混合交通信号交叉口服务水平确定方法回顾

信号交叉口服务水平是衡量交叉口运行状况以及使用者对其运行质量的感受的重要的定性指标,它既是交叉口设计和交通管理控制措施确定的依据,也是交通设施运行状态评价的基础。本文综述混合交通条件下信号交叉口机动车、行人、自行车服务水平的确定方法、技术和主要成果。在此基础上,展望该研究在我国的发展动向。

用张存铨在文[2]中的方法!本文通过疏远边的度和给出k-连通无瓜图中存在汉密尔顿圈和控制圈的充分条件,作为文中定理的推论,证明了若对任意■∈E(G) d(k)+d(v)≥3n/k-6,则G有汉密尔顿圈;若对任意■∈E(G) d(k)+d(v)≥3n/(k+1)-3,则G有控制圈,这里G是k-连通无爪图。     

Long-chain branched/cyclic alkanes in recent sediment of Lake Fuxian and their environmental implications

Lake Fuxian is a large, deep, and oligotrophic freshwater lake. In recent sediment of this lake, a series of branched and cyclic alkanes, including branched alkanes with one or two quaternary carbon atoms （C2n compounds）, alkylcycloheptane, and alkylcyclohexane, were detected in high abundance. For each homolog of long-chain branched/ cyclic alkanes, molecules with only an odd or even carbon number were present in the sediment. The abundance vari- ation of each compound homolog corresponded to those of other compound homolog in the section, indicating the same origin of these compounds. The concentrations of long-chain branched/cyclic alkanes in the sediment profile exhibited variations similar to those of phytoplankton biomarkers, such as 3-methylJalkanes, short-chain odd carbon n-alkanes, hopene, polyunsaturated fatty acids, phytol, sterols, and long-chain alkyl diols, but slightly different from those of long-chain odd carbon n-alkanes, which are ubiquitous biomarkers for higher plants. Therefore, the Can compounds and long-chain cyclic alkanes in the lake sediment were most likely produced by algae and bacteria in the water, primarily, by the heterotrophic bacteria in the moderately oxygenated waters, which flourishing might be the results of specific water environments in Lake Fuxian.

低比转速离心泵圆盘损失的计算

准确计算圆盘损失的大小是预测低比转速离心泵性能的重要因素.在泵试验结果的基础上,借助流体动力计算的数值计算和模拟方法,采用RNGk-ε湍流模型封闭时均N-S方程组,以低比转速离心泵M23-12.5为对象,在假定圆盘摩擦损失只增加轴功率而不影响液体有效能量增加的基础上,通过泵的数值预测结果和实验性能曲线的对比,对3种圆盘摩擦损失的计算方法进行比较.结果表明与直接计算叶轮外圆直径的摩擦力矩作为整个泵的圆盘摩擦损失的方法相比,根据泵叶轮的形状,分别计算其前后盖板的摩擦力矩进而求得叶轮圆盘损失的方法,更适合低比转速离心泵叶轮圆盘损失功率的计算.     

Polarity modified triplex DNA by bromide

Conclusion A py-pu-py triplex DNA containing the polarity modification by replacing the atom H5 of cytosine with Br was examined, mainly for the stability of the formation of the triplex DNA. Our computational results show that the conformation of the strand that contained a replaced H5 by cytosine to Br was destabilized, but the Hoogsteen base pairs were stabilized. Although this approach of modifying the polarity of DNA base has not been tried before, it shows the possibility to improve the stability by the polarity modification.     

Reconstruction algorithm of computerized ionospheric tomography

Applying the technique of computer tomography to ionosphere detection, Computerized Ionospheric Tomography (CIT) can produce the large scale distribution of electron density in a two dimentional longitudinal section of ionosphere. According to the actual detecting condition of sparse receiver and limited projecting angle, polynomial interpolation method and projecting angle expansion method are proposed. A new energy function is formulated according to the constraint of least neighbourhood error. Simulated annealing is incorporated in the iteration of ART to get the global minimum of energy function. The parameter determination in the design of 3-D spherically symmetric FIR filters via the McClellan transformation

In the design of 3-D spherically symmetric FIR filters via the McClellan transformation, two methods are proposed to determine the transformation parameters. The first is to improve the original 3-D algorithm by exploiting the 2-D effective methods in 3-D. This method can change the constrained optimization algorithm into the unconstrained one and makes the design easier to realize. The second method is to solve the coupled equations under constrained conditions and a set of ideal parameters can be gotten. The design example shows that the two methods are all efficient and easier than the original algorithm. 双歧杆菌发酵乳的研制

对双歧杆菌制作双歧杆菌酸奶的工艺进行了研究。所采用的耐氧长双歧杆菌Ｂ１能在有氧条件下１４ｈ内凝乳。实验确定了二步发酵法制作凝固型双歧杆菌酸奶的工艺;确定了双歧杆菌将与其它乳酸菌单独发酵,然后按５∶９５混合进行发酵制作搅拌型双歧杆菌酸奶的工艺。所制得的双歧杆菌酸奶具有传统型酸奶的风味,并能达到１０８个／ｍＬ以上的活双歧杆菌含量     

热阻和热漏对耦合制冷循环性能的影响

建立多级不可逆耦合制冷系统的一般循环模型,探讨热阻和热漏等不可逆因素对其循环性能的影响．以制冷系数为目标函数,对制冷循环系统的性能进行优化分析．导出制冷系数与比制冷率间的基本优化关系,确定最大制冷系数及其对应的比制冷率,并对其它优化性能作了分析讨论．所得结果具有普遍意义,可揭示制冷循环系统的一般性能特性
