These years Yuangong copper-bearing intrauterine devices (Cu-IUDs) have been used because of less side effects in use. The corrosion of copper is essential to the success of contraception, and the release behavior of indomethacin from medicated Cu-IUD is related to its therapeutic effect. In this study, analytical methods were established to investigate the release behavior of cupric ion of three kinds of Yuangong Cu-IUDs and indomethacin of medicated Yuangong 220 Cu-IUD. Cu-IUDs were incubated in simulated uterine solution (SUS). The concentrations of cupric ion and indomethacin were analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometer (FAAS) for 60 days and UV/vis -3310 spectrophotometer for 60 days, respectively. The morphology of copper after corrosion was characterized by SEM. In addition, we detected cytotoxicity by MTT of L929 mouse fibroblasts cells caused by extracts of the three Yuangong Cu-IUDs. The release behavior of cupric ion for three kinds of Yuangong Cu-IUDs was biphasic, which consisted of the initial burst release and then slow and constant release. In vitro release experiment confirmed a biphasic release of indomethacin from Yuangong 220. The copper wire of Yuangong Cu-IUDs showed uneven corrosion. The RGR value of Yuangong 365 Cu-IUD was smaller than that of medicated Yuangong 220 Cu-IUD and RGR value of medicated Yuangong 220 Cu-IUD was smaller than that of Yuangong 300 Cu-IUD. The cupric ion release and indomethacin release showed biphasic. Indomethacin increased the cupric ion release rate and might diminish the adverse effects caused by burst release of cupric ion. The toxicity grade of these three Yuangong Cu-IUDs was 4. We should canvass the adverse events of Cu-lUDs based on practical experiments, and try our best to reduce the toxicity of Cu-lUDs.  相似文献

为解决冷却塔配水系统布水不均匀的问题,对冷却塔管式配水系统的构成、特点进行研究,分析各部件及管系的阻力特性,结合Bernoulli方程和Gardel方程,建立配水系统动、静压转换和每个喷头前的配水压力计算公式,实现每个喷头的流量计算.为实现配水均匀,通过控制最大流量喷头与最小流量喷头的流量差,提出冷却塔均匀配水的计算模型.据此可按要求的流量差进行配水系统的设计与计算,为冷却塔实现配水均匀提供了可靠的计算方法,经多个工程实践验证该方法计算结果与工程实际吻合.  相似文献

针对位移等效静态载荷法在求解结构动态优化时遇到的等效关键时间点不合理、等效结果误差大等问题,提出一种基于能量原理的等效静态载荷法.该方法通过将结构动态响应解空间进行谱元离散,识别出结构的关键时间点,并在该时间点构建了基于能量等效的动态载荷静态转化数学模型.应用优化算法搜索得到了等效静态载荷集的最优解,从而将结构动态优化问题转化为静态优化问题求解.最后,通过在某柴油机活塞油腔结构的动态优化设计中的有效应用,验证了能量等效静态载荷法的有效性和工程实用性,拓展了等效静态载荷法的理论范畴,同时为复杂结构动态响应优化设计提供了一种新的思路.  相似文献

针对武汉科技大学FSC赤骥车队设计的赛车,进行空气动力学套件的设计。首先进行定风翼及扩散器的设计和建模,并利用FLUENT软件对定风翼进行空气动力学仿真优化;然后把空气动力学套件安装在赛车上,建立整车模型,进行常用工况下整车的空气动力学仿真,分析加装空气动力学套件对赛车高速稳定性及转弯性能的影响。结果表明,加装空气动力学套件后,赛车的高速稳定性和转弯性能均有明显提升。  相似文献

