-volumes: "neuromuscular compartments" and the partitioning property of the muscle result in the localization of muscle reflex. In the present experiment we studied the recruitment properties of medial gastracnemius (MG) muscle motoneuron pool of decerebrate cat with two kinds of local mechanical stimulation: local stretch and acupuncture-like stimuli. The results indicate that: (ⅰ) there is an obvious property of localization of recruitment activity, only the MNs which innervate the stimulated compartment were recruited by weaker and shorter stimuli; (ⅱ) recruitment activity spread to those MNs which supply the adjacent and distal compartments during the strength of stimulation or duration of the stimulation was increased; and (ⅲ) the recruitment property of muscle activity elicited by the local mechanical stimulation is thought similar to that of "needle feeling" along the meridian pathway during stimulation of acupuncture point.     

Buckling of a ferromagnetic thin plate in a transverse static magnetic field

An energy theory is proposed on the buckling of a ferromagnetic thin plate in a transverse static magnetic field. The analytic solution of critical field for plates is obtained by using variational method. It is shown that the critical magnetic field is not only influenced by the ratio of the thickness to the length, but also by the width, total length and the magnetic susceptibility of the specimen. Theoretical calculations agree with experiments reasonably.     

Signal transduction pathways mediated by colony stimulating factor-1 receptor

Colony-stimulating factor-1 (CSF-1), which is necessary for cell proliferation and differentiation, regulates both immediate and delayed early responses throughout G1 phase. The binding of CSF-1 to its receptor (CSF-1R) triggers phosphorylation of the receptor and its intrinsic tyrosine kinase. The activated receptor binds directly to cytoplasmic effector proteins, which induce multiple-signal transduction pathways. CSF-1 can induce the c-myc gene expression via Ras and Ets-related proteins. The expression of c-fos/jun family genes is also targeted following the activation of Ras. CSF-1R activates STAT1 and STAT3 to participate in signaling, but JAKs do not appear to contribute to signaling by CSF-1R. CSF-1R activates PI3-kinase, and PI3-ki can interact with downstream proteins by the MAPKK-related pathway independent of Ras/Raf. PC-PLC can enforce signaling in response to CSF-1. Furthermore, the turnover and dephosphorylation by the phosphatase SHPTP1 of CSF-1R are the major mechanism in the negative regulation of signaling by CSF-1R     

Carbon isotope anomaly in marbles associated with eclogites from the Dabie Mountains

This is a report of carbon isotope anomaly in marbles associated with the UHP eclogites from the Dabie Mountains. The results place constraints on the degree of crust-mantle interaction during the UHP metamorphism.     

SrGa2S4:Ce blue TFEL in new structure

SrGa₂S₄: Ce blue TFEL device with a novel structure was prepared by electron beam evaporation. The dielectric constant of insulator layer in this structure is far less than that in the conventional structure, so the hot-electrons can be accelerated in SiO₂ layers. The stable TFEL with good chromaticity was achieved and the basic characteristics were investigated.     

Diamond synthesis from a system of chromium-carbide and Ni70Mn25Co5 alloy

In order to ascertain the mechanism of interaction between carbide and metallic catalyst and formation of diamond under high pressure and high temperature, and find a new method to synthesize diamond with special properties, it is necessary to investigate the reaction behavior of different carbides and metallic solvent_catalysts under high pressure and high temperature. A system of Cr-3C-2 powder and Ni 70Mn 25Co 5 alloy in weight ratio of 1∶6 was treated under 6 0 GPa and 1 500℃ for 20, 30 or 60 min respectively. X_ray diffraction of the samples indicated the Cr 3C 2 decomposed partially after high pressure and temperature treatment, and Cr 7C 3, Cr and diamond formed respectively. There was not any trace of graphite in the samples. The result suggested that the separated carbon atoms could form diamond directly without conversion process of graphite into diamond. The observation of SEI, WDX and EDX also showed that diamond crystals were synthesized in the system, which have perfect surfaces and shapes, with the average grain size of about 40 μm. The properties of the crystals are being investigated.     

The neodymium isotopic characteristic and geological significance of Kuokesu plagioclase amphibolites from the Kuruktag, Xinjiang, China

The plagioclase amphibolites from Kuokesu area, Kuruktag, Xinjiang occur as enclaves embedded in the granodioritic gneiss. In the light of major elements and REE data, the parent rocks of the plagioclase amphibolites belong to weak_alkaline basalts. Their Nd model ages mainly range from 2 832 to 3 075 Ma. The seven plagioclase amphibolites yield a reasonable good isochron age of (828±86) Ma(2σ) with I Nd =0.510 981±82, ε Nd ( t )=-11.5±1.6. Such a case shows the existence of great proportion of the Archaean mafic crustal basement on the Kuokesu area. The strong tectonic_thermal event at about 820 Ma made the Sm_Nd isotope of the metamorphic rocks homogenization. This event would be associated with the Tarim Movement.     

Preliminary study on climatic signals of stable isotopes from Holocene speleothems under monsoon condition

Within the East Asian monsoon zone the change in oxygen isotope of Holocene stalagmite is mainly related to monsoon rain rather than to temperature. And carbon isotope can be taken as a comprehensive signal which contains the natural information and the information of anthropogenic activity. Isotopic analysis is also compared with the annual layer records.
