Increase in Na+, K+ -ATPase enzyme units in liver and kidneys from essential fatty acid deficient rats.

(3H)-Ouabain binding to liver and kidney preparations was utilized to estimate the number of Na+, K+-ATPase enzyme units in livers and kidneys from rats fed 2% corn oil supplemented or fat-free diets. The specific (3H)-ouabain binding in liver and kidney preparations from fatty acid deficient rats was increased approximately 40%, but the affinity of the binding sites for ouabain (Kd-value) remained unchanged. The increased concentration of Na+, K+-ATPase enzyme units observed in the essential fatty acid deficient rats may contribute to the reduced body fat accumulation and elevated heat production observed in these animals.     

Insertional mutagenesis in zebrafish rapidly identifies genes essential for early vertebrate development

To rapidly identify genes required for early vertebrate development, we are carrying out a large-scale, insertional mutagenesis screen in zebrafish, using mouse retroviral vectors as the mutagen. We will obtain mutations in 450 to 500 different genes--roughly 20% of the genes that can be mutated to produce a visible embryonic phenotype in this species--and will clone the majority of the mutated alleles. So far, we have isolated more than 500 insertional mutants. Here we describe the first 75 insertional mutants for which the disrupted genes have been identified. In agreement with chemical mutagenesis screens, approximately one-third of the mutants have developmental defects that affect primarily one or a small number of organs, body shape or swimming behavior; the rest of the mutants show more widespread or pleiotropic abnormalities. Many of the genes we identified have not been previously assigned a biological role in vivo. Roughly 20% of the mutants result from lesions in genes for which the biochemical and cellular function of the proteins they encode cannot be deduced with confidence, if at all, from their predicted amino-acid sequences. All of the genes have either orthologs or clearly related genes in human. These results provide an unbiased view of the genetic construction kit for a vertebrate embryo, reveal the diversity of genes required for vertebrate development and suggest that hundreds of genes of unknown biochemical function essential for vertebrate development have yet to be identified.

从如何降低软件在整个生命周期的成本,如何最大限度地利用现有技术为出发点,阐述了SOA(面向服务的体系结构)的相关概念、特点及主要技术和实现平台.以汽车进出口贸易信息系统为例,提出了系统整体功能模块,并对其中的订单功能模块做了详细的设计说明;总结了SOA在企业应用系统中的优势,得出采用SOA架构解决方案可提高企业系统对市场反映的敏捷性,改善了系统效率,从而提高企业的核心竞争力的结论.     

Improved Non-Sieving Quadratic Sieve

In this paper, we give about prime numbers and Blum two theorems and one guess integers.We prove the two theorems about Blum integers.Combining the guess with the primitive non-sieving quadratic sieve,we proposed a improved non-sieving quadratic sieve（INQS）.In INQS,we not only reduce the times of squares and modulo n, but also imply another important conclusion,that is,we don＇t need to find the greatest common divisor of two integers as we do in PNQS.By some examples,we compare it with the primitive non-sieving quadratic sieve（PNQS）. It＇s faster to factor a integer by using improved non-sieving quadratic sieve than the primitive one.     

加大实验室的开放力度培养高素质创新人才

实验室开放是目前国内高校实验室改革和发展的大趋势,对提高学生的实践能力、动手能力、创新能力、综合素质和培养高素质创新人才具有非常重要的作用,文中介绍了国外实验室开放情况和国内实验室开放的现状,存在的问题以及西南石油大学实验室开放的措施和取得的成果。其目的是引起各高校的高度重视并制定切实可行的办法提高实验室开放的力度。     

柴油蜡晶分散剂的制备和降凝效果研究

以马来酸酐和呋喃为原料，经Diels-Alder反应、酯化／酰胺化后合成了柴油蜡晶分散剂3，6-氧桥-1，2，3，6-四氢苯-1，2-二甲酸高级酯／酰胺。酸值测定表明，该合成方法的产率超过90％。对大庆0^#柴油的冷滤点测试表明，该醋晶分散剂与低相对分子质量的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物复配效果较差，而与改性的聚丙烯酸高级醇酯二元复配后，可以降低冷滤点7℃，表现出了良好的协同效应。
