以Ba-MCM-49分子筛为催化剂,纯1-丁烯为原料,考察了钡的含量对烯烃催化裂解制丙烯、乙烯反应性能的影响,并在优化的反应条件下考察了催化剂的稳定性.实验表明,适量的钡修饰可以在一定程度上抑制氢转移及芳构化副反应的发生,从而提高了目标产物丙烯和乙烯的选择性,而且钡修饰后催化剂的稳定性大大提高. 相似文献

为了促进聚合物弹性微球深部调驱技术的大规模应用,通过岩心驱替实验,研究了多孔介质中聚合物弹性微球的运移规律与调驱性能。结果表明:聚合物弹性微球能够在多孔介质中不断地运移、封堵、变形、再运移、再封堵,注入压力呈现出波动式变化特征,后续注水阶段仍保持较高的注入压力水平;聚合物弹性微球的滞留量随距入口端距离的增加而减少,在出口端也有少量的聚合物弹性微球滞留;聚合物弹性微球能够选择性进入和封堵高渗大孔道,在后续注水过程中,高、低渗管的分流率仍保持在50%左右;岩心渗透率、注入浓度、注入速率和矿化度均影响聚合物弹性微球的调驱效果,在实际应用时需要选择合理的参数范围。可见聚合物弹性微球具有良好的注入性和运移性,可以依靠自身弹性运移至储层深部区域,且对低渗层具有保护作用,聚合物弹性微球封堵后具有较强的耐冲刷能力,从而达到较好的深部调驱效果。 相似文献

根据信号与系统理论,导出了辐射系统的传递函数;建立了基于FIT算法的雨刮器电机辐射系统计算模型,并用仿真软件CST计算获得了系统的传递函数;电机端电压作为系统的辐射干扰源,用实验的方法获取;传递函数和电机端电压之积便是电机产生的辐射电场。由此,将复杂的电机辐射问题转化为提取系统传递函数和测量电机端电压的较为简单的问题来处理。仿真与实验结果的对比说明,该辐射干扰预测模型能够准确反映电机电磁辐射系统的基本特征,可用于雨刮器电机的电磁兼容预测研究。 相似文献

In the forward channel of a networked control system (NCS), by defining the network states as a hidden Markov chain and quantizing the network-induced delays to a discrete sequence distributing over a finite time interval, the relation between the network states and the network-induced delays is modelled as a discrete-time hidden Markov model (DTHMM). The expectation maximization (EM) algorithm is introduced to derive the maximumlikelihood estimation (MLE) of the parameters of the DTHMM.Based on the derived DTHMM, the Viterbi algorithm is introduced to predict the controller-to-actuator (C-A) delay during the current sampling period. Testis-specific PRSS55 is a highly conserved chymotrypsin-like serine protease among mammalian species. So far, the physiological function of PRSS55 remains unknown. Here, we show that PRSS55 is a GPI-anchored membrane protein, specifically expressed in adult mouse testis and mainly observed in the luminal side of seminiferous tubules and sperm acrosome. Mice deficient for Prss55 develop male infertile with normal reproduction-related parameters observed. Interestingly, in vivo fertilization rate of Prss55?/? males is dramatically decreased, possibly due to incapable migration of Prss55?/? sperm from uterus into oviduct. However, in vitro fertilization rate has no difference between two genotypes although Prss55?/? sperm presents defective recognition/binding to zona-intact or zona-free oocytes. Further study reveals that mature ADAM3 is almost undetectable in Prss55?/? sperm, while precursor ADAM3 remains unchanged in the testis. However, it is shown that ADAM3 has no interaction with PRSS55 by immunoprecipitation with anti-PRSS55 antibody. The expression levels of several proteins known to be related to the observed phenotypes remain comparable between wt and Prss55?/? mice. Moreover, we found that Prss55 deficiency has no effect on PRSS37 or vice versa albeit two mutant males share almost the same phenotypes. Microarray analysis reveals a total of 72 differentially expressed genes in Prss55?/? testis, most of which are associated with cellular membrane and organelle organization, protein transport and complex assembly, and response to stimulus and signaling. In conclusion, we have demonstrated that PRSS55 plays vital roles in regulating male fertility of mice, including in vivo sperm migration and in vitro sperm–egg interaction, possibly by affecting the maturation of ADAM3 in sperm and the expression of multiple genes in testis. 相似文献

Advanced glycation end products (AGEs) play an important role in collagen deposition in diabetic cardiomyopathy. TRB3, a mammalian
homolog of Drosophila tribbles, functions to increase glucose intolerance and regulates cell proliferation. We demonstrated
that AGEs induce collagen type I expression but inhibit collagen type III expression, accompanied by increased TRB3 expression.
Furthermore, the collagen type I induced byAGEs was down-regulated after inhibition of ERK and p38-MAPK, the collagen type
III reduced by AGEs was up-regulated after inhibition of ERK. The expression of collagen types I and III regulated by AGEs
through MAPK was partly reversed after treatment with TRB3 siRNA. It suggests that the TRB3/MAPK signaling pathway participates
in the regulation of collagen types I and III by AGEs and may provide new therapeutic strategies for diabetic cardiomyopathy.