To understand the mechanical interactions when geckos move on ceiling and to obtain an inspiration on the controlling strategy of gecko-like robot, we measured the ceiling reaction force (CRF) of freely moving geckos on ceiling substrate by a 3-dimensional force measuring array and simultaneously recorded the locomotion behaviors by a high speed camera. CRF and the preload force (FP) generated by the geckos were obtained and the functions and the differences between forces generated by fore- and hind- feet were discussed. The results showed that the speed of gecko moving on the ceiling was 0.17–0.48 m/s, all of the fore- and hind-legs pulled toward the body center. When geckos attached on the ceiling incipiently, the feet generated a very small incipient FP and this fine FP could bring about enough adhesive normal force and tangential force to make the gecko moving on ceiling safely .The FP of the fore-feet is larger than that of the hind-feet. The lateral CRF of the fore-feet is almost the same as that of the hind-feet’s. The fore-aft CRF generated by the fore-feet directed to the motion direction and drove their locomotion, but the force generated by the hind-feet directed against the motion direction. The normal CRF of fore- and hind-feet accounted for 73.4% and 60.6% of the body weight respectively. Measurements show that the fore-aft CRF is obviously lager than the lateral and normal CRF and plays a major role in promoting the fore-feet, while the hind-feet of the main role are to provide a smooth movement. The results indicate that due to the differences of the locomotion function of each foot between different surfaces, the gecko can freely move on ceiling surfaces, which inspires the structure designing, gait planning and control developing for gecko-like robot.  相似文献

A Fabry-Perot interferometer, funded by the Meridian Project in China, was deployed at the Xinglong station (40.2°N,117.4°E) of the National Astronomical Observatories in Hebei Province, China. The instrument has been operating since April 2010, measuring mesospheric and thermospheric winds. The first observational data of winds at three heights in the mesosphere and thermosphere were analyzed, demonstrating the capacity of this instrument to aid basic scientific research. The wavelengths of three airglow emissions were OH892.0, OI 557.7, and OI 630.0 nm, which corresponded to heights of 87, 98, and 250 km, respectively. Three 38-day data sets of horizontal winds, from April 5, 2010 to May 12, 2010, show clear day-to-day variations at the same height. The minimum and maximum meridional winds at heights of 87, 98, and 250 km were –16.5 to 8.7 m/s, –24.4 to 15.9 m/s, and –43.6 to 1.5 m/s. Measurements of zonal winds were –5.4 to 7.6 m/s, 2.3 to 23.0 m/s, and –22.6 to 49.3 m/s. The average data from the observations was consistent with the data from HWM93. The wind data at heights of 87 and 98 km suggest a semi-diurnal oscillation, clearly consistent with HWM93 results. Conversely there was a clear discrepancy between the observations and the model at 250 km. In general, this Fabry-Perot interferometer is a useful ground-based instrument for measuring mesospheric and thermospheric winds at middle latitudes.  相似文献

In this work we consider a kind of AGQGs, called restricted allowable generalized quantum gates (RAGQGs), satisfying 0 < Σ k=0 d−1|c k |⩽1. Some properties of the set RAGQG(H) of all RAGQGs on H are established. Especially, we prove that the extreme points of RAGQG(H) are exactly unitary operators on H and that B(H)=R + RAGQG(H).  相似文献

以鸭梨(Pyrus.bretschneideri Rehd.cv.‘Yali')多倍体(2×、3×、4×)为材料,应用甲基化敏感扩增多态性(methylation sensitive amplified polymorphism,MSAP)技术研究不同倍性鸭梨基因组DNA甲基化水平及模式变化.共筛选22对引物,平均每对引物产生约50条带,统计100~500 bp的扩增带,共计954个位点.分析表明:鸭梨2×、3×、4×分别检测到831、886、852个位点,发生甲基化位点分别占15.5%、20.0%、16.8%,其中全甲基化占9.7%、11.9%、9.7%.分析这些位点甲基化模式表明:甲基化模式在三个倍性间类型相同的占所检测位点的69.2%,仅两种倍性相同的为25.4%,各不相同的占5.5%,其中三倍体41.4%甲基化位点发生改变,显示出独特的DNA甲基化特点.  相似文献
