Extensible Markup Language即"可扩展的标置语言"(简记为XML)的出现,为基于Web的数据挖掘带来了便利,开发人员能够用XML的格式标记交换数据。充分利用XML的优点,提供一种利用决策树ID3修正算法和聚类的方法,对XML文档信息进行挖掘,并结合实例说明这种方法。     

Learning multivariate time series causal graphs based on conditional mutual information

Detection and clarification of cause-effect relationships among variables is an important problem in time series analysis.This paper provides a method that employs both mutual information and conditional mutual information to identify the causal structure of multivariate time series causal graphical models.A three-step procedure is developed to learn the contemporaneous and the lagged causal relationships of time series causal graphs.Contrary to conventional constraint-based algorithm, the proposed algorithm does not involve any special kinds of distribution and is nonparametric.These properties are especially appealing for inference of time series causal graphs when the prior knowledge about the data model is not available.Simulations and case analysis demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.

Cloning of aminopeptidase N promoter and its activity in hematopoietic cell and different tumor cell lines

Aminopeptidase N (APN) promoter region was cloned and sequenced from peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The recombinant reporter construct containing the promoter and luciferase gene, designated pXP1-APNLuc, was introduced into myeloblastic cell line, T lymphocyte cell line and various tumor cell lines. Luciferase assay showed that APN upstream promoter is myeloid-specific for high expression in myeloblastic cell line and much lower expression in T lymphocyte cell line. The promoter activity was relatively high in lung adenoma cell line compared with other tumor cell lines including hepatoma cell line, tong cancer cell line and esophageal cancer cell line in which the promoter activity significantly diminished or was almost undetectable. The characteristics of APN promoter may provide a new strategy for specific myeloprotection while tumor patients are being treated with chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy.     

基于面向对象思想的矿体三维数据模型

为了解决地下矿体解译和圈定问题,采用面向对象的方法,分析了矿体三维模型,论述了矿体构模过程,矿体三维数据模型元素的表达,抽象成矿体模型类库,最终建立矿体的三维数据模型的过程,并成功地建立了国内某大型铁矿三维矿体模型.研究结果表明:面向对象思想建立矿体三维数据模型有效且实用.该成果对矿床采矿设计、开拓生产提供更直观、更可靠的研究手段.     

高层建筑楼板裂缝的原因及处理措施

裂缝在混凝土构件中是不可避免的,施工中应尽可能采取有效的技术措施控制裂缝,避免有害裂缝的出现,以确保工程质量.本文从工程设计、施工和材料方面对高层住宅工程现浇钢筋混凝土楼板裂缝进行了分析,并提出了钢筋混凝土楼板裂缝的防治措施.

HCV基因分型在丙肝诊断和治疗中的应用

目的 建立ＨＣＶ基因分型方法，研究ＨＣＶ基因型与肝病程度的关系，探讨ＨＣＶ基因型与ＩＦＮ－ａ２ｂ抗病毒疗效的关系。方法 ＨＣＶ基因组ＮＳ５区ＰＣＲ扩增产物酶切分型。结果 ７３例ＨＣＶ感染者中有ＨＣＶⅡ型４５例，ＨＣＶⅢ型２８例。Ⅱ型ＨＣＶ感性肝炎３１例，肝硬化１４例；Ⅲ型ＨＣＶ感染者中有慢性肝炎２６例，肝硬化２例。Ⅱ型ＨＣＶ感染者的肝硬化发生率显著高于Ⅲ型ＨＣＶ感染者（Ｐ〈０．０５）。所有病人均应
