A time-domain electromagnetic transmitter (TDET) with great power and large current was designed by using a closed-loop phase shifting control strategy. A clamping voltage source circuit was applied in this system to improve the falling edge of emission current and shorten the turn-off time. The simulated results showed that this TDET exhibited the advantages including a large current, strong capability for rapid turn-off, stably output voltage, preferably dynamic performance, a widely adjustable range in transmitting voltage, accurate measurement precision.  相似文献

In order to improve the efficiency of the fingerprint core location algorithm, a fingerprint core location method using sliding window on the basis of core location algorithm with the complex filter was proposed. The local region of the fingerprint image was extracted by a fixed-size window sliding in the region of the fingerprint image, and the selected local region by window as the calculation object is used to detect the core. The experiment results show that the method cannot only effectively detect fingerprint core, but also improve the efficiency of the detection algorithm comparing with the global fingerprint core location detection algorithm.  相似文献

This paper describes a simple method of generating concentration gradients with linear and parabolic profiles by using a Christmas tree-shaped microfluidic network.The microfluidic gradient generator consists of two parts:a Christmas tree-shaped network for gradient generation and a broad microchannel for detection.A two-dimensional model was built to analyze the flow field and the mass transfer in the microfluidic network.The simulating results show that a series of linear and parabolic gradient profiles were generated via adjusting relative flow rate ratios of the two source solutions(R_L~2≥0.995 and _PR~2≥0.999),which could match well with the experimental results(R_L~2≥0.987 and _PR~2≥0.996).The proposed method is promising for the generation of linear and parabolic concentration gradient profiles,with the potential in chemical and biological applications such as combinatorial chemistry synthesis,stem cell differentiation or cytotoxicity assays.  相似文献

The Wiener index of a connected graph (molecule graph) G is the sum of the distances between all pairs of vertices of G. In this paper, simple exact formula are established for the expected value of Wiener index in random cyclooctane chain. 目的 分析五味子21 a间在国产保健食品中作为原料的应用情况,为进一步研发五味子保健食品提供参考.方法 利用回顾性调查方法,抽取国家食品药品监督管理总局(CFDA)网站中1996—2016年已注册的保健食品信息,建立五味子保健食品专题数据库,分析五味子相关保健食品的功能分布、与之配伍的中药种类、频次、功效成分(或标志性成分)、地区分布及年代分布等.结果 1996—2016年期间含五味子的国产保健食品共有351个,涉及功能20种,配方原料数量最多6种,与五味子配伍使用的原料前5位为枸杞子、酸枣仁、人参、葛根、黄芪,功效成分涉及118种,申请地中前5位依次为北京市、广东省、陕西省、吉林省及黑龙江省.结论 含五味子保健食品的开发总量不足,档次较低,接近食品形态的剂型较少,没有形成基于五味子医药文化及民俗文化的品牌优势.  相似文献

目的比较张力带和髌骨爪置入治疗单纯横行骨折和粉碎性骨折患者疗效,为临床两种手术方法的选择提供依据.方法对接受治疗的38例髌骨骨折患者进行回顾性分析,其中20例患者采用张力带疗法,18例患者采用髌骨爪疗法,比较不同疗法患者手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率、骨折愈合时间、膝关节功能恢复情况.结果张力带固定组患者术中出血量(305.2±36.5)m L,显著高于髌骨爪固定组患者(283.4±24.8)m L(P0.05),张力带固定组粉碎性骨折患者平均手术时间(54.1±9.1)min,显著长于髌骨爪固定组粉碎性骨折患者(52.9±2.8)min(P0.05).两组患者骨折愈合时间无显著性差异(11.9±1.9,12.4±1.8)周,膝关节功能评价平均分髌骨爪固定组患者(78.7±9.3)分,显著优于张力带固定组患者(84.7±9.2)分(P0.05).结论对于一般髌骨横行骨折患者,可采用张力带固定方式,而对于年龄较大、身体素质较差、粉碎性骨折患者,推荐采用髌骨爪固定方式,以减少术后并发症发生,促进膝关节功能恢复.  相似文献

以黑果腺肋花楸茎尖和嫩叶为外植体,在MS培养基中加入不同种类与用量的生长调节剂,筛选黑果腺肋花楸组织培养繁殖培养基.结果表明:黑果腺肋花楸愈伤组织诱导效果较好的培养基为MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L;不定芽诱导效果较好的培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;不定根诱导效果较好的培养基为1/2 MS+IBA 0.05 mg/L;以泥炭土、松针、砂砾(2∶1∶1)为基质时,组培苗移栽成活率较高(成活率96%).  相似文献

A cryogenic scanning electron microscopy (cryo-SEM) technique was used to explore the shear-thickening behavior of Fe-ZSM5 zeolite pastes and to discover its underlying mechanism. Bare Fe-ZSM5 zeolite samples were found to contain agglomerations, which may break the flow of the pastes and cause shear-thickening behaviors. However, the shear-thickening behaviors can be eliminated by the addition of halloysite and various boehmites because of improved particle packing. Furthermore, compared with pure Fe-ZSM5 zeolite samples and its composite samples with halloysite, the samples with boehmite (Pural SB or Disperal) additions exhibited network structures in their cryo-SEM images; these structures could facilitate the storage and release of flow water, smooth paste flow, and avoid shear-thickening. By contrast, another boehmite (Versal 250) formed agglomerations rather than network structures after being added to the Fe-ZSM5 zeolite paste and resulted in shear-thickening behavior. Consequently, the results suggest that these network structures play key roles in eliminating the shear-thickening behavior.  相似文献

Graphene-reinforced aluminum (Al) matrix composites were successfully prepared via solution mixing and powder metallurgy in this study. The mechanical properties of the composites were studied using microhardness and tensile tests. Compared to the pure Al alloy, the graphene/Al composites showed increased strength and hardness. A tensile strength of 255 MPa was achieved for the graphene/Al composite with only 0.3wt% graphene, which has a 25% increase over the tensile strength of the pure Al matrix. Raman spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy were used to investigate the morphologies, chemical compositions, and microstructures of the graphene and the graphene/Al composites. On the basis of fractographic evidence, a relevant fracture mechanism is proposed.  相似文献
