任意挠曲通道中正交曲线网格的构筑

运用微分几何的方法将有向正则空间的Ｆｒｅｎｅｔ标架旋转，改善中心流线ｃ－坐标系的斜交性，从而在任意挠率与曲率非零的三维通道中构造出具有严格局部正交性的ｃ－α曲线坐标系，采用该坐标系的等坐标参数线即构成正交计算网格，从而为简化流动方程、考察二次流及分析计算结果创造了条件     

Novel submicroscopic extrachromosomal elements containing amplified genes in human cells

In previous work, several methotrexate (MTX)-resistant variants were isolated frm the human cell line HeLa BU25, which exhibited a high degree of dihydrofolate (DHFR) gene amplification (estimated to be 250- to 300-fold). These variants did not contain any chromosome with a homogeneously staining region (HSR) and exhibited only a small average number of minute chromosomes per cell: these two types of karyotypic abnormalities generally accompany selective gene amplification. We now report that structures containing amplified DHFR genes in one of these variants (HeLa BU25-10B3) can be isolated by pulsed-field gradient or field-inversion gel electrophoresis as homogeneous DNA molecules of approximately 650 kilobases (kb). Electron microscopy of metaphase spreads from these cells reveals chromatin fibres with a similar DNA content, which are probably related to the above elements. These represent a novel type of extrachromosomal structures in mammalian cells.

草木樨喂羊毒性试验的病理学研究

通过全饲喂组、半饲喂组饲喂含0.24％香豆素的草木樨和对照组的绵羊进行两个月的临床观察未发现异常。经血液凝血酶元时间、红细胞娄、血红蛋白含量,谷—草和谷—丙转氨酶的测定,各项指标均在正常范围内,各组差异不显著。屠宰后,全饲组羊只肝、肾轻微胂胀,呈土黄色,胆囊充盈。半饲组病变轻,对照组不认异常。取组织进行电镜和病理学检查发现全饲组羊肝细胞变性坏死,胆囊粘膜上皮坏死脱落,肾小管上皮细胞变性,半饲组病变较轻。试验证明,草木樨对绵羊有一定的毒性作用。

次声对几种生物酶的生物效应初探

利用自制的次声信号发生器产生１３Ｏｄｂ（分贝）的次声对α－淀粉酶、精氨酸酶、脂肪酶、溶菌酶、木瓜蛋白酶和碱性磷酸酶等６种酶处理．并检测处理前后酶液的紫外光谱。通过比较，发现次声的作用会给这些酶的构象带来一定程度的变化，对α－淀粉酶、碱性磷酸酶的处理前后酶活力检测结果表明，这种酶构象变化不影响该酶的活力．初步排断。次声对生物酶构象影响的机制有别于化学变性剂。

Molecular cloning and sequencing of a human hepatitis delta (delta) virus RNA

Human hepatitis delta (delta) virus (HDV) is a form of defective virus, which infects humans only in the presence of a co-infecting hepatitis B virus (HBV). HDV superinfection in a chronic HBV carrier often results in severe chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis, whereas acute HDV and HBV co-infection is frequently associated with fulminant hepatitis. HDV consists of a 36-nm particle, which contains an envelope with HBV surface antigen, and a nucleocapsid containing the hepatitis delta-antigen (HDAg) and an RNA genome of 1.75 kilobases (kb). Recently, the genomic RNA from an HDV serially passaged in chimpanzees has been cloned and sequenced in a study which showed that the HDV RNA is a single-stranded circular molecule with properties similar to those of viroid or virusoid. However, it is not known whether serial passages in chimpanzees had altered the properties of human HDV. Here we report the cloning and sequencing of an HDV RNA isolated directly from a patient with acute delta-hepatitis. The sequence showed considerable divergence (11%) from that of the chimpanzee-adapted HDV. Five open reading frames (ORFs) of more than 100 amino acids in both genomic and anti-genomic sense were found. The largest ORF in antigenomic sense, which can code for 214 amino acids, may correspond to the HDAg.     

0Cr6Mn13Ni10MoTi/1Cr5Mo异质接头时效时熔合区增碳层的变化规律

采用光学显微镜，扫描电镜等分析方法研究0Cr6Mn13Ni10MoTi/1Cr5Mo异质接头在时效过程中熔合区和增碳层宽度变化特点，结果表明，时效初期0Cr6Mn13Ni10MoTi/1Cr5Mo异质接头在熔合区靠近奥氏体焊缝一侧有一定宽度的增碳层出现，随时效时间延长增碳层逐渐变宽，并且在达到峰值以后又逐渐变窄并最后消失，这种变化规律与传统A302/1Cr5Mo异质接头在时效过程中的变化规律完全不同。
