模糊综合评价法在企业R＆D能力评价中的应用

依据影响企业R＆D能力的诸多不确定因素，运用模糊综合评价法从整体上评价各个影响因素，综合评价企业R＆D能力。

Inhibitory effect of the adenovirus type 5 E1A protein expressed in the yeast system of the human tumor cell growth

Adenovirus 5 type E1A as a tumor suppressor gene can inhibit tumor growth and enhance the censitivity of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.E1A have the ability to integrate into the host genome,resulting in long-time expres-sion that induces Rb gene inactivation and animal cells im-mortalization.This prompted us to select the E1A protein for treatment of cancer in order to overcome the limitations of E1A gene therapy.Thus,we firstly comstructed E1A eu-caryotic expression vector (pPIC9/E1A),transformated the pichia pastoris yeast cells(GS115) and screened the high-expressing recombinant strains.The positive yeast strains were cultured in the shake flask,and induced for 3d.The crude E1A protein was purified using two steps of col-umu chromatography on HiTrap Q and HiTrap SP.The pu-rified E1A protein was identified by SDS-PAGE and Western blot.E1A protein was mostly located at cellular unclear when Cheriot delivered E1A protein into cells.The analysis in vitro indicated that the E1A protein arrested LN686 cell cycle at G2/M phase,and significantly inhibited the growth of LN686 tumor cells.The current studies firstly provided an experimental basis to further develop E1A protein for tumor treatment.     

1,3-苯二氧基二乙酸二芳酯的合成及植物生长调节活性

以PEG 4 0 0为催化剂 ,在液 液相转移催化条件下合成了一系列新的 1,3 苯二氧基二乙酸二芳酯 .用元素分析、IR以及1 HNMR确定了它们的结构 .初步生物活性试验表明 ,该类化合物对小麦幼苗的生长有一定的促进作用 .     

微波诱导合成5-芳氧亚甲基-2-[5′-(4″-氯代苯基)- 2′-呋喃甲酰胺基]-1,3,4-噁二唑

在微波辐射条件下,由1 芳氧乙酰基 4 [5′ (4″ 氯代苯基) 2′ 呋喃甲酰基]氨基硫脲(1a～1i)在醋酸汞存在下,快速环合合成了一系列5 芳氧亚甲基 2 [5′ (4″ 氯代苯基) 2′ 呋喃甲酰胺基] 1,3,4 二唑(2a～2i).     

EPC用锆英粉涂料的研制

以超细锆英粉作为耐火骨料,配制EPC用锆英粉涂料。测试涂料的密度、悬浮性、涂层强度、涂层厚度、透气性五种性能,并通过浇注实验,由铸件成型、铸件表面以及涂层残片来分析改进后涂料的使用效果,获取最佳超细锆英粉涂料。     

地基液化的处理措施

砂土地基在地震动荷载作用下会发生液化，使地基丧失承载力，建筑物产生大量不均匀沉降，造成建筑物开裂、倾斜或破坏，国家财产和人民生命遭受损失。通过分析液化的形成条件及本身特性，提出了在设计中全部消除地基波化沉陷，部分消除地基液化沉陷和减轻液化影响的措施。     

森林火灾的烟尘危害及烟呛救护

论述了森林火灾发生的条件及在燃烧过程中产生的烟尘危害，针对防火队员进行救护教育要求，在扑救森林火灾过程中扑火人员应密切注视火势，在遇到各种紧急情况时，学会避险和突围，必要时采取自救措施，把扑火人员的伤亡降到最低限度。     

两种环缘蝽的染色体研究(半翅目:姬缘蝽科)

本文研究了中国姬缘蝽科开环缘蝽Stictopleurus punctatonervosus minutus Blote和闭环缘S．viridictatus(Uhler)的核型及其染色体的减数分裂行为．结果表明：两个种的染色体数目均为2n(♂)=13，具有一对m染色体和XO性别决定机制，但是在染色体行为方面却表现出了各自的特异性．     

纳米复合Ti(C,N)基陶瓷烧结晶粒长大的特性

利用材料热力学原理，推导出纳米复合Ti(C，N)基金属陶瓷烧结过程中，晶粒生长速度与大、小颗粒半径之间的关系，并结合实验结果进行了分析．结果表明：纳米复合金属陶瓷在烧结的开始阶段，大晶粒的长大速度呈加速趋势，当大晶粒长大到一定程度时，其长大速度达到最大值，随后，速度逐渐减慢．采用放电等离子烧结、脉冲烧结等方法有可能进一步减小小颗粒的半径．Mo、WC、TiN的加入，抑制了沉淀—析出过程的进行，对晶粒的长大有一定的抑制作用．
